For 12 years, we had the best experience with them. Dr. Ponson was mainly our vet, but we met a few others over the years. They are all wonderful. Dr. Ponson is so caring, compassionate, quick to call and to reply to emails. She took excellent care of our cats, so supportive, would explain everything so well, share the plan of care decision with us, she is absolutely wonderful. The staff there is just phenomenal. So caring, so efficient. They are the best. My sincere gratitude and appreciation to them all.

I brought my dog in for grooming for the first time today and it was a wonderful experience! I was very nervous to have her groomed since she’s a senior with dementia that doesn’t do well in stressful situations or with strangers. Michelle and the entire team at VCA Causeway Animal Hospital couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Her cut is adorable and she was done so quickly. I highly recommend their grooming services.

I adopted a puppy about 6 weeks ago and she is having some skin issues. I called to schedule an appointment, they were able to fit me in quickly and around my schedule . I needed to get her established with a vet. The staff was very friendly and the vet, Dr. Morse was very knowledgeable and I felt that she gave me the best options for my puppy's condition. I am so excited to have found a great fit for my puppy on the first try!!!

Friendly staff handled my sick cat with care. Prices were reasonable and the hours allowed me to drop him off on the way to work and pick him up on the way home.

The vets are great of course, but the support staff of appointment counselors and vet techs are friendly and exceptionally positive. Very enjoyable.

Our rescue cat hurt himself and we needed immediate medical attention. I called around to several local vets without success of securing an appointment. VCA was our last hope for same day appointment. They are able to fit our injured little boy in and were very reassuring throughout the examination. The entire staff were extremely professional, kind, and just lovely... I'm so thankful that they were able to see us on such short notice and treated us like we were longtime friends and customers! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for veterinary services. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Peneguy for everything!!!!!

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Dr. Lemarie and her team. She saw my dad's dog, Truck, for a thyroid tumor. She performed a CT and he was scheduled for surgery next week. Unfortunately, Truck did not make it to his surgery date, but she gave him a chance. She was professional, and even spoke with me on the phone, as I too am a veterinarian at a VCA in Texas. Your efforts meant so much to my dad and myself, and regardless of the outcome of the case, we are so appreciative of all of your support and help.

This is the only place we bring out pets to. A well trusted place for many years.

I love this place. They are so sweet and considerate of our kitties and the love they have for animals is very apparent. They have grooming services and food products too. Just a great experience for your furry family members.

Very expensive. Check around because they nickle and dime you. $316 for my 1 dogs yearly visit ????. Will not be returning and if you are on a budget this IS NOT the place for your wallet or pet.

Services are good but I won't be back. The last 2 grooming appointments I've made have ended up with me wasting my time sitting in the parking lot. The first incident had me waiting for my dog to be finished grooming. I arrived around the time she is usually ready for pick up and waited to be called to know she was done. No one ever called. I finally called in after almost 2 hours to find out she had been ready for a while and no one called me. The second time, I called to let them know I was there to pick up my dog and no one let the kennel workers know to bring her out. This happened the last 2 times I went to VCA Causeway.

Awesome hospital! The front desk ladies are always extremely nice and energetic to me and my puppy. If I could give them for than 5 stars I would.

The "Care Plan" 79.99 per month doesn't quite cover all things they tell you it does. There's always something to buy an extra cost. 30 dollars for a toothbrush and chicken toothpaste. 50.00 for grooming, though my puppy looked the same as when I brought him he just reaked with strong over powering cologne. Not a happy customer.

As a first time pet owner,much like a new parent, I was troubled by every mood change, sneeze, and bowel movement of my new puppy. Dr LaHoste didn’t brush off my concerns as did a previous vet. She investigated my concerns to discovered my puppy had a UTI. It was such a relief to discover not only I wasn’t crazy, but to be able to get the meds my puppy needed to feel better.

I have had my pet going to this facility for a while, she has never had a bad experience before. However yesterday, I was very confused due to she was brought in fine. Upon picking her up from her grooming appointment her eyes were full of dried tears. She was unable to stand when she was placed on the floor at home. One of the employees wrote on her paperwork "HANDICAP", which appalled me! She was not handicap before she left home. So why is she handicap now upon leaving from her grooming service. I will never use your grooming service again, I did not send her to your place of business to be mistreated or mishandled by anyone! Very dissatisfied with the way the groomer treated her, animals have feelings too!

This office has the absolute best vets and technicians anywhere. They are thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and do everything in their power to help an animal in need. I have taken all of my pets to them for 15 (?) years now. Highly recommend!! Oh, and did I mention they've got great groomers too? Massive shout out to Drs. Lagatutta and Peneguy; along with the fantastic assists of Tara, Jessica, Whitney, Brandi, Dawn, Crystal, Michele, Jeff, (Especially Mary Alice for working with us when we're in a bind) ... Literally the entire staff is fabulous. You do not find service or care like this easily. Love isn't a strong enough word. Y'all are above and beyond!

The staff is great and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. From the Vets to the techs and everyone else, they are all super pleasant to deal with.The only downside of VCA Causeway is that the cost is very high. I understand quality care is not cheap, but their's have always been on the upper tier of Vet Prices. That being said, we've been customers for 15 years, so it's worth it.

I never write reviews, but I just had to after my visit today. We all know how it feels when your pet isn’t feeling well.. it’s so sad and stressful. The staff I met today made me feel SO much better. I am so thankful for Dr. Morse and the wonderful technician Tara. They were SO sweet to both me and my cat. They’re so knowledgeable. I really trust this place with my cat’s well being, and I would recommend this place 100%. THANK YOU!!!

My pet Damien was a client here. Yesterday, we had the worst type of visit of all, it was time for Damien to pass on. It was literally the worse day of my life. But, every single staff member in the building was loving and respectful to us and Damien from the moment I called. I felt like they loved him, too. They explained everything so I would understand. They were genuinely so compassionate to us, and without a doubt helped us on our worst day. I will never trust another place to take care of our other baby, Prince. I highly recommend them for any pet care needs or advice, because they all love animals and people!

Dr. Thibeau and Dr. Mcmillian are remarkable Vets. They are attentive, kind and want to do the best for my baby. I am so grateful for the responsiveness of the staff as I have dealt with a sick dog the last month. Thank you VCA.
