We are new to DogTopoa, but we are loving the Webcams and staff!

Love boarding my dog here. Super convenient to use the app for booking. Love being able to watch the cameras to check in on my pup. Employees are always super nice. Would recommend to anybody.

Great company a little pricey but in a pinch very helpful. Thankn you dog topia for taking care of my dog while I travel.

It absolutely makes my heart swell that my puppy starts losing her mind with excitement as soon as we turn onto the street for daycare. We’ve been coming here for a few months and she is always so excited to spend the day with her friends at Dogtopia that it almost hurts my feelings, haha. Add to this the fact that they greet my dog by name each morning as they collect her from my car to take her inside and it’s undeniable she’s in great hands. I love watching the dogs on the cameras throughout the day because you can also tell that the canine coaches genuinely enjoy their jobs and interacting with the dogs throughout the day. Absolutely a worthwhile experience for me and my puppy girl.

Absolutely amazing! Drop-off and pick-up so you don’t even have to go inside. Able to see my dog at all times with their webcams (kind of addicting watching it all day, not going to lie)! My dog absolutely loved it as well.

I just went the other day for a meet and greet and so far so good! I have not taken my dog enough to give it five stars….

Dogtopia has the best customer service imaginable. They have taken our dog early, given us their personal cell phone, greeted us by name despite our sporadic attendance, and made our pup feel like a king! They are trustworthy and I wouldn’t want to send our fur baby any place else!

Our dog loves going to Dogtopia. He always comes home happy and exhausted (which is really good with a puppy). Love the staff!

We LOVE Dogtopia of Hickory Plaza!!!!!! Not only do they take amazing care of our (difficult..) high energy Boston terrier , the play environment with the other pups gets out alll of his pent up energy!! And if I ever have a question or concern about dash while he’s at day care (I’m a worrier ) , the Dogtopia team never makes me feel bad about calling to check on him and they reassure me with an update on Dash. Really can’t say enough good things about them . Dash gets so excited for his day care days!!

My dog Maple absolutely LOVES Dogtopia. I just mention the word "daycare" and she goes crazy and won't stop whining and running around the house until I open the garage door so she can get in the car to go to daycare. When we get there, I have to make sure I have hold of her leash or else she would try to jump out of the car window in order to get inside as fast as she possibly can. She absolutely loves it there and I feel comfortable leaving her there during the day knowing she is being well taken care of and is having a great time. The people who work there are all super nice and they know Maple and treat her so well. When I pick her up in the evenings they often give her cuddles when she is in the car before we leave and Maple just loves them all. Dogtopia has been amazing and I am so happy I decided to start sending Maple there a couple times a week!

I cannot and I mean CANNOT recommend Dogtopia Hickory Plaza enough! They are so kind and have consistently gone above and beyond for my pup Hugo. They know him by name and do everything possible to ensure that you know your dog is well taken care of when you’re out of town. Thank you so much for all you do for the Nashville pups and their families!

My dogs love Dogtopia. They know the parking lot, and are excited to go in. The staff are terrific, and take great care of the dogs. The staff get to know the dogs, and their personalities.

Suzie was very helpful and thorough in explaining the meet and greet process with our new puppy. The cameras make it easy to check on our fur-baby during playtime. Pickup and drop off is easy and convenient. Top notch service that left us with a tired, happy pup.

Dogtopia is the absolute best! Mike, the GM, has gone so above and beyond for our Rue. I couldn't recommend Dogtopia fastest enough for anyone searching for a doggy daycare. Best in Nashville! You have to take your puppers here!

Lexi loves going to daycare. She has a tremendous amount of energy and is always tired and ready for bed when she leaves. The staff is great and I know she's being well taken care of while I'm at work. Plus I have the ability to check on her anytime throughout the day via their webcam. I love seeing her play and have such a fun filled day. You can also catch the staff giving out hugs and rubs ???? Thanks Dogtopia Hickory Plaza!!

Dogtopia has been one of the best daycare/boarding companies we have used and has become the only one we take our rescue pup to now. The facilities feel happy, roomy and super clean - we always feel like our dog is treated well and is actively being looked after and cared for.

We love Dogtopia! I am literally in tears missing our sweet Angel (puppup) We were displaced from the flood last Sunday. I was so overwhelmed and Mr. Mike came to save the day. We are still in a hotel awaiting approval for a new apartment. We are praying this week we get the go-to move in. (Fingers crossed) Me and my daughter keep talking about how much we miss him. We're having separation anxiety. Thank you guys so much! You have no idea how much stress you have taken off of me knowing that he is in good hands. I have literally, recommended you guys to everyone I know. I can't wait to hug and kiss all over Angel! Thank you guys so much. The staff is friendly and everyone is amazing. Thank you! Dogtopia is the best thing I could have ever done with my Dog! He has jumped out of my car window pulling into the parking lot. Russ loves to play and be loved on all day long while I’m working. The app makes everything so convenient for a busy working dog mom like myself. I highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone and everyone looking for a fun, safe and friendly atmosphere for their dogs. The staff goes above and beyond to treat your dog like their own!

This little monster goes every week! He has been kicked out of previous daycares because he’s a fence jumper, but Dogtopia has a wonderful 14 ft fence (nearly impossible for Mr. Troublemaker to clear)! They are awesome with him and are very responsive and they have an awesome app that makes scheduling easy! They also have webcams so I can watch him while I’m at work! Love Dogtopia! Munden gets excited when I tell him he’s going to daycare for the day!

I had a wonderful experience! It was my Zoe’s first daycare experience and she was given wonderful treatment in assisting her with adjusting to a new place and being around other dogs. Mike was awesome!! He sent video messages throughout the day, relieving my concerns of Zoe getting adjusted. They took care of her as if she was there own! That was very important! I highly recommend them. Everyone was friendly and very personable!!! Thank you all again for taking care of my Zoe!!!

I appreciate that you guys get to know each dog. It is not a one-size-fits-all approach to managing temperaments, and that really makes a difference in the playrooms. Thanks also for the consistently good communication. :-)

A very attentive, caring , professional staff. Every square inch was clean. Very impressive.

My dog, Emma stayed with them twice when we were out of town. At the second time, she went in to the building without looking back to us. lol When she got back, she is clean and smelled wonderful and slept all day after playing so hard with other dogs. They have a dryer with a crate so I believe Emma does not stress out for fear of hair dryer. They are always nice and very friendly to both humans and dogs. We can check our dog through webcam. I am very happy about their services. :-)

Mike and his team at Dogtopia are truly exceptional people that treat my dog as their own and go out of their way to ensure my pup and me are happy. The pricing is fair and their hours are awesome, I love the cameras they have on during the day available to dog parents, and how tired my pup is when I pick her up! Deeply grateful for this place and the people who run it, especially their GM - truly one of a kind.
