Just moved to the state and needed a vet in our area my cat had a cyst that reputed and they were so kind and helpful definitely going to bring the rest my my pride there thanks so much!!

Dr. Johnson is one of a kind. Soft-spoken, polite, and very gentle with our two puppies. I'm so glad we found this location. And the staff in the office ate simply the best.

I've been going to Willowbend for about 2 years now. Dr. Johnson and the staff are wonderful and compassionate. They always present all the options and reccomendations, but allow you to choose the best path. They've always squeezed me I when I've needed it and my dogs love the entire staff!

The lack of sympathy from the vet when they were able to squeeze in my elderly dog that was getting sick was atrocious. First time taking my dog there, and yes he was on the downhill, but the vet spent as little as 5-10 mins with him and said he had multiple issues. He then proceeded to tell me things would get costly to do testing with likely no solution and recommended euthanization without so much as batting an eye and then left the room. Even if a dog is at the end of their life there is a lot more humanity and understanding that this is a loved family member that just wasn't there unfortunately... I was so upset by their words I took my dog out of the clinic without getting him treatment that he desperately needed. Would never recommend anyone go here!

I generally take my dogs by here to get their nails trimmed and they do a great job. You can't beat $10 a dog for keeping their nails short.

The staff and vet were very nice and was able to answer all my questions. They handled my two cats very well (even when 1 hissed). Pricing seems to be on-par with other vets in the area. Rated 4, not 5, stars because the vet wasn't sure if he could handle a condition 1 cat has in-house and may need to refer me to the emergency vet (something I am attempting to avoid and should not need to use an emergency vet for based on previous vet interactions). Also, while everyone was nice and helpful, there was something a little off about my visit; I'm not sure what, but I didn't get the same "warm fuzzies" as I have at my previous vets, whom I'm no longer able to use due to moving too far away.

They really care about your pets!! They have been amazing to work with!!

A wonderful vet clinic with caring professionals. I like that they do testing on my dogs frequent ear infections so he's getting the right medications. My dog is also accident prone and they always call me to check on him after a vet ER visit. They were also so kind when my geriatric cat had to be put to sleep. If you're looking for a vet I have only positive things to say about these people.

The staff here is very friendly and the vet has taken time out of a busy schedule to help us understand our dogs diabetes better.

Dr. Johnson is by far the best vet I've ever taken my dogs to see. He's incredibly thorough and takes extra time to ask questions and genuinely cares for his patients. His staff is AMAZING. They are kind and always find a way to work my diabetic problem child into their schedule. I love this clinic and I highly recommend them!

They admitted to only being able to do half an examination because my cat was "uncooperative" but also refused to allow me to be present for the examination. When settling the bill they established the price for an exam then established that the exam was not completed but refused to adjust the charges to meet the reduced service rendered, even going so far as to no longer refer to it as an "exam" and change the invoice to "office call." Used them once before about 6 years ago and because of a recent move decided to give them a second chance. They won't get a third from me.

Great place to take my dog. Knowledgeable staff and very friendly.

We loved going to this place. The staff was so helpful with our cat. She needed her fur trimmed in a few areas and a check-up. They trimmed her hair for a very low price and gave us alot of advice on how to take care of her. Most vets our cat panics and is really embarrassing. They had things there to calm her down and really make it a pleasent experience. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Johnson and all the staff are wonderful. He's taken care of many of my fur babies, and I know I can trust him. I really appreciate all he and his team have done for Emma, Eevee, Bear, Charlie, and Muffin. Can't thank them enough. It was especially tough when Muffin passed away. She was my ferret. They even sent me a paw print of hers, which was very touching and sweet. I'll never forget that, and how sensitive they were during that very hard time. I highly recommend taking your pets there, they will be in the best care.
