My parents have been bringing their dogs here for years. When I got my own, I knew the only place I could trust was Park Forest Animal Hospital. Dr. Mooney is the best and kindest vet you will ever meet. Though they only take appts right now, they still let me rush in when I was worried my dog was hurt. I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for our dogs.

Dr. Mooney has been my vet for years. He is patient, very knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything to make sure you understand what is going on. Hours of operation make it easy to be seen when needed, though sometimes the wait can be a bit much. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I love PFAM!

I have had numerous Vets over the last 30 years and none have even come close to measuring up to Dr Mooney and his standard of quality care. He was my last Vet. My only regret is that I didn’t discover him first. A bonus is his outstanding staff who share his love for animals and will always make you and your pet feel welcome. I always recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Mooney and Dr. Erica(please forgive me I can’t remember her last name) are by far the best! I just started taking my babies here in January, and I can only say good things about the whole staff. I had to put my baby to sleep in February, and Dr. Mooney was so caring through the whole process. He answered all of my questions and gave me as much time as I needed with her. I felt at peace with the decision I made, and I don’t think I would have without his assurance. They even sent me a card in the mail with her paw print, and it meant so much to me! We also had a traumatic event with our cat getting his tail stuck in our recliner. Most of his tail had to be amputated, but Dr. Mooney did an amazing job. His tail was healed perfectly, and he was back to himself in no time. I finally just took my Boston Terrier to get her yearly checkup today. Dr. Erica took care of her, and was so so good with her! These are people who genuinely love animals, and I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of my babies now. I am so glad I made the switch, my past vet was unfortunately nothing like this. I 100% recommend Park Forest Animal Hospital!

Doctor Mooney is wonderful. He is very caring and loving towards his animal patients. I would highly recommend Park Forest to anyone who has a pet they love.

Love Dr Mooney....he truly cares about helping and he doesn't charge an arm and a leg. He treated my puppy who got Parvo in between vaccinations and he lived!!!! We drive 45 mins from out of town to see him. He has treated all our dogs. I'm so glad he is still open from the flood.

Excellent care for my pet. Had my dog back to normal in 2 weeks after 6 months of no improvement from another vet. They do not take appointments so be pre6to wait.

Dr. Mooney is hands down the best vet we’ve ever been to. His receptionist was so kind and apologized about the wait, which was no problem by the way. The price is unmatched. Would definitely recommend them.
