Please don't trust your babies with this service. I reached out to Lindsay to help transport my pup overseas. She was friendly and seemed helpful, but would ultimately completely drop the ball. Most of my emails seeking advice and guidance were ignored for days – sometimes weeks – with no reply. Ultimately, Lindsay's lack of urgency and response resulted in my dog's transport being pushed back two months from when she was eligible to travel. When I finally connected with an actual professional pet transporter and understood the situation I was in, I told Lindsay. She never so much as responded to me message, let alone apologized or acknowledged her role. Incredibly disheartening and disappointing. Please use ANYONE else.

Lindsay was so helpful with shipping my dog to the UK during COVID-19, which threw everything for a loop and made the process last much longer. She knew how to navigate the system and present me with multiple options to make things much easier.

I purchased a bed bug detection dog from a trainer that was located in Kansas. I own a pest control company in NJ and was planning on flying to Kansas but then driving back with the dog... (Wasn't excited about that 19hr drive AT ALL!!). The trainer then referred me to Lindsay, to inquire about options of flying back with the new dog... What an amazing help she has been. She researched my flights to find the BEST options for me. Sent me all the info I needed for American airlines and I was able to get "Luke" on the same plane as myself. I only spoke to her once and emailed back and forth a couple times but I can say that her customer service is top notch!! Nothing but helpful. I used them to ship my 2 dogs, a Shi Tzu and a Black Mouth Cur, to England from the US. Then an unexpected move back to the US she gave me some good info and helped me get in touch with a carrier on the England side. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I'm posting this review for a close friend who was just named a US Ambassador to an African country. I've been pet sitting one of her two dogs, and she has been trying to reach this company for 2 weeks to engage their services, yet they don't respond to messages or emails. I even tried myself. I would be afraid to trust my pets to a company that is non-responsive.

Lindsay coordinated the shipment of my small dog from US to Hong Kong. There are many pet shipper companies but I’m so glad I chose pack your pets. She couldn’t have been nicer or done a more fantastic job of getting my dog safely to Hong Kong. Definitely recommend!

Lindsay is an absolute GEM. My husband and I are currently traveling Europe with our 6 year old rescue dog, and we wouldn't have been able to work through all the paperwork and logistics if it hadn't been for Lindsay. We went through the kennel program on the Queen Mary 2 (sidenote: WAY better than flying, for both the dog and us!) and Lindsay made sure we had everything we needed before we left Kansas. We drove out to New York to meet the ship, which meant we needed to get our dog's paperwork certified along the way and get a parasite treatment. Lindsay found vets along our driving route and even got FedEx envelopes pre-arranged for us, too. She is knowledgeable, impeccably organized, and an absolute joy to work with. Thank you, Lindsay!
