The best place ever for your cat. Dr. Lacie is superb.

They are absolutely fantastic. Although my cats were not the happiest, they worked well with them and they made me feel at ease. I feel highly confident in their staff and doctors. I'm so happy I found them when I moved here.

The care and attention our cats received was excellent. I felt the staff and vet were very attentive to our cats, and the environment and experience were much better than going to a standard vet. They were very patient with out cats and took care to explain their findings and suggestions.

I would recommend the CCC to anyone with feline family.???? I boarded my cats over the holiday: they made check in easy, they had boarding cameras so I could see how my cat children were doing, they were kind every time my husband or I called with questions and had my cats and all their belongings ready to go when I picked up. At pick up, they placed a cardboard scratchpad in their carrier with feliaway on it so my cats were nice and calm on the car ride home. Since it was the holidays they made my cats Christmas stockings and stuffed it with treats and toys that my cats loved playing with as soon as they got home. The quality of care my cats and I received was definitely worth every penny. I cannot thank them enough for the experience and we are so excited to bring them back for boarding again and for all future veterinary care!!! ????

Cat Care Center has handled our cat (Poms) very well. We have visited there a few times in the last month for concerns over her weight loss, and the vets + staff at Cat Care Center care for her professionally and handle her gently. They have provided sample cat food and have given food recommendations, which we have incorporated into Poms' diet now...she is responding to all the care and suggestions nicely. I must commend the communication of Cat Care Center. Setting and confirming appointments is very easy and hassle free. When tests results come back, the vets are quick to give me a call and discuss further...and they're email correspondence is also helpful. I give updates through the email when I am unavailable for a phone call. I recommend Cat Care Center.

My Tonkinese cats, Penelope Lacie and Josephine will not be brought anywhere else! I love having CCC to bring my precious fur babies to. My mind is completely at rest going there. Blue Ribbon care could be another good name for them. The desk gals, the techs, Dr, Lacie...they all get an A+++ from me and my kitties. If you are sharp, you will have noticed the name on one of my babies.

I will never have a bad thing to say about CCC. Both their boarding and veterinary services have been fantastic. With boarding, I got regular text updates and I really appreciated the webcams. I don’t even know where to begin with how great Dr. Lacie has been, though. This is a scruff-free clinic, so cats are treated respectfully instead of man-handled. The cats are given treats and toys in an examination room with feliway diffusers and places for them to perch. Now, my cats don’t mind going to the vet at all. Besides that, I’m absolutely shocked at how thorough every vet visit has been. Instead of being rushed through a 15min appointment, I’ve never left without all of my questions and concerns being met. This means that Dr. Lacie has helped us address behavioral concerns on top of health issues. I’m no stranger to cats, but I’ve learned so much about their unique needs since going to her practice—things as simple (but important) as the best way to give them food and water, how to pet them, etc. On top of that, she always quotes a study to back up what she’s saying. I’ve worked with a lot of vets throughout my life, including those specializing in livestock as well as exotics. With all my experience, I’ve never met a veterinarian as conscientious or competent as Dr. Lacie.

What a joke. Took my ailing senior cat there and the vet was literally guessing what to do and didn't even have a formal diagnosis before putting a feeding tube in him. I managed to rack up a $5k bill in one week from their nickel and dime-ing and they refused to do any sort of payment plan with me, saying the amount wasn't that expensive and no vet would ever do payments. No less than 12 hours later from them releasing him to me , saying he was well enough to come home, my cat seizures, lost control of his bladder, and couldn't move which resulted in his being put down. The techs and front desk staff were great, but the vets were unprofessional and did not listen. You have money to burn? Fine, go here. Just don't do it if your baby is going for anything more serious than a check up.

Not sure if I had a unique experience or this is just a business model I have never encountered in 40+ years of doing it. This review is actually from 2020, December, when my cat Buttercup of 18+ years was and then passed. I had already taken her to multiple places that had nice and fancy set-ups and attached to "big chain brands" but those places did not even have the basic non-destructive testing methods like an ultrasound machine to examine her and even form a clue about what might be wrong, let alone confirm any findings. So, I ended up here on pure random chance. There was nothing to do for my Buttercup, I realized that. No one was going to be able to offer anything but this place did and can, Compassion. I am a frugal, 45 year old male that does not believe in a lot of pointless trips to doctors of any field. It has taken me 6 months to write this because I am a guy, this isn't exactly on our profile or track record to do things like this. I told myself that if I was still thinking about this place, I would just have to sit down and be honest about my experience here. They have given me so much to think about it was hard to pin-down what they had that was so different besides the fact they had the ACTUAL equipment needed to make a proper diagnosis in the first place; You will be glad about this guys because an ultrasound check is a few bucks to do, a few seconds to check and doesn't hurt or scare your pet. When places want to 'start' with an X-Ray, for a kidney problem, just leave or better yet, just come here in the first place. You can feel the integrity in the place and if it was in the location or look of the place please understand those count as 0 points for this review. That being said, this place is both professional and well designed / clean. You can tell it is not a turnkey or far from the heart of whomever owns this establishment. It is the very place I would take my friend of 18+ years that is sick and needed my help to get out of pain. 6 months later and it still brings tears to my eyes. I couldn't make it to pick up her keepsakes, it isn't that I didn't care, someone wrecked into us on Dec 24th 2020 and after that everything kind of went off track. I just don't have a way to come and get them and don't want to trouble anyone to request to send them. 6 months later and I still think about the level of compassion and knowledge along with a professionalism that I did not think would be obtainable and have a thriving business. So, if you are husband that is into getting the job done correctly the first time, not going straight to nuclear options on patients and their owner wallets right away, in the correct way healthcare should be done and not feeling like you overpaid or the trip isn't worth it, this would be the place. The doctor and staff will not only listen, they won't do that annoying thing that doctors do 1 second after you start speaking, they hear themselves speaking, that is not going to happen here. You will be heard, there will be actual listening and together as a team you solve a mystery about your friend that cannot communicate. At no point and time will you feel the sense that your point of view is somehow less valued but actually it is the reversed, the doctor finds all of the information you provide to be helpful because she GENUINELY wants to help heal. This is what I couldn't describe, silly i know, so obvious. I kept thinking about this and there was more, I realized she was not after a "level of care" but displayed instead "intent to heal" and not along a path she decided on her own but educated me on each path and told me the realities of my options. She let us choose and then Buttercup pretty much let us know also. Dr. Lacie, Thank you so much for your compassion during a stressful time and deep loss. I apologize that after six months this review cannot possibly do justice or express what this place actually has or amount of "it" doesn't seem to have a limit or conditions set on "it". Whatever "it" is, I haven't really stopped thinking about "it", am very grateful for it.

Dr. Lacie and her team are the absolute best! I started going to her a little over a year ago and have received compassionate and knowledgeable service, time and time again. One morning I had a cat emergency. My littlest was severely constipated, so they had me bring him in, and they were able to assess him in between scheduled appointments. He stayed overnight for a few nights for fluids and monitoring. They had a very clean environment and even had calming frequency music playing for all the sick kitties. I also had an elderly cat, which was a new experience for me. Dr. Lacie always took the time to explain what was going on and things I needed to do to keep him healthy and comfortable. He recently passed at home. Dr. Lacie and her staff have gone above and beyond to express their condolences and have really helped in the grieving process. I have since moved to a new state, and they didn’t have to go out of their way for someone who isn’t even a patient anymore, but they did. I can’t thank Dr. Lacie and her team enough for the exceptional care my kitties received.

The entire team at the Cat Care Center was very professional, but most importantly, they treated me and my cat Paisley with the utmost kindness and compassion during each of our visits. As a bonus, the facility is beautiful and you can tell it was intentionally designed to give their guests (both human and feline) the best experience possible. I highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for feline veterinary services.

Dr.Lacie and her staff are always 100% in every issue we have. Cannot ask for a better place to bring our babies. We are so lucky to have Cat Care Center in this area!

Dr. Lacie Lee and her staff are amazing! They all go above and beyond. Dr. Lee stays on top of everything beyond a normal check up including nutrition and behavior topics.

With its light, airy, and refreshingly modern design, the Cat Care Center generates a feeling of health and elicits optimism from the moment that one enters its elevated (and elevating) portals. Quick and courteous reception staff expedite the transition into the pleasantly decorated, kitty-relaxing examination rooms. Without distractions from other animals--without the startling barks of Rottweiler's or the nervous chirps of chihuahuas--both the cats and their caregivers can concentrate on feline affairs. Diagnosis and treatment are first-rate. Our biggest, diabetic tomcat had puzzled the experts and had nearly arrived at doom's door, but Dr. Lacie and her staff were able to stabilize him, get him on a minimally demanding insulin regimen, and, within a month or so, return him to the peak of fitness. The Cat Care Center is highly recommended for any cat with complicated diagnostic needs, with high-pitched nerves, or, indeed, with a taste for nice environments. "CCC" merits an A-plus grade!

We will always bring our babies here now! They took such great care of Benji and Manzo, and even gave me updates. The best! Their rooms stayed clean, and our boys felt very comfortable here!

Yes you pay more money but this is truly an example of you get what you pay for. The staff and very friendly and very knowledgeable. This is just what my Sassy girl needs.

I am absolutely pleased with the service here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It may cost a bit more than other vets but it's definitely worth it. They made sure my babies were calm and not stressed and the one that was super stressed they took very good care of her. We were behind on their care because of covid and CCC got all 3 of them caught up on everything! Thank you Cat Care Center you're the best!

This is a great vet team for your fur babies! They specialize in cats and are VERY thorough. I felt very comfortable with every part of my visit. Received phone calls from the vet each morning and afternoon with updates on my cat with a kidney infection.

Absolutely amazing staff and Vets. They truly care about the animals being seen in their office. I definitely would recommend if you are looking for a Veterinary office for your fur babies.

I cannot say enough good things about Cat Care Center! Dr. Lacie and her staff are absolutely amazing. They did the impossible and kept my demon cat, Rocco, calm during his exam. Rocco and Sir Isaac have boarded at Cat Care Center and they always make me feel so at ease knowing they are in such great care. I even get to watch them on the little Webcam! My two boys are the world to me and I am so happy we found Cat Care Center and Dr. Lacie to make them feel like true royalty. ????

I brought our 5 month old Ragdoll kitten here yesterday and I can't say enough good things about our experience. Dr Lacie and her team are running a first class operation and they gave such great care to our kitten, Fitz.

Dr. Lacie Lee is the best! Can't say enough about the quality care she gives my cats and the genuine love she has for them. We've been through kitten care all the way through senior care together. Senior care was in 2019 and wouldn't have made it through the events without her. We are now going through the events of a new kitten while introducing him to our adult 9 year old. So happy we found her years ago to help us take care of the kids throughout their lives.

Dr. Lacie is amazing. She explains everything about our cats so well and is always helping us find solutions. Our cats love her and we think she is absolutely the best cat vet in town. The Cat Care center is state of the art and filled with cat-loving people. We can't say enough great things about this amazing place that was Dr. Lacie's vision.

Dr Lee and her clinical assistants are maintaining essential safety measures for the Covid-19 pandemic, while ensuring care for the cats and empathy for the cats' custodians. If not for Dr Lee's meticulous clinical approach, my cat would have died several weeks ago from kidney failure.

Everything about this place is phenomenal. Dr. Lacie and staff were nothing but sweet, prompt, and informational. As a first time cat owner I highly recommend Cat Care Center as a genuine and honest place where they care for your animal. Mardi and I are very appreciative of the whole visit!
