Always a good experience. They work with you to get you in and scheduled. My puppy comes home happy and clean!

Been taking my cocker spaniel here since he was a few months old. He is now almost 4! They are the best! He has sensitive skin so we always have to be careful and they are so attentive to his needs and do such a great job. Not to mention they are responsive and treat Cash like he’s one of their own! Highly recommend.

On the pricey side, but the BEST grooming our dogs have gotten. They did exactly what we asked, the dogs smell fantastic, and look adorable. Thank you!

The pet daycare was an awful experience. The staff is great, but the manager woman is a nightmare. Rude, condescending, always seems annoyed.

This place is the best, they take good care and listen to what you want done and also give great advice. Was our 2nd time there and actually got me in same day (very surprised). Overall they take good care and do a great job.

Really love animals. I would highly recommend. Only place we use for our dog. The prices are right also.

Have been taking my 1 yo Bernedoodle here for almost a year. Brittany is EXCELLENT! She is super attentive to how I want my pup groomed and always checks with me before she starts. She has always done an excellent job without nicks or razor burn. You can tell she Loves her job and the animals she works with!

My fur baby can be a handful at times when getting groomed. She gets very anxious. They did a wonderful job. Worth every penny. She was so relaxed when I picked her up. I’m so happy I booked with The Pampered Pooch. 10/10 I would leave more stars if I could.

They did a great job! My pups are usually very nervous about bathing and grooming but at the Pampered Pooch they were just fine.

Stewart was nice enough to contact me and explain that all the redness around Eli's eyes appears to be an allergic response to their blueberry facial product. He was very concerned about this and has offered a complimentary grooming using hypoallergenic products. Thank you Stewart! Eli will be back!

We are new to town and we’re so happy to find Pampered Pooch. They listened to exactly how I wanted my Aussiedoodle cut and he looked great!

My little boy does not like to have his paws touched. Danielle was a great groomer. She powered through and got him groomed so cute. A little pricey but I will definitely go back. They are fabulous.

Called and got a message that said you will get quicker response if you text this given number. I texted but got no text back. 2 days later got a return text, which basically said they could not take me for over a week. Nope.

I hardly ever post reviews but they were so awesome. I bought my fur baby in for his first haircut and ANN was great!! I was very particular in how I wanted him cut because he is a Goldendoodle and Has a lot of hair. She cut him just as we wanted and we couldn’t be happier!! We will definitely be long term customers!! Thank you!!

We have used someone else for a while but they were so backed up due to COVID-19 that we had to "settle" for this groomer. Well, we now will use the Pampered Pooch on a regular basis! They are great. Our two Standard Poodles looked terrific and they know it.

My fur Baby loves this place she gets groomed at the spa and goes to day care. We pull up and I don't even need to get out of the car she jumps out and runs to the gate. I love that they post pictures during the day as well.

They do amazing work and are very friendly.

Our burnese mountain dog Henry absolutely loves going here. Whether it be for daycare or boarding, he always comes home so happy. Seeing their pics on Facebook, I can tell the pups are well looked after and the staff is great with them. I know it is a hard choice on were to leave your pets, but I couldn't recommend this place more.

I have taken my sweet pup to a few different groomers in the area. After several butchered hair cuts, & impersonal encounters with other groomers, I'm glad we found PP! This is the only place that we experienced kindness from all of the staff, and a perfect grooming experience for my dog, every single time we've been there. My dog can be very skiddish in a new environment, and whines when he has to leave me. The staff is great about taking the time to reassure & love on him. The business is clean, professional, but also has a family-like atmosphere. They schedule you for that same week, & the appointments are always relatively quick!
