Crocker Animal Hospital Franklin, Kentucky

Seems like all they want is money. They had no appointments today, so I asked for at least something to tie my dog over until he could be seen since they’re booked up and they refused…. He just needs an antibiotic or he will get worse and they refused. But I can have a telavisit with a doctor and get a prescription but my dog can’t? What a joke. That speaks volumes about them. I will never bring my animals there again.

Dr.crocker and his staff are good people,stitched my horse up in the rain and didn't complain,only vet I will ever use.

I have been using Crocker animal hospital every since they moved to Scottsville Ky. They have always met my needs. This time I have a new toy poodle. They did the first exam and shots after I picked her up from the breeder. They gave me much needed information and helped on raising a toy poodle. They have also followed up on getting the proper dog food and other things we talked about on the visit. I know I’m in good hands with the new dog with this clinic.

We are very thankful for Crocker AH! Very helpful and friendly service when we brought our pup in for a dental cleaning and the price couldn’t be beat! Then when he had an allergic reaction the after hours vet was so kind, and helpful. We ended up bringing him in and the whole team treated us well. We are so happy to have them close by and are happy to tell anyone what a great vet this is!

We had to let one of our cats go she was seizing. It was a Sunday morning and they were wonderful at that difficult time.

This was the first time that we had used them and we were very pleased. My fur baby had to have a mass removed and they wound up coming in under the quote that they had given us. They were nice and helpful all the way around. We will be usuing them again!

What a “crock”. Can’t ever get an appointment, even for a nail trim it is 2-4 weeks out. Had an emergency with my little chihuahua today and the vet could only see me today as a work in which could take 2 hours to be seen and is an additional $50 charge. My vet in Nashville doesn’t even charge that and will work me in when necessary at no additional charge. Crocker is just in it for the money. I’ll stick with a clinic who actually cares. Root Animal Clinic in Goodlettsville is way better and worth the 30 minute drive.

Awesome staff so friendly and helpful! They made sure I understood everything they were doing and kept me in the loop the whole time our dog was there.

Their prices are high but some of the ppl are pleasant

Our 11 month old Australian Labradoodle Smoky was neutered last week. Beautiful surgical site. Caregivers at Crocker were very kind, caring and considerate... even though Smoky was super hyper. Crocker was fabulous. My neighbor had a similar wonderful experience! Great job Crocker!

Hands down the BEST vets around! Always able to get an appointment when my gsd is sick or needs prompt care. The staff is AMAZING and our pup loves them.. answers all questions and I never feel like I’m being rushed or asking dumb questions.. highly recommended

Dr. Hanna and all the staff at Crockers are amazing. We will only take our animals there. Even when our fur babies where not patients they helped us with our elderly dog who had cancer and was dying. We where told by another vet we could not bring him in for a week. Called Crockers and they took us right in. Sense then Dr. Hanna has been our vet. Our sons GPS puppy was hit by a drunk driver. She saved his life and leg. We will never go anywhere else.

Pet-centric. Meaning pets/animals first -- everything else second. Very caring staff. Professional service.

First off they need more staff, it feels like they have way too much going on and they can’t keep up with it. Super weird that each time he had to go back it was a different vet. Brought my senior dog in to have an ear infection checked out they misdiagnosed as a yeast infection, got worse bc it was actually a bacterial infection, had to go back. Then they gave him a high dose of medication which a couple weeks later came out it gave him pancreatitis and made him DEATHLY ILL. He never fully recovered to his old self. Spent way too much money on this place for things that were their fault.

Crocker Animal Hospital is always amazing to work with, we breed the amazing Dogue de Bordeaux and without Crocker's and Dr. Amy Gant we wouldn't be able make many people's dreams possible! Thank you so much for everything everyone does there!

good dr but high prices

1 of the most amazing Vets I've ever dealt with. So kind and did an amazing job with my Lizzys emergency c section!!!

Called for a emergency of my dog's leg needing to be looked at for he can't walk on it and they can't see him without a start of $150 for just walking in the door and that doesn't include the doctor doing anything. They also don't care enough to help with the love of a pet to work with you for a payment or anything. Was told sorry hope for the best.

They did a wonderful grooming my cat fluffy ...I will continue getting him groomed here ????

My first time at this vet. One of the best vet. Visits I've had. There prices were less for everything and her grooming was fantastic. I'd like to thank all of the staff, Drs from the time I came in it was a friendly attmosphere and very helpful. Have made my next grooming appointment and am making plans to start my other dogs there when there due for shots and vet care. My New dog was taken here as well and the best care was given to her. She's a tiny 1 pound 8 oz baby. The staff and Dr were so great. I made the choice to wait in my car. The wait time was short ( much shorter then Drs office) they took her back in before her appointment time. Gave her her first set of shots and worming. Clipped her nails and told me how to do it myself because she's so small. I've never had any vet or staff as caring and nice as they are here at Crocker.

Have a cat who came home with a hole in his side and is barely alert. Called ahead to be sure he could be seen and was told yes. Upon arrival we were instructed to call for instructions which amounted to waiting in our vehicle. Our wait ended up being nearly an hour. After I called again and complained to them that it was taking too long and my cat needs to be seen immediately the lady informed me that they know and have had a lot of emergencies today. If you can’t handle the work load, it’s time to hire more staff. I will not be returning to this vet for any other care for my animals.
