Doctor Bayliff, is the best vet in Wichita... hands down. I have tried other clinic's over the course of my Dog's life and nobody else compairs. *Professional, outstanding service and they are also caring. Now that my JRT is is in the winter season of his life and has special needs, I couldn't be happier with the care East Central is providing. Wonderful staff as well!

My low rating is due to the staff inability to relay information correctly and to take owner concerns for their pets health seriously enough.

I can not convey how thankful I am for Dr Bayliff and his staff. My family has been going to his practice for nearly 15 years and I couldn't recommend anyone else. From helping us put down the family dog to allowing us to come in for an emergency visit for our cat, they have always been there for us. If you are looking for a veterinarian that really cares about not only your animal but you as a person, this is the one for you. Odie and Helen say "thank you Dr Bayliff"!!!

People are so courteous and polite

I watched a beautiful pit mix get run over. Took him and his owner to the er vet and they didn't so much as clean or cover the deep gashes let alone check for swelling because the owner was unable to pay upfront. So much for caring for the animals. MY SINCEREST APOLOGIES!!!!! For one reason or another it posted this on your reviews instead of the one I was talking about. which was, Emergency Veterinary and Specialty Clinic (or something like that) at 5618 W 21st St, Wichita, KS 67205. East Central Veterinary Clinic is always great their staff is A++!!! My dog is always excited and can't wait to go in to see everyone. I would recommend them to anyone in caring for their fur babies or whatever pet!! ????❤❤

Absolutely love this clinic, Dr.Bayliff and the staff are wonderful and caring. Very accommodating for our meanie cat, answers all questions thoroughly, just overall super helpful. Been going here for years, had to put down one of my babies here as well. As said before, very caring, can't recommend them enough. Also going during covid is super easy, they come out to your car and take your baby inside and call you during the appt.

Was friendly and got my dog in for his vaccinations in a timely manner, they are curbside so I had to wait outside but they were considerate of my time and got my dog in and out in a quick timely fashion, cost is reasonable. No complaints from me

10/10 Highly recommend! I am so pleased with the knowledge and exceptional service from the staff here. I made an appointment with Dr. Bayliff after several months of different treatments and unanswered questions with our previous vet and after 1 appointment my puppy is good as new and I now know what the issue is and how to move forward.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were searching for a new home ???? vet for our fur babies, that was close to our home. In an emergency situation with our heeler, they got us in and were so kind! When our older ???? took a turn for the worse, they saw her and treated her with care and compassion. Her prognosis wasn’t great, however Dr. Bayliff & his team ensured we knew all options. Direct but with empathy. We are so glad to have found such a great neighborhood veterinarian. And THANK YOU to the entire team for everything.

I was just addressed As someone of little or no intelligence by a young lady here that insisted I didn't understand the message they gave prior to appointment about curbside vet clinic services.... Had I been instructed of this status they have taken with Covid I would have not entertained an appointment at all.... Hmm I have 167IQ , college degrees, 40 years professional but I didn't understand the instructions.....I was never told about curbside vet services.... I drove 20 miles away to reach this doctor as I have been a customer many dogs in my past since 2009 with this doctor and I had no AC in my car at the moment and a sick dog and 2 major health conditions but I made it.... Unfortunately for me .I don't understand and we're sorry....our people make NO mistakes and your dumb have a day... You didn't understand...I put electronic components on space and aircraft from blueprint.... Guess I need to go back to college to learn this level of customer service ????

I have 6 animals & am involved in rescue. This is where I take all my dogs. Good people.
