I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. - I boarded my two dogs there and when I picked them up it was very apparent my poor pit/lab had a bad experience bc he looked absolutely nervous to be on his leash - then I used them to board/train my Shepard and when I picked her up she listened for maybe a day and then was worse then when I dropped her off. They only train them on a leash, literally you take the leash off and all bets are off. Worst $1500 you will spend, then when you tell them there’s an issue they blame that your not doing something right. Absolutely save your money and go anywhere else. Don’t trust these ppl to train or board your pets. So many people warned me prior to our experience and I absolutely regret not listening to them.

Clean facility. Very friendly staff. I have a border collie and they do a great job of running him in the yard AND taking him on walks.

The food is great put the line took forever 45 mins. All because they were fussing over someone going to doctors. Sad!

Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. My collie loves to go there, he always gets excited when we pull up. Their grooming is also top of the line. I have always been very please any time I have left Murphy in their care, I highly recommend them.

They were great with our dog. It was the first time we ever kenneled her, and she did well with their kind and gentleness with her. We were visiting from out of town. Make sure all shots are updated. Whenever we are back in town, we will definitely kennel our dog there again.

Took my goldendoodle for a full Groom emailed instructions and gave photos of what I wanted. What I got was a dog back that still had a mat behind his ear, his underside not shaved as requested, ears not cleaned, and fur not blended . His fur was all choppy. Looked like a home job not a professional Full Groom. I’m not pleased and would not recommend them for Grooming.

Love love love this place!!!! Took care of my Bailey... sent me pics- always kept us updated on the health of our Mello (has seizures during bad weather) so they brought him the office with them for comfort -this was only the second time our Bailey (1 year old) had been kenneled- she will never go no where but Masters because they master in boarding!!! My Bernedoodle can mat just like any other doodle and my daily request was please don’t let her mat - we love her hair and they brushed her and made sure that didn’t happen!!! Thank you Masters for taking such great care of our babies!!!!

The new groomer, Ashley, is AMAZING! She treats my dog like her own, lovingly and affectionately spoiling her. Highly recommend going just for the grooming services.

Wow! I recently had my dogs groomed there. It was during a time I couldn't take the digs there. I had hip replacement surgery. My dogs needed grooming and they provide a reasonable taxi service. My fur babies came back all happy, clean and their coats shined. Love these people.

We boarded our new baby girl Daisy there for two days until we got ready to leave Kentucky and head back to Wisconsin. And they took wonderful care of her and responded to all my calls.

Our Gracie loves to visit her friends here. When we tell her she's going to "doggie day care" for a little vacation" she gets excited.

I boarded my pet there and they were nice. They require flu shots if you board.

I started going to Masters in 2002. I've trained my dogs there, groomed them there and boarded them there. It's the best place I've been to in 19 years of working and training dogs. They are experts in their field.

I want the past date of this experience to be know 2013 I am not a good story teller but I think it is only right that I share my experience with Masters 21day in kennel Obedience program. Tammy was the trainer. Tammy recommended I leave her with her at the kennel at 16 weeks. Did that. Breed is a Bluetick Coonhound. She was a very spirited ready to go pup. She ran at the end if a lead. I knew she would be difficult to handle which is why I chose a "professional" for help. 21 days later. She would not heal. She tugged at the end of the lead. She became food aggressive. She lost four pounds. She tried to bust out doors when on lead. She progressed zero in her training. And till this day she goes into a fearful trance if you as much as take her collar off and put it right back on. Freaks her to put her yearly rabies tag. It is hard on me to put her through the PDS that goes with her getting a new collar. Shakes for days and she will not bark for a month. When I picked her up I already knew just from seeing them walking her out that she hadn't even gotten down the first step in lead training. Something was wrong with my dog We really were made to feel by Tammy that she just wanted to get her other half of the $800.00 program and see us going out the door. She did far more harm then good to my dog. I couldn't even put a tracking collar on my pup any more she starts shaking and heads for the front door or the truck, that wasnt a problem prior to her 21 days in Master Kennels. Never said a word. Bit my tongue I bought her a real pretty new collar the day before yesterday. Now I can't get her out from under the bed. -0- stars

Tammy is one of the most knowledgeable dog trainers in the country. She has helped me with several dogs over the years and her staff is always friendly. I would recommend them to anyone wether you need boarding or training.

Absolute worst experience EVER! Our ten year old golden retriever Shelby was taken to Masters around 10:00 a.m. to be groomed. WE received a call that the groomer was not coming in followed up by another call that she was. We called later in the afternoon to see if she was ready and the phone was busy for over an hour. I went out to pick up Shelby and two ladies greeted me. I told them I was there to pick up Shelby my golden retriver and was told she was not there. I said yes she is and they said no there was a mix up and she is not here. I said I am the owner and she is here. One of the ladies started around the corner toward the pens and there was our sweet dog in a pen without water and No One knew she was there. One of the ladies said they could get her groomed in the next hour. NO way anyone there was going to touch her after being left unattended in a cage ALL DAY long without water or the chance to go to the bathroom. I asked to speak to the owner and was told they were out of town. I will be contacting the owner as well when they return.

I have had three animals (one pit and two cats) for two years now and Masters is the only place I will board my animals. The owner is awesome, passionate about animals, and really cares about my animals and all of the animals that she and her wonderful employees watch over. I would recommend Masters above any another place in the area. Just today I had an extremely dirty cat emergency and called the owner... even though they were closed she told me to come on in and took care of everything.

We boarded our 16 year old, one eyed, ten pound dog there for over a week. Dixie needs eye drops three times a day. When we picked her up at the other two places she had boarded at, she along with us could not wait to get her out of there.. When we picked her up at Masters, it was like she did not want to leave! She is an inside dog who is very emotional. Before we let her stay, we took a tour of the facility and were very satisfied. It is a family atmosphere there. They took exceptional care of her. In fact she was pampered! Also the price was a lot lower than other places we checked into. My wife and I still are amazed at how well she was treated by everyone there. Dixie is like our baby and it is hard to leave her behind, but now we feel like she has a second home. Thank you to everyone there. You all are amazing!!
