Took my friend and her dog for a nail trim. It was quick and very reasonable! And no charge for vet office visit!! ????

Very good experience. There is a very helpful employee who works in the aquatic area. She is tall with curly hair and helped my son with his tank set up. She is very knowledgeable and is passionate about helping.

This store no loner exists. A tornado destroyed it and it was replaced with multiple store fronts

I drove all the way here for a crested gecko, I was told by a guy on the phone it was at least 4 inches long, I asked the size because I specifically didn't want a baby. When I got there it was TINY. Like smaller than other locations. Either this guy lied or He doesn't know what inches are. I think his name was Brent or Brett or something. Even if he didn't know he should have just said that instead of making me waste gas from Clarksville.

Management has been extremely helpful every time I've been to this location. I like that they have started taking afterpay which is a payment app.

I booked a grooming appointment for my dog for December 11th at 6 pm at the PetSmart in Hermitage with Nicholas (Nick).  She mainly needed her nails taken care of, but was also much overdo for a bath.  I dropped her off and was impressed by the kindness of the staff.  When I went to pick Maggy up, everything changed.  Maggy has had her nails done at numerous other groomers before, and has never had any major issues.  When I picked her up, she was clearly incredibly anxious and freaked out.  Nick informed me that Maggy tried to bite her during the nail service, so he was only able to get part of them done.  No one tried to contact me or anything like that, and I am 100% sure that if I was present, she would have calmed down and allowed him to continue.  He did not try again when I arrived either and just threw her at me.  I heard nothing but negative words about my Maggy.  If you look at the PetSmart grooming website, the nail services are clearly listed in the same level of the bath and other services included in the "package."  This includes: Oxygen-Infused Bath, Tangerine Shampoo, Blow Dry, Up to 15-Minute Brushing, Sanitary Trim, Nail Trim, Ear Cleaning or Flushing, Anal Gland Cleaning, Scissoring Feet & Shaving Pads.  When I picked Maggy up she still had clumps of hair all over her, was still damp and stinky, and her nails were not done (as mentioned before.)  If they had issues with that part regarding the nails, it leaves me to believe that they also did not fully complete any other services regarding her feet.  When I asked about getting a discount on my services, I was told the nails were "complimentary" even though when listed the way it was on the website, it is very clear that it is just like any other part of the package.  Her bath alone was not worth $46.  I became very visibly upset and started shaking, and was met with extreme rudeness and lack of empathy.  I was told by Brad the store manager that my fee was my fee, and his lack of empathy was shocking for a store that deals with animals on a daily basis.  I feel robbed, and now Maggy is barred from future PetSmart services.  I should have listened to my fur mom gut.  Stay away.

Clean and well organized and the staff was friendly. I called ahead and asked about what I needed and they were very knowledgeable and quick to get what I was looking for when I arrived.

This store is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME... You name it, they've got it!!! My wife's go to for her pugs!!!

This morning I had $50 of rewards points. This afternoon I had $5.45 which I have not used any of mine. I asked the cashier to call manager over the night manager Brad came over checked it and said I had $5.45. I asked him to double check and verified that I knew I had $50 he said no they were not mistaken that I was wrong. I'm not used to be calling a liar I went home got the receipt from earlier made a copy I took it back to Brad He's shrugged his shoulders. I'm following the motion in small claims court tomorrow have a nice day.

My elderly dog loves Kayla, the salon manager. He is in his last days and I broke down as she may be grooming him for the last time today. She has been so empathetic and joyful that he loves and knows where we are going when I announce the word Kayla. She has helped me in countless ways, and love her too. She is the best groomer I have had, living in three cities. The staff is always colorful and a pleasure as well. Sam has a crush on all of them-but Kayla holds his heart.

CALLED BEFORE I GOT HERE SAID THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND THEY WOULD STILL TAKE MY DOGS WITH THE HONOR SYSTEM. BOTH DOGS ARE 100LBS. WASTE OF TIME. WENT AND CALLED ANOTHER PETSMART BEFORE I GOT THERE AND THEY ALL OF A SUDDEN TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE A DOG NAIL TECH ON SITE?! SECOND PETSMART I CALLED BEFORE COMING HERE AND NO LONGER GETTING MY SERVICE EVER AGAIN. SPEND 5K AT THIS STORE ALONE LAST YEAR, GOOD RIDDANCE

Nice store for pets owners!

Did not have a good experience with this Petsmart’s grooming. My dogs hair looked like it hadn’t even been cut, and when I picked him up he was limping and scared. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I was very disappointed.
