Nice staff. Not much history with them yet but I have no complaints so far.

We are new to the area, and just recently started going to Hood vet when our fur baby got sick. Even from the very first visit, the doctors and staff were all so kind and compassionate. They explained everything in detail, handled our fur baby with love and care, and were very understanding when delivering the bad news. When we lost our baby, they sent a handwritten note with their condolences. Such a sweet sentiment in our time of loss. I HIGHLY recommend them!! They go above and beyond for their families.

Dr. Hood and his staff go above and beyond to care for my dog Ruby’s well being! There is always a follow up call after your visit to see how she is doing and any questions I have. This is an office that truly cares about your animal! I would highly recommend this pet hospital to all of my friends!

Dr Hood saw my moms senior chi while she was in town visiting me. Butter has lots of health problems and Dr Hood took great care of her. He took his time, ran tests and found the problem with her breathing. My mom was very impressed with his knowledge and compassion. Thanks for helping Butter.

Good prices on shots, and a very friendly understanding staff. Due to covid, stay in your car and call for them to come pick up your pet from your car.

The curb side pick up is amazing especially on a rainy day. Easy peasy.

Hood Veterinary Hospital is staffed by people who truly care about the wellbeing of your pet. They are entirely honest and upfront about all costs associated with your pet's care, and clearly are motivated by the desire to provide the best possible care for your pet. Having previously gone to my local big-chain vet clinic ( located in my local huge pet-supplies store) where it was clear I was being milked for every dollar possible, I find this very refreshing. Owning a pet can be very expensive. Especially if your pet gets sick. Being able to trust your vet to hold your pet's health as their highest priority ( rather than profit) makes it a lot easier to pay those huge bills! Hood Veterinary Hospital is a legit, reliable practice with a lot of integrity and an obvious, vested interest in taking the best care of your pet possible.

Hood veterinary is a wonderful pet clinic! The doctors and staff are extremely professional and are caring individuals for the pets and pet owners. We have depended on Hood veterinary hospital for surgery to routine visits for our pet and have be completely impressed with their exceptional treatment ever visit! Highly recommend!

The doctors and staff are great. They have taken care of our Chloe for the past 7 years (as long as we have lived in Sola). Truly appreciated the furry kiddie daycare provided after flood while contractors were rebuilding.

I brought my new little mini-dachshund last week to get checked out real well by Doctor Hood. I had just bought him the day before our appt. I was confident after meeting Doctor Hood and his staff. They were all very friendly and very caring. This veterinarian is the awesome! He took the time to explain many details about mini-dachshunds in general and did not breeze on through the examination....without asking me if I had any questions....more than once... although this was our first visit....I feel I have found a vet. That cares about his patients and his actions prove that.. thank-you...
