I called the by-pass animal center earlier tonight because they were the only place in bowling green on call. My dog is deathly ill and I couldn’t afford the holiday fees that he wanted so he pretty much told me there is nothing they could do. REALLY!! You can’t let someone make payments? Instead you’re just okay with someone’s fur baby possibly dying of parvo or sever dehydration because all your worried about is the money. I would NEVER suggest this place to anyone. You would think a vet would love an animal enough to not let it die. Ridiculous if you ask me!!

I was suggested this clinic by a friend and have not been anything but impressed with the services they have provided me. They have seen my dog and my cat several times. Their communication is incredible. I was very nervous when my dog was spayed and relayed this to the ladies at the front desk. They called me when she was going back for her surgery, when she got out of surgery, and then the vet called me later that night to give me an update on how she was doing. A couple weeks after her surgery I had a question about her incision and sent them pictures. They responded within a few hours to my message with a phone call reassuring me everything was normal. I could go on and on about all the great interactions that I have experienced with them. I highly recommend this clinic for your animals!

Dr. Ben and his staff are the absolute best at what they do. Friendly, caring, fast, all of the generic stuff you read about people and their services when they’re good at what they do. But it’s all true about Bypass Animal Clinic.

Love bypass animal clinic! I’ve been going there for about 7 years and Dr Ben is absolutely the best!! He’s always been super responsive to any questions I have regarding my pets health! I’ve never been as comfortable with a vet as I am with him and this facility!!

Our boys Elvis Presley and Wheeler, always receive awesome care and the entire staff are extremely caring and understanding. They have all been outstanding with our heelers.

I have taken all of my animals to By-pass and wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for them. They always accommodate my schedule and treat my animals like their own. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Called four days ago about the new pup we acquired and they was supposed to send the file to our vet. Well once at our vet we was told they didn’t have the paperwork here and both the front desk and I had to call just to get it mean while we are left waiting in a room causing this appointment to last longer and delay the ones behind us. It’s 2021 send a file shouldn’t take rocket science or 4 days. Never been to this place and definitely would never go nor recommend just based off the lack of care showed since the pup no longer is coming there

The deworming medication is very affordable for your pets. I pulled into their lot, called them and within minutes i had my pets meds in hand. The carrier was very friendly.

They are so kind and efficient. When I call, they can get me in quickly and the visits are always under 20 minutes long (for check-ups and simple concerns). The doctor is attentive and considerate.

We've had a great experience with all of the doctors and service at the By By Pass Animal Clinic since we started going there a year and a half ago. On two different occasions we unfortunately needed to get our dog seen by a doctor same day and both times they were able to accommodate and get us in. They've always answered our questions and been great to work with. Great place if you are looking for a vet in Bowling Green.
