The employees decided to lock up early I guess. Store hours say it should be open right now. Doors are locked and no one in sight…. There is always an issue with this store. I swear…

The worker checking me out today was very rude and not helpful. Will not be coming back.

I ordered online from here and mistakenly forgot to pick up the order. I received an email confirming payment, and another confirming the order was ready for pickup, but nothing following that. A couple weeks later I called realizing my mistake to see if the order could still be picked up. They said it couldn't, and that I would have been refunded, asked my order number, and said it couldn't be picked up. All that was fine, but I checked, and the order was not refunded. I submitted a complaint online, they told me I had to call the store (which I had already done). I called the store, they told me I needed to contact the online system, I pointed out I had already done that. Eventually I spoke with the same person I had previously talked to and they said there was no record of my payment and that the order was still marked for pick up. They said they couldn't refund me, even though I had a record of payment. I'm disputing with Cit credit card, so hopefully that will get it resolved. I'm not sure if this is some kind of scam the employees are running or if it's just incompetence, but it's still ridiculous.

Had the cat supplies I needed and plenty of staff to help me out.

Found most of what I needed. Tried to make a grooming appt but found the groomer present at that moment rude. I later called and canceled, will seek another venue for grooming.

Plz remove dead fish...tired of comin here and seeing dead fish

I had been going to this store for a long time. Something that I disliked about this store was that when you ask about a product that you cannot see, you ask if there is it in the storage part and always the simplest answer was that there is no existing product and they do not know when there will be. The place is usually dirty, poor in products and untidy in general but the worst thing is the bad attitude of its employees, my last experience was I asked for a bird and I wanted information about it and the first thing the employee told me was the price as if I hadn't already seen it on the shelf. I was not bothered by what she told me, but by how she told me and in the end it did not help to know if I could be with my other bird, so that day I went to Petco in Veterans Blvd and found another a partner for my bird, by the way more expensive but I received ample and kind information about the bird, and since then I have not been back. I am now a Petco customer and happy with friendly employees who answer my questions about the pet, not the price.

I really love visiting with my Faminals. 4 stars because they're pricey and sometimes there's not enough cashiers. Also veterinarian intake could use some customer service etiquette.

Great to see the store open again after Hurricane Ida. The line always moves pretty fast even during peak hours and the rewards program really pays off.

I had to call 2 times and I cant ever get an answer. They just drop my calls .just happend 7.09pm

Staff not as friendly as at Petco, but a better selection of treats and toys. I go here for certain necessities that are unavailable at Petco.

Rude employees and terrible service. Most of the fish are sick and the tanks have algae. The bettas are in tiny cups with no heater or filter. Last Few time I was there they had signs on the tanks saying “No fish sales!!! No fish can be sold at this time thanks, Management”. Go to local stores you will get healthier better quality fish.

They dont always gave what you need and their customer service is pretty bad. Unfriendly employees who dont want to bother with our questions. This is why I go to the small independent pet stores.

Went to pick couple items up today at the store. Customer service was awful. No one asked if I need help. The young lady that checked me out could not wait to play on her Ipad again. Not sure if I will go back to this location

Sickly Glofish Bettas & other Bettas dying a slow terrible death here because they were not cared for. Their website claims 9.6 million lives saved. That's a bunch of BS. You should keep track of how many animals you are killing.

Grooming shop ladies are great. Provide good info on skin care.
