The vet and the staff were all very helpful and informative. They took great care of my Avy and gave her lots of love while she got her checkup!!!

This was our first visit to this vet since relocating from Texas and although we were not allowed to go in with our fur baby due to Covid protocol, the staff and vet were phenomenal! Everyone we encountered was very nice and accommodating. The vet, Dr. Jamie Hilla, actually came out to our vehicle and talked to us about our cat. We will definitely be going back with our fur-baby needs!

I am appalled at how this clinic views their new colleagues and new doctors entering this career. If this is how you want to treat the new generation of veterinarians I can't imagine how they treat their technicians, assistants or receptionists..... and don't even want to know how you treat peoples animals..... why would anyone want to work for you or support you if this is how you want to talk about the industry? Everyone deserves support on their journey as it is not easy. NEW GRADS BEWARE!!!! This clinic does not support you.

I had really high hopes we would be in love with this facility after we had already been bringing my first dog Bella here for anything and everything. We brought our new dog in for her first appointment here to get a basic exam and proof of breed. The ladies here were extremely nice and helped us alot. The man who saw Luna today was actually pretty rude and just looked like he did not want to be there. I am completely shocked by this behavior since we have been using them for almost 2 years for our oldest dog.. unfortunately we don't support this business anymore and will be moving along I hope this helps future dog owners.

We took her baby PB ( ball python)for a first time visit they were knowledgeable very friendly above and beyond ! I’ll go there again thank you guys so much!!

My sweet little Wrigley is almost 4 years old and I have been using this veterinarian since his first visit. I've never experienced anything but wonderful with every visit. All of the assistants are informed and helpful and I love the doctor. I've never felt as if they were just trying to sell me something. And they are very patient with the dog mothers like me who probably ask crazy questions.. Thank you for everything you guys have done for this furry little pup!

A great experience with Dr. Hilla. He gives you the straight scoop and does not beat around the bush. Exactly the kind of vet you want taking care of your furry friends. Can't say enough. I called around all morning looking for a place to take my guinea pig cuz I thought he had an ear infection and every place on their website that said they took guinea pigs when I called they either no longer took guinea pigs or they were booked. So I remember seeing their sign on the side of the road one day and I thought well I'll give them a try I called and she said we don't have any appointments available until Monday I said well thank you but I need to try to get him in today but thanks anyway and she goes well hold on let me see if I can try to fit him in and they we're able to fit him in the same day. super nice professional couldn't ask for better experience come to find out he did not have any infection but just some wax that it built up thank goodness and they removed it and all I was charged was an exam fee amazing service thanks again

This was my first visit. They took excellent care of my little dog and I'm very happy.

I that they take time to talk to you and treat the pets with a great deal of care. I board my 2 dogs there as well and they are always happy to see the staff....

I could not recommend this place enough. The staff is super nice and fast. The vet really cares about the animals there and it shows through his work. I’ve taken lizards here, snakes, cats, and I would take any and all of my animals here. Easily the best vet in Knoxville.

Got our iguana in quick and was super helpful! So glad to have found this group of caring individuals for our reptile babies!!

I originally brought my bunny two years ago for an infection. He wasn’t very social at this point & they were great with him. So when I got a new puppy, this vet was my first choice.

Callahan Drive Animal Hospital always seems to go the extra mile. It is very evident that they care for the animals and they are just such a pleasant group of people. It is an absolute pleasure visiting here! It is a year later and we went to see everyone at Callahan Drive Animal hospital again. They are always so patient and helpful with our Kitty Dash. It is very clear they love the animals they work with! Dr Hilla is always great and we got to meet Andrew who was just fantastic with Dash too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful as always! Thanks for everything! Another year later. We still think so highly of Dr. Hills and all the staff at Callahan Drive Animal Hospital. Our kitty can be quite a handful, yet they are so patient and understanding. We really appreciate them!

Don't call for an appointment because they'll give it away in 10 mins! Horrible manner.

Took my boy in for his first exam. Was dealing with all the extra COVID stuff. They were very professional. Made me feel comfortable with them taking my dog away as I couldn’t come in with COVID. They also gave me a complimentary first exam that saved me 50 dollars. I’ll definitely be going back here moving forward. 5 stars for sure.

Took my 3 y/o tortoise recently and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the vet knowledgeable and kind, but the overall visit (including an x-ray) was reasonably priced. I definitely recommend and I will be returning for future services
