Dr. Gwen was wonderful with my pets. She was very thorough in her initial exams.I live in Port Allen but it's worth driving the distance. I'm very happy with her and how she dealt withy babies. Am so glad I found her.

DO NOT BRING CATS to this location. 5 year female - i told them she has not peed for 2 days - they kept her 3 n half days - put her on fliuds still no pee 3 days later xray found block in kidneys - why wait 3 days to x ray? should have been first thing they did knowing she had no peed for 2 days to get go - so now 5 days not peed cost $1050 poor thing was so full of fluid at that point - and in so much pain - then they said we not capable maybe try LSU vet for another 2 k - she was put down. lost my best girl

All of the staff is a delight! So caring and professional. They take amazing care of our dog and cats. I am so happy that our groomer recommended them to us! A total game changer from some of the other places we have tried. Thank you!

Took my dog in for a simple check-up and they decided to run a bunch of tests on her to run up the bill to nearly 500 dollars. But with all the tests they did they didn't find the 3"x4" tumor on her uterus. Mind you this is a Yorkie. That is a lot of tumor to miss on a small dog. But hey, All Pets gave her a clean bill of health and scammed me.

We always try to plan for vet visits when we are in Baton Rouge because this place is so helpful and knowledgeable about my dog's breed specifics

Always amazing! I drive about 30min to come here. Why? Because we have a dog, snake and a gecko. This is the only place close that can treat all my animals, groom them and board them if needed. The vets and staff love love love all the animals too. Also their app is amazing. I get points and rewards for ordering Mr. Fluffy's dog food (cheap price too) any meds or toys and such also. All my pets information is also in the app. Past apts, medication, shots, care information. I love how they have care information also for puppy at different ages. It's just amazing!!!

Great compassionate treatment of a very difficult situation with our elderly French Bulldog. The Veterinarian Dr. Schmidt is absolutely wonderful! Cost of visit was quite reasonable. This is an amazing place that I recommend 100%!

Fantastic care for your pet, but staff seems burnt out.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. My mom dropped her cat off to get neutered and they reluctantly fit her in, which we were so grateful. However, upon pick up, some girl brings my moms cat up front, puts him on the floor and walks away. The receptionist then tells my mom ‘okay have a great day’ .... there was NO communication from anyone about how the surgery went, what happened, how is she supposed to care for an animal who just got his B*LLS chopped off... they also charged her for a revolution kit.. that she didn’t receive. After my mom seen the charge, she asked and the receptionist walks to the back, comes back & says ‘oh.... sorry... they’re out’ ... but doesn’t say ‘i can mail it’ etc etc. Very unprofessional. We didn’t just pay hundreds of dollars for them to not explain ANYTHING to her?? I think not. Will never bring another animal there.

Been coming here for years. When I go out of town my dog loves coming to stay in their boarding. They're wonderful at All Pets.

They are the nicest and most communicative vet office I've ever used! They kept me informed throughout the whole 3 day stay my step sons pet had and worked with us on the financial part of things. I am very impressed!

Quick, painless, reasonable price. I read another review about a spay costing 400 dollars here, and I have never heard of anyone charging that much. You can actually bring your pet into many places run by the ASPCA and they'll do it based on your income, so it's not required to.use this hospital or any other one for such a basic procedure. I had a coupon for a free exam from Facebook and took advantage being this location was close to home. All in all, not much could be done on my 3 week old kitten, so I was given a little cone hat and educated already about certain dips I could use, and the bill was only 7 bucks. I wasn't pushed to buy anything, even asked if there was a shot they could give her, but nothing could help but creams and time.

Excellent staff and vets. They are not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for as the saying goes. All Pets is also the only vet in the Baton Rouge area ATM that has the capability to perform PENNHIP screening.

From puppyhood to the end of the road, Dr. Schmidt and staff were always nothing but wonderful in every facet of care for my dog. Yes, their prices aren't the cheapest. But I never had the slightest reason to doubt the trust I have in them or the knowledge and care they have provided. They showed genuine care for my dog and me. They took their time and never rushed an appointment. Each and every health problem was resolved as best as possible as fast as possible. And I say all of that as someone who spent two summers working for a vet in my home town. I know how a business like this works. I know where the corners can be cut, where care can be slack. I know what it takes to provide top notch care. All Pets provides top notch care and you can trust them with your friend and your money.

Friendly, courteous and professional. Staff have natural gifts of caring for pets.

So this was my first time at vca yesterday morning. I bought my puppy in for her 12 week shots and that was it. I was told the shots would range from $25-30 dollars, they examined her said everything was fine and I get a bill for $134.13 I was under the impression that she was getting one vaccine only, my pup was given three shots, given ear medication for a ear infection that she doesn’t have and a fecal floatation. When I asked about why my balance was so high they explained to me the additional shots she got they automatically do this.. as a first time customer I should have been aware of any charges other than what I came for. Never returning to this vet, I’ll give them no stars if that was a option.

All Pets has treated two of my canine buds, most recently my much loved Manchester Terrier. I brought Albus in for dental cleaning and had some concerns about anesthesia. Meena Braden was absolutely terrific. She took time to chat about all of the procedures and care she was providing then called me prior to the procedure as well as after. They have also been very helpful and thorough with other aspects of his care. I have experience with a couple of other local vets, but recommend All Pets 100%. They are really terrific and I am grateful.

Great for exotics and great price

Absolutely love them and trust them exclusively with my dogs. LSU is great for emergencies but for EVERYTHING ELSE I go to All Pets. Their boarding is the best and very reasonably priced. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly and accommodating. I can that everyone deeply cares about my dogs and makes me feel at ease. I tell all my friends to go here. Dr. Gwen is amazing and I can't imagine going anywhere but All Pets so long as I live in Louisiana.

If it were possible to give negative stars I would. This morning I brought my dog to be groomed and because he was old and grooming was very stressful for him, he was sedated. I thought that bringing my dog to this facility was in Bailey's best interest... That I was doing the right thing.. well, this afternoon I brought my little dog home in a box. I called All Pets Animal hospital to let them know what happened.. to let them know that I was told by the vets who treated Bailey when he passed out after I had gotten him home, that one of the drugs they had given him for sedation (Ketamine) was detrimental to older dogs with a heart murmur. The woman that I spoke to on the phone at All Pets Hospital was the most condescending, insincere, arrogant person I have ever had the displeasure to speak with. She is definitely NOT the person they should have handling these types of situations. She basically accused me of KNOWINGLY having my dog groomed at the risk of death. I groomed Bailey only when necessary since it was so stressful to him. He was a long haired mix. He was fine this morning. He was fine... And, now he is in a box courtesy of All Pets Hospital.

We have loved all pets for years. Our corgi gets excited at the sight of an exam table knowing of all of the treats that are to come. Boarding here is great too. As soon as I call and say my dogs name, the lady at the desk knows my pup and wants to know how she is. When we arrive for boarding, Candy (who works in the back) comes to meet her and if you gave my dog the option.. she may leave me for Candy. It’s easy to say I’ll never bring my pets any where else.

Profit before pet. Would not recommend boarding here. They did not feed dog to direction and caused pancreatitis in healthy dog. $160 in boarding fees ended up cost $1600 in emergency vet care. They would not accept fault, even after looking at boarding chart and admitted dog was fed incorrectly. Owner was then put on a "alert" list due to voicing concerns.
