Convenient times and day! Dr. Lindsey is the best with my cats :)

Dr Campos was caring and helpful when dealing with a difficult issue with our senior dog.

DO NOT TRUST Pet Care Center!!! I took my 5-yr-old dog in for a teeth cleaning. On the printed estimate I saw they included "extractions". I told the vet, Lindsey Owens, NO extractions, JUST cleaning. Again on cleaning day, I told the vet DO NOT PULL ANY OF HIS TEETH. I also PRINTED those same words in big capital letters on the Surgical Consent form I had to sign giving them permission to do the clearning. I told the vet to use x-rays or call me if she saw any problems in his mouth, BEFORE doing anything. She said she did not have x-ray machines and it was her job to pull rotten teeth. I repeated that this was a teeth CLEANING ONLY, and if she found any problems she was to call me BEFORE doing anything. I wanted a chance to get a second opinion before someone yanking a tooth out of my dog's mouth. Well YES, she pulled out one of his teeth ANYWAY! And NO, she did not call me before pulling his tooth out. I demanded the tooth, and saw it was not rotten. What if I took my daughter to the dentist for just a teeth cleaning and she came out missing a tooth? BTW, total cost for this teeth cleaning was $ 403. $130 for blood test needed before using anesthesia, then $273 more for this cleaning fiasco. Over $400 for her to flat-out ignore a pet owner. I am angry and looking for a lawyer. He is MY pet not HERS! I should have had opportunity to decide what should be done to my pet, or even been able to get a second opinion if I wanted to. Point is, I said NO clearly, and she ignored me. I will never trust Pet Care Center again.

Dr.campos was absolutely awesome and was outstanding and compassion she showed us and my pet and the staff is awesome loving and so caring and welcoming ... i am so happy my pets go there they make you feel like family.... so ❤ loving.

I took my older dog to Pet Care Center because he was having some issues. They were able to get him in that day. They took time to explain everything that was going on and answer all my questions. The staff is great! They are friendly and kind. I will be referring them to family and friends.

They were amazing with my fur babies. Helania & Doctor Lindsey we’re amazing, they were so gentle and loving to my fur babies, even helped me carried my Rottweiler. Ill never go to another veterinary for my fur babies, I absolutely love the atmosphere and the warm friendly welcoming you feel when you step inside those doors.

Everyone was wonderful. This was the first time bringing our dogs here and we loved it. My dogs can be a hand full at times but they took care of my babies and pricing was completely reasonable. Will be going back for annual check ups and if anything in between!

The clinic fit me in for what I thought would be an emergency visit but turned in to an annual check up. They treated my fur baby with so much love and compassion. The vet was beyond exceptional and very informative. The techs were very helpful and involved as well.

They where awesome when I brought my service dog in they did not rush threw the exam or explaining what the results where they got down to Dozer level and did everything they could to make him comfortable even giving him a bowl of water the vet spent about half hour to forty-five minutes doing the exam going over everything doing the test and explaining what they found I was beyond happy and most of all Dozer fell in love with his new vet Friday was his first visit and we both are happy we made the change and will be going back for all our pet health needs I highly recommend pet care Center chelmette

Dr. Lindsey is awesome. She really goes a step beyond. The rest of the staff has been great as well.

Doctor's are always nice and explain everything. Treat your fur babies since gentle.

Carey was very helpful and communicated with me prior to appt and answered questions and concerns I had. The staff was very nice. My cat, Katy, is now groomed and shaved and not dropping fur balls all over the house!

I use this office for feral cats in the parish. The office staff has always been more than helpful. I would most definitely send clients to this office

They staff is beyond amazing! They make sure not only that I am comfortable but that my fur baby is as well.

I stopped by with a newly rescued kitten wedged behind my glovebox. They immediately came out and got her. Took amazing care of her. Everyone exceeded my expectations, they’re all extremely professional, loving, caring, and trustworthy.

I appreciate them letting my drop off my little fur baby before work. Dr Lindsey was in touch with me within an hour to let me know what had to be done. She was very informative and explained everything. I would recommend this veterinarian office to anyone who needs pet care.

The doctors and staff are very nice. They are very professional but very friendly. I have been going there for years snd tell all my freinds about them.

Very friendly staff and great at their jobs. They always call to check in on my Playdoh.

Pretty good. My cat was in good hands, however the prices are a bit high for some simple medicines and the exam visit.
