I love this place. The staff are helpful and friendly. I've bought 2 dogs from here. I loved them both. I would recommend this store to anyone. If anyone tells you not to buy here. It means they have never owned a dog from here.

Horrible customer service!! Mean and rude staff!! They are very condescending and judgmental. Extremely bad experience here.

The store personally orders in our food for our dogs. They have been incredibly helpful in finding a food that works for our pups and when we were struggling to find one, allowed us to try a few and return the ones that didn't work. Their customer service is always incredible and we will be customers for a very long time!

The employees and owner truly care. I adore this store and how they treat us and our pups!

The staff at Land of Paws is SOOO helpful! I have been here multiple times with questions about various kitties I've owned, and for they're always happy to assist and advise me. They have a GREAT selection of merchandise, and the vibe of the store is open and friendly. I travel all the way from across the state line, just to shop here. They're FABULOUS!

Land of Oz was very neat and nicely put together. Lots of choices of toys and clothing and food and such definitely a good place to go.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I've never experienced such poor customer service in regards to returning an item. We bought a dog bed that states it has a removable cover. Only a small piece of the bed cover can be removed thus not worth the buy for us. We returned to the store with our receipt and were told by an older woman that it was "too damp" after we had washed it and to return back later afterwards to "see how it smells". We returned the next day and were met by two young associates. They inspected the bed and were sure we could return it but asked if we could wait for the manager to arrive to approve the return since the bed no longer had it's tag (we had bought it without the tag). We left the bed there and kept our receipt and later returned to an older woman telling us that the bed was now not returnable because it was "too soiled"?? The bed was just approved through the other two associates and was not soiled on prior to the return. We had made sure it was cleaned and in the same condition we had bought it for. We even had our receipt with us. Never again will I buy from this overpriced store. Shop at your own discreetion but just know they do not have the customers best interest at heart. $150 wasted on a bed we were unsatisfied with.

Fun, pet friendly with nice employees who greeted you and our pets. Store was clean and well maintained with all kinds of decorative treats and fun toys for purchasing that our dog absolutely loved, especially the yogurt flavored dog snacks.

Both locations are great!!! Good quality Puppies, staff, and products.

I love Land of Paws! I am waiting for my next dachshund puppy of a special color to arrive! All the ladies who work here are nice, friendly and helpful! A+

I have purchased about 2 years apart, 1 female and 1 male both Dorky's. They have given this empty nest a lot of excitement. They also gave us a litter of puppies 4 to be exact. The male now lives in AZ. with my Son and we kept 2 females. I still love coming in to get dog food, every time I still have to look at the puppies The staff is always so helpful, So glad I found Land Of Paws

Nice store but sells puppies. Puppies are kept in enclosed plastic cages/boxes. Many are mutts that are very expensive. GOOD breeders would NEVER sell puppies to a pet store, no matter what they tell you.

Super cute boutique with a surprising amount of inventory - leashes, collars, harnesses (not as many harnesses) and toys, toys, toys! If they don't have what you're looking for, they offer to order it. Support this locally owned business!

I love coming here to play with the puppies, if you have 30 minutes of free time I fully recommend it. They also provide dog grooming and have every dog item you could possibly need. Great place!

The prices are a bit high for puppies and for the products but the dogs are adorable, the service is very good and they have a good selection of toys and accessories. We love our puppy we got there.

Comparing some of the stuff to regular pet store prices, it's pretty high. Also there's plenty of dog stuff but little to no cat stuff. The store and employees were nice though.
