This is the Best veterinarian clinic I have experienced!! The staff is so genuine and caring! Dr.Joubert was so honest, caring and compassionate! Toby and I thank God for her!!! They all went above and beyond and I sincerely highly recommend this clinic!

This place and the team that works there are amazing! The receptionists, the vet techs, the doctors, everyone from the moment I called for the appointment, to the moment my pup and I left the office from his visit, made the experience we had unforgettable! They really live up to the title of Fear Free. We saw Dr. Gambel who was phenomenal! They took their time to earn my pups trust, showering him with love and treats. They were very knowledgeable and worked to find out what was right for him, because every dog is different. They make everything so convenient and help you save money with all the options they give you for treatments and medications. They even have an app you can download to track your visits, order supplies and earn points for rewards! We will never go anywhere else and neither should you. Thank you Chateau Veterinary Hospital for all the services you offer and such a wonderful experience!

Excellent staff. You can tell they really care about the wellness of your pet. They give great advice there, to go home with. They're reasonably priced and I think they're just great.

Their commitment to a "Fear Free" experience is incredible. My nervous dog was led into an exam room featuring soothing blue walls and soft music. The vet tech tied a pheromone treated bandana around his neck, fed him treats, and loved on him until he calmed down. I really appreciated how much they cared about him having a positive experience.

This is the place to bring your pets no doubt about everytime i bring my baby muffin she always feel better the next day i tried other places like pet care in David dr and they just took my $370 and miss diagnosed her so sad as soon as i brung her here its like they can bring your animal back from the dead but i thank GOD for this place they are the best im not the type to leave feedback but this place has stole me and my puppy heart they are definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I took my outside cat in and he had a upper respiratory infection. They diagnosed it perfectly and gave me options for medications. They were attentive and took excellent care of Trip. They let me go in the room with him which made him more comfortable. They are an excellent veterinary hospital. Thanks for your good service.

Took my cat in for the first time and was out in less than hour. The people there did everything I told them to do and were very nice. I would recommend this place if you have a pet and you live around the area.

This post is actually for Grooming By Janet which uses the same facilities I believe. Janet is wonderful. My dog is older with a very sensitive back, Janet went above and beyond to accommodate my little Jack Russel and the price is more than reasonable. Also, she went above and beyond to get him in and out as quickly as possible when she found out that I had just gotten off of working a 15 hour shift. She didn’t have to do that, but she did and I was able to get to bed at a timely hour. Thank you Janet!

I have been going to Chateau for 20+ years and have had excellent service. Dr. Nix and Dr. Helwig give my kitties excellent care, from regular check-ups, cancer, diabetes, and dental care. I love the care they give my fur babies. I love the time they take explaining everything and keeping the facility "fear free" for my cats.

In response to their comment below, I visited with my pet this summer. It's unfortunate I am not in their records. That seems like yet another oversight.

I was looking for a good veterinary hospital recently when I got my new puppy. This was my first experience having a pet on my own so I wanted to find the best care for him. Through some research I found Chateau Veterinary Hospital and decided to give them a chance since they had such good reviews. Unfortunately, my puppy passed soon after due to a likely genetic problem. Dr. Nix and the staff here were amazing beyond words. They called everyday to check on my puppy, they gave him and myself the best attentive care they possibly could and when he passed I received a call and personalized card from Dr. Nix expressing her condolences. Dr. Nix and this hospital is very much recommended, I don’t think you’ll find better care.

The Best Experience Ever in taking My Doggie Son to the Doctor.The Staff Was very Polite from the time we walked in to the time we left.The Staff and Doctor was VERY Attentive,Caring and Knowledgeable.My Doggie son was Nervous and had an accident on the floor as I was apologizing and in shock the nurse was very calming,As I offered to clean it up myself she refused and kept saying it was OK mistakes happen.She was even kind enough to Move us into another room so that we didn’t have to deal with the smell.The Doctor was very thorough with the examination and Explaining What was Wrong with My Doggie Son.The Doctor even called a day later to check up on him to make sure the medicine was working and to ask if I had any questions or concerns.The Whole Entire Team is Nothing short of Amazing and on behalf of Myself and my Doggie Son We Thank You.Continue to Keep up the Great Work!!

The vets were so knowledgeable and friendly, I love that they didn't push anything on us. Another vet I went to was trying to scare me with "if you don't do this your pet will get this [illness]," and the vets at Chateau were so trustworthy and kind, they let me know what was and wasn't an immediate problem that needed to be addressed, it was amazing
