Fabulous staff and very knowledgeable!

They've always treated my cat like their own and the prices are extremely reasonable. Even when I had to put my cat Bosh down they honestly called me crying because they loved him just as much as I did.

Although they always seem to be quite busy and booked out, they seem to really care about your cats. I always get a call to check in a day or two after appointments to make sure everything is going smoothly. Its hard to find people who genuinely care, and it's clear that the staff here most certainly does care.

I brought my bunny here to have him neutered, the staff was super friendly and helpful, they made sure I understood everything about the procedure & aftercare 10/10 will be back in the future for any other pet medical needs. Oh and the office cats are adorable & super friendly too!

I booked the City View Suite for my cat while I went on vacation for a week. He’s 12 years old and never been boarded before, so I did lots of research beforehand. Cats on Commerce did not disappoint! They took great care of my fur-baby, sent me pictures and a video during my vacation, and really made me feel like my boy was in good hands. Everyone there is so kind and personable. I love that they cater to cats, and there are no dogs on premises whose barking might have scared them. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring Hurley back again for first-class boarding whenever the need arises. Thanks again to the staff for being so good to my boy!

I have been taking my kitties here for a few years now and they are always so kind and caring. The techs are wonderful and I always feel like they genuinely care about my cats' well being. They take the time to answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend ☺️

My cat needed care on the spot and they were able to make room for him. They have been kind and understanding every time I’ve taken my cats here. They are awesome

The Cats on Commerce is the best in Clarksville for top quality cat care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I'm new to the area and this was the first time I took my 2 cat's to a vet, a male 10 month old and a female 7 month old. After calling many veterinarian clinics in the area and getting price quotes, I found that The Cats on Commerce had great prices compared to the others and I LOVE that they specialize in cat's. I was so nervous but the staff was very friendly and thoroughly answered all my questions. My boy was getting neutered and both getting their vaccines, an exam, and rabies shots. I AM SO HAPPY that my kitty boy is playful and doing great just 8 hours after his surgery today. I was worried he would be sore and laying around for a few days, but he is doing very well and active again already! He was only sluggish for a couple hours after we got home. Recovery is going MUCH better than anticipated! I won't be taking my cat's anywhere else ^_^

The difference between Cats on Commerce and other vets is night and day. The entire staff consistently goes above and beyond to make every client and patient as comfortable as possible. Each visit includes a comprehensive, easy to understand explanation of all diagnoses and treatments. The staff here is honest, and doesn't recommend unnecessary services just to drive up costs the way some vets do. I never realized how stress-free taking a cat to the vet could be until I started coming to Cats on Commerce. If you have cats, do yourself a favor and bring them here!

My favorite place in Clarksville to take my kitties. The prices are fair and accommodations are immaculate! Whether it is a quick nail trim for our siamese or extended boarding for all of our cats, we only trust the cats on commerce!

We got one of our kittens spayed and stitches came out. We were never instructed to call them after hours and recorder didn't state other wise. So we ended up having to go to Nashville spending $800. We thought ok someone goofed and we thought to stay with them, but when we had to go for their annual exams. I was told in the parking lot that my cats had to be in different crates which they again didn't inform me before the appointment and that one of my cats was a problem cat. Of the the 2 she is the most loving and was surprised to hear this for the first time. Waisted a day off due to poor communication. Please don't go here!

I can't say enough good things about this practice. I made the tough decision to say the final goodbye to my cat companion of 18 years. I was so relieved to know Dr. Bauer offers in-home euthanasia. She and her assistant, Donna, were so compassionate and respectful during a hard time. I didn't feel judged while I sobbed, and I didn't feel like they were impatient to be finished with their work day. They were so gentle with my cat and me. I spoke with Nena exclusively for this appointment and she was unfailingly kind, helpful, and understanding.

We took our cat in for a tail injury. The people here truly cared about him. They called to follow up and check on him after we left. You can tell they love the critters. Not too expensive either.

Took my cat to get neutered etc and it’s a wonderful place. They took good care of my boy and even called two days later to see how he was doing. Definitely recommend to bring your fury babies here ????

Not only is the place specifically created to treat and support cats, but the doctor and the staff are very loving and sweet, not to mention experts in their field. They continually go the extra mile when needed. I have had nothing but good experiences at their office.

I am really not happy was told the humane society was paying for my gunie pig to get checked , but when l got there it seemed like it had already been decided she needed to be put to sleep, l was told they would take her and bring her back so l could hold her an let her know she was loved but they brought her back after she was gone broke my heart
