I thank you guys so much for helping me save my dog from liver failure when the Emergency Vet clinic just wanted me to put him down. My dog is very loved by me, my family, kids, friends, and more. You all gave him a fighting chance and he pushed through his sickness. We couldn't have done it with out you. I have made St. Bethlehem Animal clinic my main vet now. They accept care here credit, and walk-ins before 1030AM, which makes it easier on my budget and schedule. They've also treated my dog, Batman, for an ear infection, and we got our regular rabies and flea meds there. I have also never had a problem with staff over the phone or at the clinic.

They messed up and killed our dog during a routine spay surgery. They told us they were going to zero the balance owed and we did not have to pay them due to the circumstances. 3 years later the bill is in collections and on our credit report. We never received a bill until we were contacted by collections. They are a horrible vet! Now our dog is dead because of their error and they are putting that on our credit report! Horrible!

Expensive as a human emergency room, but man is it good to have them there when you need them!!

Paid for medication and vet did not supply needed amount for course of antibiotic treatment. When I called the very next day I was informed I would have to pay for an entire new prescription when it was their mistake to not give me enough in the first place. Right. Great. So pay twice for same med? Go elsewhere.

Had an emergency situation with my ferret and they were willing to see him. (Not many would) I appreciate that THEY were very honest that the vet was not an expert but would do an exam. The vet was nice, the staff was nice I got to ask questions and fortunately for what MY situation was I did get my questions answered. Had my emergency been for something more serious I would have traveled farther but im grateful I was able to get the help I needed quickly and effectively. The pricing was extremely fair and with what the vet advised/prescribed im already seeing improvement! I appreciate the office and its staff-Thank you!

Their low cost spay/neuter program is fantastic and really is a great way to help the pet owners in the community, however, what you'll save on the spay/neuter, will be made up elsewhere if you need any other services. I was shocked to take one of my babies in for treatment for a mammary tumor (benign just needed lump removal) only to be told they charge nearly $2000 for the procedure before trying to get me to sign up for a Care Credit account. I was able to find another fantastic, local Vet who performed the operation for almost half that price and my sweet girl is doing Great!

We have always had great care here for our animals for their well checks. They have been understaffed and working overtime so I know they are exhausted but they stay professional and truly do care about all the fur babies.

Called to get grooming service for my two labs but apparently they don’t take large breed dogs. Seems unfair but oh well

The staff were so nice and hospitable, and they made sure to explain the medication for my little cat. I went to get her spayed and the doctor reminded me to get her vaccinated which I didn't even make an appointment for! So considerate! It took a loong time though, but in the end I didn't spend too much money and my cat got taken care of!

Thank you to all the staff! We had an emergency with my dachshund today. She cut herself on a broken fence and gashed her leg. The office was close to closing... they told me to hurry in. 15 minutes before closing they took in my baby girl for immediate surgery. They kept me calm about everything. Im anxious for tomorrow and can't wait to jave my little girl back in my arms. Thank you to the ladies there for taking such good care of her.

Took my dog here. Vet and tech were rude, unfriendly towards my dog. Horrible bedside manner, never did the sniff test or preliminary scritches. My dog didn't trust or like them....and my dog loves everyone! As the visit went on, I also did not trust them, nor the information they provided, for multiple reasons. 1. Facts were presented in a way of "Oh, my mom knew one cocker spaniel didn't work for. It won't work for any dog." All-or-nothing mentality, closed minded. They did not provide facts, data, or a reasoning to back up *most* claims. I didn't come here for hearsay. I came for scientific information. 2. They highly shamed us for choices I've made with my dog. Food brands, toys, almost everything. (And mind you, my dog is very well behaved, and healthy, aside from the minor thing we were seeking treatment for that day.) The tech clicked their tongue and wagged their finger at us after we asked if our brand of food was a good choice. It's one thing to inform. It's another to shame us dramatically. I'm coming to a vet open minded and excited to learn/ask questions, so I don't appreciate being shamed for honest mistakes I've made. There was one important thing I learned about my dogs' diet, which I changed immediately, so I am thankful for that. 3. Vet called my dog the wrong gender for the entire visit, after we corrected. I'm not here to preach gender rights. All I'm saying is, if the vet can't take the time to read a dog's chart before you walk in, and listen to us, why should I and how can I, trust that they'll be thorough and present minded? This, among the other reasons, made me feel like a slot in her day, unimportant and uncared for. 4. Failed to tell me my dog was contagious, after I asked how it will affect my other dogs and animals. Sure enough, it spread to all my other dogs. So what could have been one sick dog ended in the needless suffering of my other three! Less importantly, one vet bill turned into four. (Took the other three somewhere else.) They were very timely, did properly diagnose my dog, and the meds they prescribed did the trick. They also told me about a better, equal cost, food brand. We appreciate this, however, we expect much more from a medical professional. We won't return or recommend.

I take my previous review down to 2 stars because of the grooming lately. Our dog used to look so good getting groomed here. Past few times its been over 7 hours and he hasn't looked that good. This last time he was shaved and they didnt even trim his mustache , said that he was too matted. Which he wasn't. When we asked why they didn't trim his mustache at all they said we have to tell them exactly what we want done. i feel like they just rushed to get him done. We won't be getting him groomed here anymore . No complaints about his vet care at this time however.

We are not happy with how our pup got groomed..he is a miniature schnauzer and when we picked him up he looked like a complete different dog. He was shaved completely. We did not tell them to do that at all. I called for a refund. I didn't get it. Also he was there for ovee 7 hours. To me thats just too long.

I cancelled my appointment at this facility after seeing the pictures recently posted by a vet tech of a cat that had its tongue cut in half because it "had an attitude". I started reading alot of negative reviews about the care some animals get here. There are alot of positive things posted about The care here as well, but as my appointment was for a spay surgery, I wasn't confident my girl would be taken care of properly with love and intelligence. Always research any vet b4 trusting strangers with the life of your fur baby.
