I'm a new pet owner, and very satisfied with my first experience at Jones Creek Animal Hospital. The staff and doctor are wonderful!

Dr J is the only vet I will bring my kitty BellaMan to! He has extreme anxiety when visiting the dr. and requires sedation every time. She sedates him with gas not injection. He had a terrible reaction to injection sedation by other vets. She is very passionate about his care and I can tell she loves her work! Thanks Dr J!

They are the absolutely kindest staff you can find at a veterinary clinic. Any time my dogs have been sick or simply needed a place to stay while I'm out of town, I know that they are in the care of people that will treat them as their own family. If there is one thing in all of Baton Rouge I could recommend, it is that you take your pets here.

This place came highly recommended from a friend, and we are super impressed. Affordable, professional, knowledgeable, and best of all, they really care about your pet. Super sweet people & the only vet we will use from now on.

Great little animal hospital with people who care. We found this place by accident when we were calling around to find a decent little animal hospital. Their prices are fairly standard which can be called high depending on what you are having done. But the staff has been great and our puppy does not mind going to them when she needs shots or medicine. Overall a great place to bring your pets.

In all the years of having dogs I’ve NEVER had a vet (we say pediatrician lol) as awesome as Dr. Schneider. My son is a little a%# so he likes to bite etc. we informed her he’s tiny but a little aggressive she got in the floor with him and he warmed up to her. She’s been my babies Dr for 3 years and we board there (they have suites with TVs etc). I could NOT recommend them more! They know Max is my son and how I am with him and they’re awesome to me!

Mrs. Jennifer is great. She loves our animals and makes sure they are well cared for. Will be our vet for life.

By far the most thoughtful and compassionate vet we have ever had. We have been bringing our fur babies there for years. Highly recommend.

*******update ******* Our beloved pet snooki declined in health rapidly and my daughter and I had to make a tough decision about snookis quality of life. Jennifer and staff were extremely patient and clearly explained all options. We tried a few suggestions but ultimately had to ease her pain and put her down. Jennifer took the time to put us at ease about a difficult situation and showed an unrivaled level of compassion for our family member. Jones Creek Animal Hospital has all the personal touches you could ever expect from a vetrinarian. When I decide to be a pet owner again they will see me again! ******* End update ******* They always take the time to explain course of action taken for my dog's health. Very friendly staff who are obvious animal lovers.

Dr. J is awesome And actually everyone is awesome

My mother’s dog Champ had REALLY bad breath AND got me up 2-4 times a night. I got up 2-4 times a night let him out and he drank water and went back to bed. Food was an issue, he would/could not eat food that was not soft. Champ needed dental work and had surgery in mid- August 19. #1 bad breath gone, #2 only gets up once a night (sometimes none), #3 eats anything including DOG FOOD. Great family run business that I know I can trust with my best friend's care

This place saved my second son..???? he is now 4 months and the only place I he will be going for any health care. Major- Snowball luvs the stuff the veterinarian is so sweet and very knowledgeable about all the pets that's walks in the door. She even know them by name..????

Dr Jennifer is the best vet I have ever used. We have been going to her for 20 years because she is the best. Caring, loves what she does, and goes the extra mile. It's really hard to find people who care so much and love what they do, but she does. Staff is awesome also.

I have been bringing my pets to “Dr. J” / Dr. Schneider for possibly over 20 years now. She and her staff are true animal lovers!! Dr. Schneider is so knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. She has helped me through some very tough times with sick kitty cats (Sadie and Jack) and she took a lot of time out of her busy schedule to help/teach me when I got my first dog! I ❤️ Dr. J and all of the Jones Creek Animal Hospital staff!!!
