My dog Macy has always been gone to fountain city. I recently had to put her down and when I tell you that they are the most caring staff. The Veterinarian was so sweet. I was crying my eyes out and she just hugged me. Her hug was so heart felt. If I ever have another dog this is where they will go to. Thank you all again!

I love the care and attention shown to my cats and me as the pet owner. They were so attentive and caring! I am new to the area and have been looking around for a good veterinarian for our pets.....this one is 5 star!

To be brand new to an area and be referred to them was a blessing. Sadly our oldest dog was in a health decline when we moved and the team here treated us with excellent care. We had to have our beloved baby girl put to sleep and I could not have asked for more compassionate people. The dignity they offered to my baby doll was exceptional. I love this vet.

Great place and reasonable price

We are new to this vet after moving to Knoxville. We have had one well-check and also a tooth cleaning with 20 extractions. We are very impressed with the front desk and nursing staff. They are very kind and attentive. We received follow up calls after the teeth cleaning. Our dog was actually carried around by a nurse after his teeth cleaning to help him feel safe and calm, so kind. I would definitely recommend this vet.

Our Dog loves this place. always asking us when she can go back to see her friends. quality kennel and vet and fair pricing. will continue to dog there.

While I loved our veterinarian, the rest of the staff here is extremely unprofessional. We dropped our dogs off for boarding and was never given an estimate or details on their "requirements" to board. We were called a day later told a ton of extra stuff and charges were being added. On another visit I dropped our dogs off for baths and 7 hours later no call. I called them only to told by the front staff, "umm yea I guess their ready". To than get a 160$ bills for 2 baths/nails trims/booster shot. Seriously!? The customer service here is extremely poor and infuriating. To top it all off I'm fairly positive they broke one of our dogs tail.

My dog was groomed there. Dog was cut up bad by the person that groomed him. He suffered from cuts very badly. Bled for days. Will never ever take my dog in there ever again. Several times took him in there and his teeth appeared broken as well and mild concusion on one visit. WIll never take my dog in there ever again to be cut up and whatever is done while they take your dog in some back room. Barely survived the abuse.

The folks at Fountain City animal hospital are great. Drs and staff are friendly and knowledgeable and care about their patients.

I brought my 8 month old Australian Shepherd furkid in for a checkup. The staff and vet were super friendly, kind and helpful. I liked that they have 2 doors (one for cats and one for dogs) to help our furkids be less stressed. I was immediately greeted and assisted by Chelsea when I entered and given paperwork (since it was the first time I visited). She shared they would call me when they were ready since I had left my pup in my car (with the windows cracked on a 57 degree day). They called me within minutes to say they were ready for us (we had a 2:30pm appointment). It was not crowded and I had to wear a mask inside their office (my pup didn't need to wear a mask (joke)). The vet gave my pup his check-up while she talked with me. Everything was good and she shared she'll see me in a few months when I get him fixed. I am happy this is my new vet!! Service is great and I felt like family.

I am a very anxious cat mom who lost two of her babies back in 2019. As a result of that, and past negative experiences elsewhere, I personally struggle a lot with vet trips due to anxiety myself. I have since adopted a new kitty, Keanu, who has been struggling with a cough. I have been very impressed with the professionalism and level of care I have received since I began coming in March 2021. The team at Fountain City Animal hospital are compassionate and thorough. They always make sure to answer questions I have and address concerns that I have. I have never been made to feel like I’m a nuisance or that my concerns are ridiculous - they’re responsive and really put me at ease. They are never anything other than super kind and patient with both me and my kitty. I feel like I am a part of my cats pet care team, and that I am included every step of the way, which is super refreshing. I have had really bad experiences at other clinics in the past so it feels good to have a veterinarian who treats me like a human being instead of a cash dispenser. Honestly, I can’t recommend this place enough. Dr. Koob is great, and I got to see Dr. Cooper as well. Carol and Heather (I think her name is) are also extremely wonderful people. I look forward to many years working with Fountain city Animal hospital to take care of my baby, and any future furchildren I may have so long as I live in the Knoxville area.

I was very impressed with the veterinarian . They were courteous and well equipped to take care of my pets.

I don't have any complaints when I dealt with them, the staff was very nice and understanding! They really helped my dog out.

Started off my English Mastiff at another vet. 2 surgeries later the problem wasn't fixed. Came to Dr Nease on referal from a friend. She fixed the problem with medication!!! And my big baby does so well with her soft voice and approach.

This is a great place to take your extended family members. The staff are top notch.

They are amazing. They love my dog Sookie & take such good care of her. They made time to see her even when they was full of appointments today. They have called me & told me everything they needed to do with her before they have done it. They also have been great about me calling to check on her all throughout the day. They really are great & I appreciate everything that they have done for my baby girl.

Perfect job on nail trim for my baby Chihuahua" Beauty"!

They were very patient and sympathetic with me. I had to get squeezed in because my little man finally went down pretty fast. Taddy had a good long life and brought so much love and comfort to our home. I miss him so much.
