We have had nothing but positive experiences at both locations. Excellent and compassionate care with effective and prompt communication. Would highly recommend to any pet owner. This is probably the first internet review I’ve written (for anything), and they deserve it.

This was my first experience here. The front staff is super friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable & trusted them with helping my dog. The doctors are AWESOME. Really helped me understand and took the time to answer a million questions. Richard Eberhardy & James Humphrey are fantastic!

The doctor's and staff are the best.

My dog was not even a patient with Johnson County Animal Clinic, but they got me an appointment last minute because our regular vet had closed early for the holiday weekend. My dog ended up having a life threatening condition, and we had to transfer to an emergency vet center. My family was devastated that she didn't make it and we had to say goodbye. About two weeks later, I received a letter in the mail saying that Johnson County Animal Clinic had made a generous contribution in memory of my beloved dog to the College of Veterinary Medicine at K-State. I was incredibly touched by this kind and thoughtful gesture, especially for someone that wasn't even one of their regular patients. The donation will make a difference in the lives of other animals. The staff and doctors are compassionate and caring. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

My experience there was awesome! The front office help was amazing with me and my little puppy and will definitely be very happy and content there.

Love the front desk staff, the vet techs and the Doctors. Our pups are always treated very well and treated like family. No complaints at all!

Called about getting my cat euthanasia he's a 20 year old cat and the person that answered the phone hung up on me cause I didn't want an exam. How rude is that!!!!!!! Do not go there. Poor customer service. Then when I called back to talk to the office manager she was too busy to talk to me. If they treat their clients like that I hate to see what happens behind their closed doors. ????

Such helpful and thoughtful staff and doctors. My dog is well cared for and the staff treat him so nicely.

Friendly and really care for the animals!!

To start off with, the staff and Vets here are great. Very caring to the animals and their owners. We're glad we changed Vets even though the drive is a lot farther. It is well worth it.

Just recently got my first fur baby and moved from Florida so didn’t know much of where to even start being new to KC area.. and this bet is a one stop shop, they are super friendly and can handle almost anything your dog or cat may need from being sick to just getting your baby groomed they care about there jobs and it’s clear they love what they do! Highly recommended!!!

I just moved here and I was looking forward to finding a vet and a groomer ASAP for my Persian cat. When I found out I could have both here, I was ecstatic! However, not only did the appt take from 9 am till 5 pm, sort of kept me on stand still with countless things I needed to be done on my only day off btw. I picked up my RamRam and noticed his haircut was awfully uneven and not at all as I requested. Upon arriving home I looked at him and tears began to fall from my face when I realized that not only did they make my gorgeous cat look scary his whiskers were trimmed as well. HIS WHISKERS! I have never had no one do that to him. And he has been to PETCO a few times in the past. I believed they would be able to deliver but seems like their grooming services are the epitome of disaster. I'm very pleased with JoCo Animal Clinic and the care we receive from Dr. Humphrey. They always address the issues and do what is best for my dogs without "over treating" them, as some vet offices do. The staff know and love my dogs and treat them as their own.

It has good service no complaints from me but the person on the phone had an attitude but everybody has there days
