I've been to a few different vets recently, and I think covid has really put a strain on this industry because everything always feels very rushed and like everyone is stressed or like they don't have the time to really look for what's wrong. However, this wasn't the case at Grassmere. Dr Clark spent a considerable amount of time looking over previous medical records, listening to my cats heart/lungs (an area of concern for me) and answered lots of questions. My cat has had a few issues going on for a few months that no one really seems to know what's going on. While I still don't have a definitive answer, this is the first vet visit I didn't cry at or leave feeling like my cat is on the brink of death. My visit was less than $90, which also included a bag of food. I will definitely take him back here in the future.

Dr Piper has been the best Vet we've seen in Nashville. She is super sweet to my pups and treats them like children which they are. Joey and Lucy adore her and the peanut butter she has. I can go in for an appointment without the fear of getting an outrageous bill for a visit. The staff is also very nice and helpful. My Joey gives them all hugs every time he goes in.

Sent me a lovely card after my dog died. Good people.

Dr. Clark was amazing. Knowledgeable, caring, and thorough explanations about my cat's symptoms were very helpful!

My vet closed down, so a friend recommended this place. The staff is calling, knowledgeable, caring and attentive to details. Those characteristics are much appreciated.

I used to love this place, but my last three or so visits have been really frustrating and disappointing. I wish that the vets here could communicate without making people feel bad. I think that taking my foster dog to a different vet just gave me some perspective that I didn’t have before. I know that the pandemic has been a stressful time for vets, and maybe the change in tone and treatment is due to that increased pressure, but I do wish they’d remember that we’re *all* under more pressure. I have four rescue pets, and I dread taking them in for shots because I feel like I’m always going to be scolded or judged about something or another that I’m not doing right for them. I’m truly trying my best!

This is a great place to take your pets! The staff are so caring, attentive, and do a great job getting you in quickly. The vets are terrific, down to earth, and great to be around. The prices are also great compared to other places. We take our cats to Dr. Brumbelow.

Grassmere has been our vet for years now. Everyone there is a delight. Nobody in town can take better care of your pet than these folks. We have had several dogs over the years and all of them have had the best care ever. Even my daughters' pet rabbit was cared for here. Dr. Clark has been our main vet, but we have seen everyone at one time or another. The staff are amazing!

if you have an emergency, seek elsewhere. My dog hasn’t slept in over 12 hours due to a severe ear infection, the rude front desk lady did not care at all, wouldn’t even try to fit us in.

I drive all the way from Columbia, Tn because I really like Grassmere. The prices are very reasonable and everyone is very nice.

Came over t to the car and picked up our cat, then the vet came over t afterwards and explained what was going on. Staff was very nice and the prices extremely reasonable.

I have taken all of my pets to Grassmere for over 15 years. All of the vets are so great. They will fit me in if I feel it cannot wait with an issue. I Would highly recommend this clinic.

Great experience here both times I went for my cat. Both of the vets I saw (different one on each visit) patiently explained everything and answered questions, and treated my cat well. Recommend this place.

Grassmere is awesome, I wouldn't take my pups anywhere else. The vet explained things in precise detail that anyone could understand. I've attached a screencap of a Facebook post where a new neighbor asked for a vet recommendation. Grassmere was the ONLY vet the community recommended.

They whole entire staff was very supportive....in my difficult situation....it was hardest thing to do for me...Dr Clark took timeout n staff as well to guide me thru my struggle of watching my dog struggle with a cancer tumor cell...Dr Clark even went above more than I could ask for to listen and helping me understand my options....I want to say thank you for everything to everyone who work at Grassmere...I miss my little brown eyed little bella girl...daily...again Thank you for everything it was truly a great place to go to...

These people here or great I have four pitbulls and to be honest it is hard to find a veterinarian who will treat them nice most people assume that the horrible dog and not all veterinarians are nice to them these people were wonderful to all of my dogs and I highly recommend them and their prices are reasonable
