Service was excellent and the vet was very knowledgeable on the breed, he also gave a good tip on my dog eating disorder

My dog went in four months ago to check a growth of course it was over a hundred now she's due for a yearly and cause I can't afford to bring her in until July the secretary refused to give me heartworm meds , it seems money comes first, I'm very disgusted she has to go until july without prevention that's really sad and I'm going to bring her elsewhere maybe to a place that truly cares about the pet instead of the money.

I had a sick cat and they were able to work him in same day! The doc and his staff and very friendly and compassionate, the prices are very reasonable, and I found Dr. Robichaux to be communicative and easy to talk to. We had a short wait this morning due to some backlog, but they made sure I was ok to wait and it honestly did not take them very long. I’m super grateful to Dr. Robichaux and his staff - he gave my baby a clean bill of health and recommended a few things that could help with arthritis (he’s getting up there in years and starting to hurt) I will be using Dr. Robichaux for anything in the future!

Great service, great staff and wonderful vets. I would highly recommend. They are able to take x-rays, run blood tests and so many other things. Full service vet.

Dr. Robichaux and his staff are the best. He's been our Vet. for 20 years and couldn't imagine trusting our pets to anyone else!!!

Had to take my sister's cat here as her leg had suddenly swollen up, she was limping and seemed in pain. The vet was very gentle with her, gave her a couple shots to ease the swelling and answered all our questions. It was a quick and informative visit.

Experience was decent. However during a move I lost one of my dog's rabies shot information. The office wanted to charge me 8.50$ for a copy of the paper information. That's almost half the cost of the shot for a piece of paper!!! Definitely will not ever take another pet there again.

Great vet. The staff is very friendly and are always concerned and helpful if your pets have any problems. I was very worried about my dog having something seriously wrong with her because she was sick all weekend and was dry heaving. I left a voicemail Sunday night and they called me first thing Monday morning. They told me that Dr. Robicheaux had a surgery in the morning, but I could bring her in at 10am. Then they called me right back and said that I could bring her in right away and he would start a treatment on her, I was so thankful. They always do check up calls, as well, which I really appreciate.
