My daughter took her dog here and the doctor was way too rough with him. She was also extremely rude and condescending. I don't know how she's in business with that kind of attitude towards paying customers.

A wonderful place to take any animal too. Theroul and complete care for any concern you may have.

Not only are they cold and rude with the new pets that come into the clinic, but them being completely closed over the lunch hour and beyond is NOT conducive to customer schedules. They don’t care though, they somehow have a contract with Petland, which blows my mind because they don’t care about animals, are rough with them and speak poorly about the pets and their owners behind closed doors. If you love your pet, I wouldn’t bring them here.

Everyone here is so nice EXCEPT Porcha. She was so rude. It waSNT A one time thing because this was the worst but she was rude on past visits as well. i know its COVID but when you work with the public, you cant be rude and treat people with rudeness. It was so bad, I had to switch both of my dogs to a new Vet. IF THE STAFF TREATED ME HORRIBLE THEN I CAN IMAGINE WHAT AND HOW PORCHA WOULD OF TREATED MY 2 PUPPIES. I found a different vet. If you have any kind of a disagreement or anything, don't talk to Porcha about it. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE attitude.

Really friendly staff. I could tell my fur babies felt comfortable with them including our one with anxiety problems.

Something fishy about this place. They have a deal at Petland where you come here for your first free check up and it sounds great and such, but later on down the line. You notice that they're kind of lazy. The vet doesn't do concurrent charting and you don't get to see any of the medical records because of "doctor confidentiality". You pay for the services, you're the owner of the pet. Why shouldn't you be able to sign a form and look at the medical records for your pet? This place is shady and if you're reading this then you need to go to another place. Lots of other vet clinics that are better and not next to a laundromat.

There was curb service and the Vet came out and explained all the details and what the next steps should be. I enjoyed the experience.

Always enjoy the staff. They provide exceptional care and are budget friendly. Have taken my pets to them for years now.

Very incompetent und rude front desk staff. Seemed very disorganized.

Got a rat neutered here in march 2020 right before shutdown. They seemed to take good care of him, and he's doing well. He was quite loopy after the surgery but by the second day, you couldn't even tell, he was acting so normal lol After a month, there's no more fighting, and he seems markedly calmer (yet with no loss of energy)! If I ever need to get a rat fixed again, I'll be coming here. It was a little less than $150 for a male rat and that seems to be a fair price in our area. I can't thank the good people here enough. I appreciated the caution they showed during these trying times. Whoever was responding to my emails, bless you. Rats don't live very long. Because you honored my inquiry as if it were a set appointment, they'll all have a few extra months together that they wouldn't have gotten otherwise. That means so much to me. Thank you.

I will absolutely be a trusting and loyal client with my dog for check ups after the professional and sensitive way they handled putting down my hedgehog. I am at ease knowing he was laid to rest peacefully. I even received a sympathy card from the staff after that meant so much to me. So grateful to them!!

Wow...is all I can say. My son dropped his dog off at this place early in the am to be spayed and some shots etc. He borrowed my car so I had no car. His dog just had surgery a month ago and was told she needed to be spayed to prevent the condition from reoccurring. So we took it to this place because it was close to his home. I was paying for this visit because my son has no income right now. So, I called the office to see how much it was going to cost and spoke with a young male receptionist. He quoted me a price and I questioned it because I thought it was rather high and overpriced. I told him I thought that price was crazy because I had heard some places charge $50. I found out later that the rates are $50 to $400 so they do charge on the high end. He asked if I wanted to take the dog somewhere else and since I did not have a car and the dog was already there I agreed to go ahead and have it done. My co-workers heard my entire conversation. I never raised my voice or anything like that. But come to find out the office called my son and told him they would not tolerate my behavior saying I dropped the f bomb and called the receptionist a horrible name? I was in shock and so were my co-workers. That was a flat out LIE and I am very offended. I swear upon God that no such thing occurred in that conversation. I know the Dr. wants to believe their employees but he LIED and exaggerated the whole phone conversation and I am VERY offended. All because I questioned the price. I also found out that the dog had already been spayed sometime in her life. So everyone was telling me the Vet should not have charged me full price because all she did was provide anesthesia, make an incision and then sew the laceration back up. She did not surgically perform a spay. But, I was not about to call back and ask for a discount sine the Employee already exaggerated and lied. I feel like I deserve an apology . as he maligned and slandered my character. What a horrible experience!! We NOT be taking our animal back and I will warn everyone I know about this place! Please if you value your loved one, do not take them to this place where people LIE. I feel like I need to pursue slander charges. Lesson learned after spending an enormous amount of money.

Great Vet took care of My Heartly well took her in for a nail trim they did a wonderful job.

Took my newly adopted dog here twice at the beginning of the year. The first visit wasn’t too bad but the second time they showed no sympathy/patience to my dog who was nervous and needed training at the time. Ended up dragging him inside after I muzzled him and then he pooped all over himself from being so scared. When they brought him out to me they had a rude attitude towards me and told me the way he was acting was completely unacceptable and he needed better training. I ended up taking my dog to a different vet afterwards and they treated him with a lot more patience and they were able to give him a complete check up with no issues and he was calm. So yes my dog needed more training on my end but he also needed more patience/kindness on their end. I would never go back to this vet.

This place is super sketchy, I called and asked for a copy of my dogs records to be emailed to me, they said they were unable to do so because it goes against doctor confidentiality. How come the owner of the pet can't get their own records? It truly doesn't make any sense. I will not be returning to this office

Doctor, she is the best love how she handles my crazy little dog!! She has been his Doctor since he was a little puppy!! I will definitely recommend everyone who care fore their dog to go to Animal health center. Very friendly staff and caring ????????
