My cat has boarded twice and each time, comes home calm and playful rather than stressed out. The caretakers speak of him affectionately. I know he has been well cared for.

Crescent City has been so good to us. Our dog is afraid at the vet and the staff are so patient and sweet with him. They provide great care and go the extra mile to accommodate us.

This is truly an amazing group of people. Everyone from the vets, vet techs, and front staff are always welcoming, friendly, and put my pets needs first. They have always offered me a same day appointment in an emergency which is very hard for a practice to do. They handled covid very well and always made us feel safe. They are always thinking of their clients and we’re up and running only a few days after Hurricane Ida to provide needed veterinary support. I am so appreciative of everyone at CCVH!

As a new patient (we had an emergency the day after Hurricane Ida, we were thankful to find a clinic open the day after the storm. We were extremely upset and team took their time with us. They took amazing care of our Ramsey. We were amazed at the service we received. Our baby required specialized care and the team at Crescent City stayed in constant contact with us every step of the way. In addition, we received numerous follow-up calls throughout the next few weeks following the hurricane! We are thrilled with the service and staff!!! I can't say enough good things about the doctors and the team. Dr. Bohm was truly a gift from god. Thank you all!!!

The staff here is amazing, friendly and super profesional. I went here to get an international health certificate and a microchip for traveling (Im a tourist here in NOLA) and their manage to answer all my questions and helped me with all the documents so I could get home safely with my little chihuahua. People here are kind and professional, two things that you can not miss on a vet.

CC Vet takes wonderful care of our dog every time we board him. He goes to play group each day and there is someone in the building every night to ensure the safety of all of the animals in the building. I know Louie will be well cared for at CC Vet when we have to travel without him.

Just took my two cats there for physicals. The vet was awesome, very transparent with what his plan was and what he was thinking regarding their health, and didn't just throw more ear meds at me for my long haired cat. I have no issues with the price since it included my cats' vaccinations as well. They were also able to wrangle Binx into behaving for a nail trim, which is a MIRACLE. Cayenne and Binx are the calmest they've ever been leaving a vet today.

Hands down the best doctors and staff in the metro area! We've been through several bets over the last several years, but we're thrilled to have finally discovered CCV!

Top notch vet care. The only reason I trnd to shy away from taking my pets here is that there are more affordable options relatively close by. In a pinch, they are great.

Excellent staff and service that clearly care about the animals they treat. However, their vet care is extremely expensive, and they are not transparent with their pricing. If they give you an estimate range, spoiler alert: It’s the highest number.

I was recommended to come here to see Dr. Cheri Hanson by a dear friend of mine after being at a loss of what else to do for my cat Vada. She had been so sick and I felt like I was getting nowhere with my vet at the time. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with nothing but pure kindness. The receptionists, vet techs, and Dr. Cheri were absolutely incredible. I was offered water or coffee to start, and when Vada was being seen, she was treated so delicately and lovingly. Dr. Cheri is not just a vet, but an actual angel on Earth. She did everything in her power to make Vada and I feel comfortable, and went above and beyond to not only diagnose her illness but to treat it as well. I’ve never met a veterinarian who is so available to her patients, and so unbelievably kind. She has amazing experience under her belt, is intelligent, warm, funny, and will make you feel as though your pet is hers as well- which is the most important thing, knowing your vet cares as much as you do. Unfortunately, Vada succumbed to her illness and the time came for me to bring her to the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Baum wound up being the veterinarian who put Vada to rest, and she cried with me- it was her first time working with Vada. The empathy and sympathy that she and Dr. Hanson showed me will never be matched by any other veterinarians. Thank you to this entire crew, and especially thank you to Dr. Cheri. I’m so grateful to have had you all in the last moments of Vada’s life, and to have you for the rest of mine with any pets I bring in the future.

Excellent team that work here. They go above and beyond to take care of my dog Beatrice who can be a handful. She has skin issues and I have tried four other vets before coming to CCV they have all her issues under control. I will never go to another doctor.

The most compassionate and professional care team.

There are not enough words to describe how much I love the staff and the care at Crescent City!! After what felt like decades of detective work trying to find my adopted baby’s records, feeling like a terrible pet parent and misconstrued vouchers, I was able to get my feline treated with Dr Bohm. Erica and Brianne (I believe that was her name) not only consoled me through my frustrations, but comped the bill. I had found a voucher from my adoption that was going to take care of my girl’s vaccines so I was going to go to the animal hospital that offered it! When I found out my voucher was no longer valid, I also found out CCV was significantly more affordable than the other hospital. My boyfriend and I are fortunate enough where it wouldn’t have broken our bank, but to be given the love and care at no cost to us AND a shoulder to cry on (ok it was over the phone) is priceless. I will not be going to another facility for as long as I’m in New Orleans. Thank you SO much!!

Dr. Cherie Hansen, and Crescent City Vet, have taken care of our dogs and cat for what feels like decades! As the practice has grown and blossomed, they have continued to treat our pets, and us, as if we were their only clients. Dr. Hansen will personally call, not to just give test results, but to also touch base on the status of our pets. Nothing will ever beat hearing a caring voice on the other end of the line. We found CCV because a friend recommended them, let me pay back that favor and recommend them to you!

The staff and doctors are very kind and professional. I feel a lot of time and care was spent with my cat. They were very gentle with him, and they even offered him treats. The doctor was very informative and answered all my questions. I feel like the price of the visit was reasonable too. The facility itself is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely take my cat here again. I highly recommend Crescent City Vet!

Love all the staff and Dr Nathan is the best. You can’t go wrong there.
