We LOVE The Dawg House. Our baby boards there regularly and also gets groomed. He is always well cared for. We even get to see pics of him playing outside when we’re away!

My little Luna a mini schnauzer did great with her overnight boarding & she was happy & smelled nice when we picked her up!!!

We were on vacation and needed a place for our fur babies for the day. The Dawg House is a superb facility! They were very professional and knowledgeable, and our dogs returned to us tired, but, definitely, NOT stressed at all. We would highly recommend The Dawg House to anyone who asked.

If we could rate it lower we would. Smelled strongly of urine up front. Molly, our 6 month old boxer was trembling when we picked her up Payed for daycare and bath. Either no bath was given, or no soap just water. Molly has stayed at daycare before with no issues. We were on vacation and needed to board her for the day. Under no circumstances could I recommend.

They were extremely kind and accommodating to us as Ida evacuees. Our dogs had a great time at their facility, I recommend The Dawg House to anyone needing dog grooming, daycare, or boarding on the Mississippi Coast.

I've used this place 3 times in the past when I've visited Gulfport. Every time I picked my dog up from them, she smells like urine on her paws and under belly. The last time I went, I boarded both my dogs, and again, horrible urine stench from both of them. My car smelled horrible on the way home because now both my dogs reeked. One of my dogs are white and I could see the yellow urine on his muzzle, belly, paws and head. I dont know what happens in the play area or kennel area, but I probably wont be back.

Their negligence got a beautiful dog killed! Absolutely heartbreaking! And to make it worse, every time someone shares it on their FB business page to make others aware they delete it. Don't risk it, take your business elsewhere.

RIP Sigi 7/29/2021 ???? Due to the negligence of this business Sigi was killed this last past Saturday, dogs in the yard, nobody watching them, two dogs got out through the fence and poor Sigi got hit by a car, had brain trauma, and died. Her owner who adored her was out of state for her son-in-law‘s unexpected funeral, had to leave her daughter three days early to come back to bury her dog. Sigi was her support dog and companion. Sigi was only 4 years old and would have had a long wonderful life ahead of her but her life was taken from her. I was so looking forward to seeing that little girl in September when her owner was coming back to Fl for a visit, I will miss her dearly. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG WITH THIS BUSINESS may be the last time you see your fur baby. Only way I could leave a review is if I gave a star rating otherwise no stars period!

This place is amazing! Great staff and groomers. My pups love playing in their groups all day. They come home happy and tired. I also wouldn’t take them anywhere else to get them groomed. The groomers take their time and listen to what I want done with my pups.

My 15 year old dog has been getting groomed here for years now. He’s been getting physically weaker in his old age, but the staff members are always sure to handle him with care. He always looks good and happy after a day at the Dawg House, and the groomers do a great job with all services. I also have a 7 month old pup that I’ve taken here a couple times now, and the groomers are helpful in getting him accustomed to being groomed. The staff here are very accommodating to my dogs and take their time with them so that they are as comfortable as possible. Great place, great workers, great service, highly recommend.

Dawg House is a top notch business that I highly recommend. Owner and staff cares about the animals as well as their owners. Great experience each and every time.

We boarded our two doodles with them for the past week and both returned with kennel cough. As soon as my dogs were in the car they were sneezing and coughing. They aren’t around any other dogs and had zero symptoms a week ago. We picked them up today and called the business and they reported “no issues with kennel cough or like symptoms”. When we dropped the dogs off for the boarding, no records were requested which I thought was interesting but assumed they had gotten them already straight from the vet. We are military and PCSing next week with two sick dogs. I see there is another kennel cough review from four days ago on google. Pitiful. I called in advance to set up their bath prior to arriving today. Was told they’d be ready by 9 or 10. Arrived at 10:15 and they had just started their baths and a man at the front desk asked me to come back in an hour. What is the point of calling two days ahead for notice if you don’t honor the request or at least give a heads up. Even if I wasn’t PCSing next week, I’d never use them again. Don’t waste your time or money. Use The Collar Club- 100% worth it. They were just booked last week so we settled with the Dawg House.

took my border collie loki to the dawg house on may 25th for grooming later that nigh loki started coughing he had got kennel cough from the dawg house. then 2 days later his brother keanu who had been groomed the day before caught it from loki the vet bill was 117.00 total cost with grooming about 240.00. emailed them and called on 6/7 was told i would get a call the same day. no response. the vet said that if they sanitized the grooming area properly this would not have happen. they are very unprofessional and bad service. if you value your dogs health dont go there. will go back to using pet smart will cost more but they will take better care of my boys loki and keanu

We were in the area on vacation and took our dog here so we could get a couple days in of sightseeing. This place was great. It was clean, professional, and I loved that they took pictures/videos of the pets each day. Definitely recommend.....

Highly recommended! I took my Goldendoodle for a trim and they did a fantastic job! Before dropping her off, I spoke to the groomer, she inspected my puppy and gave me recommendations on trims and what needs to be done, I was very happy with the communication and the job that she did. I will definitely bring her back again! ????????

Just left there about 30 minutes ago with my husky and I usually dont write reviews but my boy looked so handsome so I had too. I didnt know the cost it was going to be but when she told me I had to ask her to repeat herself because that was an amazing price and an amazing job :)

Stopped by to get info for Maddy, doggy daycare and possible boarding. Very friendly staff. Maddy stayed for a few hours to play, she had a great time and was completely worn out that night. We'll definitely be back!!!

I’ve used the dawg house for many years and have had nothing short of excellent service every single time. Leaps and bounds above the rest!

Great owner and staff as well as the groomer. I own two sporting dog breeds and I am pretty picky as to who I allow to handle my dogs when I need to board them. I trust the Dawg House and will use them to care for my dogs the next time I need to go out of town and can’t take the dogs with me.

Always great fast, friendly, nice staff, Rita is amazing groomer.

Update, 02/2023 continuing to bring the bois here and the service for our K-9's is the best. Thanks! Our K-9's paw nails needed to clipped immediately. Forgot to have them done last Vet visit. The Dawg House did a great job with them! Better than our vet actually. We will be back.

Have used this place for grooming services and never had a problem until today. I had a grooming appt with a specific groomer. When i arrived I was told she was not there but someone would groom my dog. WHY couldn't someone call to tell me she wouldn't be there when i specifically asked for her when i set up the appt five days ago. Frustrated, just spent an hour and twenty minutes in the car getting there and back home for no reason. Time to find a new grooming service!

They obviously love dogs here, but a first-timer is going to be confused on the routine (probably doesn't exist anyway). I called days in advance of a medical procedure to leave my dog for a few days; their prices in person matched what i was told on the phone, which was great, but my plan to pack a bag with a note inside & leave quickly went totally bust as i was inundated with questions that were answered on the note but which nobody wanted to access and read-- very frustrating. Everything I'd packed for my dog was returned unharmed, but my dog drank water for quite awhile when we got back, I thought she'd never get finished. My recommendation is to give this place a try, but maybe as a play date perhaps while you're at work. Get used to a routine, etc. and go from there. That's the thing I would have done differently.

I left my 13 year old poodle there for 4 hours. I found the establishment very neat and clean. The service was excellent.
