This used to be my go to place for pet food. However, prices are a bit high on some things. They are always out of the food I need. When I ask they say they are just selling out. They know their biggest sellers, but won't increase their orders on high selling products and want us to go to the main store on Jeff Hwy which is not convenient, so I just go to Petco.

Customer service is always great here. Everyone is super nice and I love petting the bunnies ???? wish I could take them all with me ????????????

We love their special dog treats that are handmade and look like cookies! My dog also loves the moose antlers. Great variety all the things my dog loves!

Lovely choice of animal products but the best thing about this chain is ADOPTIONS! No milled small pets, just ones who need forever homes. And the care they show the guinea pigs at this location is incredible! They all have toys, hides, and information about the piggies to read up on. I can tell the staff really care.

Great service and their customer loyalty program lowers the cost of quality dog food a bit. Plus, they have great pet snacks and treats.

Jefferson Feed has several locations throughout New Orleans and Jefferson and besides always having what you are looking for(if they don’t they will get it) the people working there are well versed in products, animals and customer service! What more is there to retail happiness!! ????

This location is much brighter and fresher then the original on Jefferson Hwy. The Jeff Hwy location still holds a special place in my heart since I grew up going there but this location is easier to shop. I love supporting a local pet shop.

Maggie was a God send she helped me with all my Flea needs for my cats. I bought Cap Shield Plus lets see if this works Im also spraying and bombing my Apt. We have. Never had fleas in 7 years with my inside cats. Maggie thank you so much for your Help. Im in still Need of help with the Fleas. It is so Crazy

Thank you to the gentleman who took the time to walk me through chew toys for my new rescue dog who doesn't seem interested in toys at all. He's been devouring it since we got home!!

I bought the best cat carrier of my life here. Soft and meshy. Perfect for a cat to be inflight with you in the cabin. Friendly staff.

A friendly, compassionate, and well-informed staff who are willing to listen and help. Well stocked for pet wants and needs. If they don't have it, they will order it for you... They'll also call when it arrives.

Staff are always friendly/helpful. Very convenient and never let down with the inventory. Also pets are welcome so they can pick out what they want. Very nice, catered to tour pets!

I work next door and had to leave a basket of things to run back to help a coworker. I wasnt free till 9:03 and told them I left a basket, and to just restock it and I'd grab it tomorrow and apologized. They were nice enough to let me run in and pay for my items even though it was after close. Much appreciated!

Five stars all the way! These folks stock and sell Victor brand dog food. My vet told me to go here to find it. The staff is always professional and friendly. Easy in and out compared to the big box stores.
