It was by an accident I needed Dr Laurel's services; his office was the second place I called in my emergency situation. He was accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were able to tend to my cats needs quickly in the deadly situation without breaking the bank. I am extremely grateful and pleased; I selected him for my veterinarian for all my pets needs.

Hands down the best Vet in Raytown. This veterinarian actually cares about his patients and the owners. He was thorough with his examination. We went there for a second opinion and he found things that other Vets missed. The staff is helpful and kind. You can trust that the staff will do everything possible to take care of your precious pet.

Have been here before with my past dog. Always treated well, Dr. Tucker is great with animals and always happy to answer any questions you may have. Our 2 girls were in very good hands.

On my second dog. Out of 5 or 6 vets I’ve had over the years this was the best. Ladies out front had my American Bulldog giving kisses (he’s usually scared at the vet). The Dr. was cool gave him 3 shots in under a minute. My guy gave a little growl so we put a cloth muzzle on him just to be safe. Chewed the fat for a little. Got some recommendations for training and doggie playtime. I was impressed, they know what they are doing here, 5 stars not my first vet. Good job.

Long story short, we found a rescue that someone tried to get rid of. When I called to ask a few inquiring questions, I was talked down to and was made to feel disrespected. Yelling and just being completely unprofessional. Telling me that I was, "a horrible pet owner." This place was decent at one time, but has definitely dropped off. If they treat me this way, I can only imagine how they would treat my dog (or your animal, for that fact) when no one is looking.

I’ve been taking my animals there for 40 plus years-he’s extremely good at what he does. You will find that a lot of people love him. I’ve taken 4 animals there over the years and all of our family friends have taken their animals for 40 years too. They’re wonderful.

Great staff. Excellent vet. I reccomend them highly. I was worked into an already full schedule. Our kitten was very sick and not at all herself. Doc examined her gave her a shot, no charge by the way, and an oral med. Told me to keep an eye on her and if she was not better to bring her back in. Well all of this to say she improved and is now back to her crazy active and loveable self. Thank you all again.

*DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE* My dog was still urinating blood after a week of antibiotics. When I called to request the x-rays I was advised to get, a staff member told me that she'd talk to Dr Tucker and call me back. It was 10:30 on Saturday and they closed at 12. They never called back. Took my dog to er where he was x-rayed and found he had several bladder stones and needed surgery. He got the surgery the next morning at Moonlight Animal Hospital. Quite upset I called and left a message with Laurel Animal Hospital. They returned my call on Monday morning and told me that Dr. Tucker refilled the antibiotics. I was so angry that they didn't bother to call me back to tell me that! And the neglect by Dr Tucker by not telling her to tell me to bring him in immediately knowing the situation! I had both my dogs records transferred.

The staff is great, friendly, the vet Dr is honest and down to earth. He will teach/show you what needs done. My dog has an ear infection and he took the time to show me his ear and got to get the drops in. I feel they really care about your animals and is fairly priced! Love this place!

My fiancé and I wont take our cats anywhere else! One of the best and most affordable vets Ive found in the KC metro area.
