I know it's a pet hospital but the smell of pet urine is almost overpowering. Also the vet never called me back about a concern.

The smell is hard to deal with but otherwise great place for your furry friends!

I've had all four of my cats spayed or neutered at furry Friends animal hospital and all I can say is this place is clean the staff is friendly and helpable and not one of my animals was in any kind of danger and I do recommend this place to any and everybody that I see

This place clearly works for the animals and not the paycheck. I brought my newly adopted dog for a check up since he was treated here before. Prices were almost as high as my regular vet, but definitely not higher. While there I overheard conversations and watched a few other interactions. I believe the staff truly cares about the animals. The only reason I went with 4 instead of 5 stars is because everything seemed cluttered and frantic. Like... A volunteer shelter vet would seem. But they have a good heart and I trusted their assessment and recommendations.

Dr. Marcia is very professional, thorough and caring. When quick visits were needed, they were always accommodating. Always happy with her diagnosis and the proper care given!

Bella had her teeth cleaned today. Price charged was close to $400 cheaper than what was quoted by my local vet. It's a little out of my way but for the price difference, it's worth the drive.

They have cats for adoption...... They are really good with cats.

I took in on June 5, 2020 a 19 year old cat. She was very neglected and in desperate need of medical care. I was referred to Furry Friends because they are a lower cost vet. This kitty had an eye, ear, and respiratory infection plus really bad breath. The vet recommended a dental so we set up an apt a month later. The dental was done but unfortunately she still had horrible breath and she was still not rid of infections. I decided to find another veterinarian to get some better help. When the new vet looked into the cats mouth she was shocked to know that she had a dental only weeks before. This poor 19 year old cat had to go under again for another dental. Her teeth were so bad that all were pulled except three. I’m so mad and heartbroken that Dr Ridel at Furry Friends did not say a word about how bad her teeth were. She was okay to let her continue to suffer in silence. I know she is low cost but I was never told of the problems nor was I even given the option to pay more to have the work done. All the doctor did was scrape the tater and nasty build up off her teeth. She obviously did not care about the pain and suffering she was going through. I trusted this doctor and had no idea the extent of the problem. I am happy to say that Felicity our old kitty is now pain free and infection free, thanks to finding the right doctor. Please do not bring your pets to Furry Friends unless it is just for vaccines. It is so sad to say but Dr Riedel does not have your pets best interest at heart. She deliberately let my kitty leave that day knowing that she was suffering and said nothing at all to me about it. So wrong!

Very clean and well organized pet facility.

Second time we've taken a pet here. First was our cat, second our older dog. Both times for acute problems, both times identified and treated. Best part, no pushing of off the wall diagnostics or high priced procedures. The Doctor starts at the simplest solution and goes from there. No judgement either. At no point was I made to feel like a bad owner for missing a symptom/problem for too long. She cares about what's best for the patient and family. Cannot recommend Furry Friends enough!

I love this vet..she tried so hard to keep our cat alive but she got soo bad the last week that we had to put her to sleep her but I love this vet and I still bring my dog Mocha and my Lo is still brings her little fur baby( cat)...

Best veterinarian we've had and we've lived a lot of places. Dr. Riedel genuinely cares about her patients and their families. Couldn't speak more highly of everyone there. Also fat fred the cat lives there. Best office mascot ever.

We love this place! We've been bringing ferals to get spayed and neutered for years, and they have dealt wonderfully with one of our socialized cat's thyroid issues during the pandemic. She jumps right in the carrier if we tell her where she's going! I highly recommend Furry Friends.
