Staff and doctors very friendly and able to treat pet's condition. I have been using this facility for close to 30 years

My dog has seizures when put it in a high stress situation, she has pretty bad anxiety. I was using Banfield but she cannot walk through the door there or any other vet clinic without having a seizure. When I called to make an appointment with Northwood Hills they were extremely understanding of my situation and understood my dog's needs. They were actually able to complete all of my paperwork, the dog's vaccinations and exam all in the parking lot during our appointment. I never had to step inside the bldg. once. My dog stayed very calm the entire time and they did a great job handling her to make sure she was comfortable during the entire exam. If you have a dog with special needs as I do I highly recommend this place. Very professional staff and will be using this clinic from this point on.

We transferred to this practice in a dire situation with our pet. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, knowledgeable, compassionate, and accessible. We could not be more pleased and grateful for the outstanding excellence we have experienced here. We enthusiastically recommend them to everyone!

We love & trust them, All of them with our fur-baby Rosco ”Boo”. That trust does not come easily. He is our baby & knowing that all, the techs & doctors will Always do all within their powers to take care of our baby. That can not be found anywhere else.

Today I took my boy Abe to Northwood Hills to take care of an ear infection. All my home remedies didn’t fix the problem. Dr Carley came in and immediately identified the problem and provided resolution. I’ll tell you honestly, the care, compassion and bed side manner of this team was amazing! And, after all the loving care, the price was perfect. Thank you Dr. Carley and team. You are wonderful people.

I have been taking my fur babies to Northwood Animal Hospital for years. Dr. Parks and Dr. Selig are the most kind and professional veterinarians that I’ve ever used. All of my babies love them and it’s apparent that the staff loves them too. I highly recommend them. I’d also like to congratulate Dr. Parks on being selected as the Vet of the Year. She’s very deserving of this achievement. Hat’s off to all of you because she couldn’t have done it without a fantastic staff!

Dr.Parks is amazing. My rescue pups are sweet but scared of everything. Dr.Parks is always patient and kind.

My little one was so sick when we walked into the office and met Dr. Julie for the first time. She made diagnosis and outlined all our options carefully. She described how our little one was feeling which broke my heart. She made suggestions and then asked us what we wanted to do. She touched my heart with the love she showed for my little girl and to me. Although the outcome was not what we had hoped it would be, we were treated with compassion and respect. Northwood Hills Animal Hospital is the best from the office staff to the veterinarians. They truly care about animals even those that are not always nice to people. They take the time to explain things about your animal whether it be a sickness or their behavior. I'm on my second pet with them and can't imagine using anyone else.

Our smallest cat Willow was injured by a neighbor's dog. They seen her Immediately and even hand made special little suit for her to help along the healing process. We cannot thank the doctors and staff enough for saving our little angle of darkness lol. They also treat and take care of our big guy stitches which he just loves them all

The whole staff and doctors have so much compassion for my pets. Love this place. The doctors and staff go above and beyond for their patients and clients. So caring, and kind. They take time to explain what type of care my animals need. Thank you for being so awesome!

Our cat Willow was Injured by a neighbors dog.. We took her in and immediately they did everything above and beyond for her. She is doing great now.. We are so thankful for everything they have done for her.. She is our little angel of darkness.Tthank you for everything you do..

Just moved down here to MS and had to find a new vet for my dog who has had terrible experiences with vets in the past and even though he, himself did not do very well at his first appointment, the staff here was nothing short of INCREDIBLE. Even with my dog not wanting to cooperate with them they treated us with the upmost respect and kindness and answered all of my 10’s of questions I asked without hesitation. 100% would recommend this vet to anyone and everyone.

I love this place. They have taken care of my fur babies and our beagle enjoys his time here when we have to board him. Highly recommend

I recently moved to Mississippi and found myself in need of a good vet rather quickly. I called around and this was the first place able to fit me in immediately. I found their check in system to be efficient given COVID. Wait time was minimal. The preliminary team checking out my cat was quick, gentle and efficient. Dr Parks then came in to examine my cat. She was very professional, gentle and took her time. She explained to me what was going on in a way I could easily understand. She recommended a few options for the fix. After making my choice. she quickly and professionally administered the medication. I checked out in a quick and efficient manner. Her staff then called the next two days to check in on my cat to ensure the meds worked. Doesn't get much better than this! A+++
