My special needs dog was over-vaccinated and given vaccines she did not need and I did not want her to have simply because no one communicated with me what their “vaccine package” was and no one had the critical thinking skills to inquire about my dog’s medical or vaccine history. I was taken into an examination room and my dog was whisked away with “she’ll be back shortly.” When she returned she had already been “examined” and vaccinated. My dog and I had never been to this clinic before. I was shocked that all this would happen to her without the vet or at least a tech speaking with me first. I will NOT take my dogs to this very dangerous animal hospital again.

Love the staff. We have a 13 year old pit. They take fantastic care of her. We have recommended them to all our friends.

Staff is so pleasant and friendly. My dogs actually wag their tails going and leaving. Prices are very reasonable also

Dr. Botcher always makes me feel better after a visit. She is awesome and so is Cherry Point. The staff are always nice, and Dr. Botcher took good care of Jasper today. He loves her.

The vet was very knowledgeable, the staff was very pleasant and helpful . my only complaint would be the long wait in the room itself.

They did great with both my big girls. I am very picky with my babies and they exceeded my expectations! Very reasonable price-wise as well.

The staff was friendly and the service to the dog was good as well, however, I can only give 3 stars. Reason is: I brought in my dog for an xray of his hip and questioned the cost beforehand. They told me it'd be $100 for the xray (which was fine) so I dropped off the dog and left. What I didn't expect was multiple xrays nor a phone call about doing so that resulted in a bill over $600! It's a great place with knowledgeable staff, but ultimately as much as I'd like to return; I can't afford surprise costs without any communication beforehand. -1 star for failure in communication and -1 star for hundreds of dollars added to a bill without consent.

They did a great job with our 3 dogs. I received a personal call as follow up as well. Impressive

I absolutely love this vet hospital, there prompt and very nice all around. I would recomend Cherry point animal hospital for any reason.

Had a horrible experience trying to get my dog help before a needed surgery. Charged me for procedures they didn’t have my permission for and still expected me to pay. After days of arguing with the manager there, they finally agreed to give my money back but never admitted they were wrong to do procedures without permission and still expect people to pay for them. After I received my refund they told me to “seek vet care elsewhere.” Like anyone in their right mind would ever go back after being treated so horribly?! Do not bring your animals here. The vet techs/vets were very nice and friendly and acted like they care but their management and the higher ups are the rudest uncaring people I’ve ever met. I’d give them lower stars if I could.

Very friendly staff and environment. we had an emergency with our dog, they got us in that day when nobody else would. They took very good care of our Lilly.

Refused service due to asking for a second opinion on a life threatening problem, highly unprofessional. If it was your child's life at risk wouldn't you want to confirm with a second doctor before deciding. Very Childish to refuse service over something like this.

They are the best. Give great care to me and my pets.
