Very rude woman! Attitude problems! took my Dexter put him in a cage. Told me the price and said return before 3 pm. Asked her, with her attitude not to treat him like just a dog. She told me we don’t treat any of them like just dogs. Fooled Me for a Second. She returned to the cage & brought him back to me. Said she didn’t need the hassle. If she’s that rude to people. Can you imagine what’s she’s doing without you present! Don’t take the chance! Find someone that it’s overly apparent they will treat your baby like you would.

Wow..I think the owner of this establishment is NUTS. The way she treats people on the phone and to their face is shocking. Can you imagine how she treats your pet behind closed doors? She seems to be forever in "attack" mode. Maybe she has mental issues! . Seriously. Find somewhere else.

Read the reviews and decide for yourself. Just like other reviews, the owner is rude, argumentative & offers no alternative other than not to return. But, she also went farther with me. I took our dog into be groomed, bath, brush & nails. I made sure the owner knew our dog needed a good brushing. In my and my husband’s opinion, it was not a complete job. I brushed our dog when I got home and will need to brush more. A lot more. My husband called to say we didn’t feel it was a complete job. He was told : to get a 100% of the hair, the dog would need to be shaved, anywhere else the price would have be higher and that our dog was badly matted. And we should be happy we didn’t have to pay more. No, the dog was not matted, the owner set the price and no, you don’t need to shave or cut to get this dog de shedded. When I put a review on Facebook I was harassed with texts, FB messenger and phone call. I was ridiculed for my Christianity (posts she saw on my FB page) and there was mention of her making false reviews about a business she thought we owned. Please be aware.

I recently worked here for Stacie Robinson. I loved this place, it was the first job I found that I got up and was excited to go to. I loved all the dogs. I was paid generously and enjoyed my coworkers. Things changed in February after I gave birth to my son. I worked here the entire pregnancy and she gave me 2 weeks unpaid leave after having baby to be home with my son. My family needed income and I had no problem going back to work. However after I decided to breast feed my newborn, I was never allowed to pump even the last two days when I worked 11 hour shifts with zero breaks for food or pumping. I was so worn out and emotionally drained that I considered quitting. I never stated that I was going to, to her directly, but was in tears by the end of the day. I asked the shop bather to bathe my last dog of the day because my body hurt so much. He agreed and was about to, but then Stacie stopped him and said I HAD to. I washed the dog and then at the end of the day she had a "talk" with me and the other groomer about how working 7 days straight, and then working 11 hour shifts straight after reopening from covid was necessary and wouldn't let me get a word in, just cussed over me and said to promise to come to work today. I gave her my word and followed through because I care genuinely for many of the clients and Stacie as well. After my shift today she said she didn't want to put up with me and "drama" which I imagine to be the need to feed my child or pump to store milk for my child, as well as the need to use my phone (within reason) to keep in contact with the father of my baby while at work, and that she was letting me go. She begged me to come in to work to fire me. I will miss all of the friendly furry faces I came to love, as well as the caring clients. My suggestion would be to find a more compassionate and respectful shop.

Our Pekingese always looks fabulous after a visit to this shop. Very efficient, fairly priced! Thank you to a kind talented staff!!

I have small dogs. They are little terrors let me tell you. Multiple attempts of trying to groom them myself has lead me to Pampered Pets. They do an A1 job. Even trimmed the nails on the smaller of the two. She literally turns into a rollie pollie (sow bug) when I try to do it. Very happy with the style that was done on both too. I read other reviews before settling on this place. I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about but I had no issues each time I went. AND I was able to do walk in each time. Just be sure to bring cash. No debit card or credit card. Which makes sense seeing how much square and those transaction companies charge percentage wise.

Absolutely do not recommend this woman, my dog is still traumatized by the few times we took her there. I have never met a more unprofessional owner. The fact that I am so irritated by her years later and still feel the need to leave a review means she left a lasting impression on me and my little one. I don't understand how she is still in business, just because some one is nice to your face does not mean they take care of your pups. Well she wasnt nice the last time and wasn't nice on the phone when we expressed our concerns. Very sad to run a business the way she did...hopefully shes changed, but doubt it.

Got my two poodles in quickly (same day). The tiny toy is so bad I gave up trying to cut her hair myself. I own a pair of Oyster A5 Dog grooming clippers but she's so small and resistant that I just can't do it. The Toy has a temper on him and can get mean. Needless to say the got the job done on both. Very pleased with their haircuts!

DO NOT COME HERE This is how my mothers senior dog looked like when she got home. She didnt notice it until she got home as her dog laid in the bed on the ride home. How they can do this and then not tell her let alone let this walk out the door shows they have no quality and pride in what they do. A refund is needed and something should be done about this This is below amateur work and completely unprofessional. UPDATE Her dog was prescribed medication, antibiotics and cream.

A year after my experience here and I still feel guilty for not telling these people to take their hands off of my dog. I encourage people not to go here. The owner clearly hates animals and people alike. I worked next door for a while also and she regularly harrassed the customers and the people serving food. Not worth the trauma to your pet. My dog still won't walk into groomers without nearly wetting himself.

I've been going here a long time but will never go back. They did a nice job grooming but the owner yelled at me because I arrived 10 mins before closing and told me that if I had been a minute later she was going to charge me a late fee. They tell you to be there before close so that's what I did. If she yells at me and is this disrespectful, one can only imagine how she talks to your furry family members. I'm not the only one she has don't this to. There have been others and stoped business with her as well.

My dog was nervous to come inside, so she pulled him by the leash, dragging him in, and almost causing him to slip out of his harness and get loose. So she told me to pick him up and turn him around, and then she grabbed him from behind. They got us in and out in three minutes and then demanded 16.92 cash or check. They don't take cards, probably because of the cashier's fee but who knows. She told me two days ago that it would cost fifteen and then charged me almost seventeen at the end. And she also said she would clean his ears, but they gave him back without doing it. I asked if they would and she didn't want to because he tried to bite the assistant. I didn't see this, but I wouldn't be surprised the way they were grabbing at him and blocking me from his view. I tried to give them some treats to help win him over, but they refused them and they said they would just get it done quickly. They also never introduced themselves or asked either of our names, which is fine but... It just didn't feel like they wanted us there. I won't go back, but im still giving two stars because in the end, they did do a good job on his nails. Even though he was so scared he had his tail between his legs. :( :( :(

They got us in quickly and did a beautiful groom on our little girl Bela! We will definitely be back!
