Dr. Jenkins with Crosspoint is very professional and took excellent care of our previous pet. He is now taking wonderful care of our foster dog. The entire staff are extremely caring and welcoming. Dr. Jenkins takes the time to explain exactly what to expect during a procedure. I believe our foster dog is receiving the best care possible.

Dr. McHughes and her entire staff are professional, knowledgeable, and obviously love what they do! My older pup has suffered with allergies as well as other issues for years, but no other vet addressed the possible underlying causes. Dr McHughes took the time to explain possible causes and developed a treatment plan to finally make my pup feel better!!! Maggie Mae and I would HIGHLY recommend Crosspoint!! We took our new puppy to Dr Jenkins this week. The staff was very friendly and we were taken back and seen quickly. Dr Jenkins took his time with us and really worked well with our pup. He even found a small hernia that the breeders vet missed. He gave us everything we needed for additional worming and flea/tick treatment then scheduled for final round of vaccinations at 12 weeks. First experience was excellent.

This has been one of the best experiences for all of my pups. We had to transition from our other vet because we were simply treated like a number now since Covid-19. Since Coming to Crosspoint we were welcomed warmly, and they made all 4 pups feel welcome (there were not so happy with the shots) but overall we were well satisfied with the explanations that were presented and the plans that we are on now. My cat had a procedure that required him to stay for a few nights. It made me sad to leave him, but they took great care of him and were always patient when I called to check on him. I expected I would need to clean him a bit and wash his blanket I left so my other cat wouldn't be afraid of his "vet smell". However, Felix and his blanket smelled of fresh lavender and his sister wasn't apprehensive of him at all.

We love the staff at Crosspoint! The groomer calls ahead of grooming to discuss everything. Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. The facility and building are always clean and inviting.
