Very pleased with the aquatic department, the alleged "juicing " of juvenile fish are untrue. These are two male African Cichlid Malawi Peacocks, I purchased the first of this year

Most of the time, just as bad as PetSmart, but their service and associate knowledge is better. They were out of multiple things that I needed when I went, but unlike PetSmart, they knew what I was talking about.

Stock was stacked in passage ways, hard to move a cart around, seemed lack of staff also, plus did not find all I had in mind getting. May shop else where.

No greeting as I walked in, no help finding what I was looking for, and prices are outrageous. I left empty handed. Won't be back.

It's sad how this store is operated. Since my family and I have moved to Alexandria we like to keep out plethora of pets in the best of living conditions and sometimes we are unsure about certain items or so. Most of the clerks are not as knowledgeable about what this store offers or the processes of certain things. Often to they have relayed inadequate information or just plain wrong. The store is not organized very well and the animals that they do have (when they have animals!!!), seem to be so disgusted. This store needs to close.

This store is great! The employees are helpfull and knowledgeable. They always have someone there that can answer your questions. Great selection of food and treats for pets! Convenient location as well!

Everyone I have dealt with at Petco has been very nice and very helpful about what I should use or not use for my puppy. I appreciate the good service and many different variety of items I can pick from.????
