We love sending our dog for Playcare. Very helpful and kind staff.

We are not regulars at HRAH, but we couldn't have been treated with more kindness or comparison. We evacuated Ida and boarded our cat with them. They provided us with peace of mind knowing she was being well cared for and safe, we even got to visit with her at our convenience. When power was restored to our home we were ready to go home and HRAH made special arrangements for us to pick up our cat outside of regular business hours. Thank you HRAH, thank you!

Highland Road Animal Hospital cared for Skippy, our Chihuahua for the last 6 years of his life. They provided great vet service especially as old-age began to impact his health. Boarding was easy and they're great about any special food requests. Finally, they were compassionate when it was time for Skippy to pass away.

Everyone, from the vet techs to the veterinarians, is empathetic, intelligent, and caring. This team has saved my cat’s life. They tirelessly take care of my babies when I bring them in, and they have amazing attitudes.

Great location (on highland rd), reasonable play care and boarding price and we like our doctor (Dr. Bergeran) a lot!

The clinic and veterinarians are nice, but the prices are extremely high. In my experience you can expect to pay nearly double what other vets charge. This includes prescriptions. I don’t think the additional cost is linked to improved animal care, but in their quite impressive facility and waiting room. If that’s valuable to you, you’ll be very satisfied. The veterinarian skill and care appears equivalent to other vets in the area.

I am so thankful to all the staff here! We evacuated from Hurricane Laura & I had to board my cats here, everyone was so kind & sent me pictures & updates on how my cats were doing ❤️ the cats enjoyed their time there too!

It’s never easy to lose a friend of 17 years but Dr. O’Neil & the great staff were kind, compassionate ,professional & helpful - they included me in every step & allowed me to say my goodbyes- I have used them for years and am thankful for the Highland Road Hospital

Staff members are amazing and the love that they have for your fur babies is evident from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. The facility is super clean and very pet friendly. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in need of a loving veterinarian and staff!

Multiple vets and we'll equipped

I have been taking my dog here and boarding him with highland road for three years. They have fair prices and don't push things on you. The vets r always really friendly and handle the dogs well. They also offer boarding and day care. My dog loves it and is always excited to go back .

Great place for your pet to stay while you are on vacation!

Great people and great care. This is our regular vet but one time I sent my dog for play care and for a checkup during the day. The vet himself called me after her checkup and shots to give me a run down of everything that happened and how she's doing really well. You can really tell they care about their patients, both human and not. I also find them to be the most reasonably prices. No strange fees or expensive procedures. They are very upfront about the cost of everything.

Super staff, I really feel like they care about my cat Leo and all the other animals I see there.

Dr. Bergeron is the best. We have been taking both of our pups, miniature Yorkie and Doberman to him for 10+ years. Highly recommend him, or really any f the Vets at highland animal for Vet care and for overnight stays.

Great Doctor and facility for pets

We mainly use Highland Road Animal Hospital for their playcare, but have used them for their vet services too - happy with both. Our pups absolutely love it and get so excited when we walk in the door. The staff is very friendly and this is the exact type of place I want my pups to be at.
