Petco Manhattan, Kansas

The past few times we have gone there's been a dead hamster. All the employee does is grab out the dead hamster and close the cage (that still has live hamsters in it) like nothing happened. It's very concerning and seems like Petco does not care for it's animals. I will not support animal abuse and will not shop here. Don't recommend. Also the grooming service is far from good. My dog no longer tolerates getting his nails cut.

Been trading here for a long time. Enjoy the people there. Beautiful fabrics and kits.

Was looking for a dog vest, you need to have measurements not weight of dog to buy one of them.

My go to for my dog food. They have a great selection and friendly associates.

Not sure what's going on over there but they've got serious issues. Went in a few days ago to pick up dog food and was appalled to be hit by the smell of urine. It absolutely reeked. Sure enough...the litter boxes hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Turned out to be a wasted trip as they were also out of our dog food.

Generally love going to petco but my past visit might be my last as i saw their only ball python barely alive. Its humidity was less than 40%. the poor baby was barely alive. straight scales and bones. he was even moving no matter how much we moved our fingers in front of the glass (to see if he was even alive before we saw breathing).

Staff here are always helpful. We sometimes have issues getting the exact kind of cat food we need but they always have an acceptable and reasonably priced alternative. Truthfully we only stop in here so often to check up on the cats that Cattails adopts from here on the weekends. They always have adorable kittens. My fiance wants to adopt them all!

Friendly staff, efficient pickup, saves me time! Really appreciate being able to order online and pickup curbside a few hours later. Lifesaver!

Really solid Petco with just about everything you could ask for. I also really appreciate their adoption drives for cats.

Even helped in finding my list dog

We got our first puppy. We went to Petco to get some puppy supplies. We met Veronica and she helped us out a lot. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and was kind not pushy. She just wanted to help us and answer any questions we had. Thank you Veronica!

I love this store for so many reasons. One, they have the setup and donations for Cattails for cat rescues. They have little holes in the areas the cats are so you can play and pet them and I really love that. The store has very friendly and helpful staff.

The management is really top notch. Animals look great and everyone is super nice. One of the managers, Kenton, always gives me a hand and shows me what new cat toys they get in because I really like cats. Sometimes he’ll let me pet the cats if I ask nicely :3 an overall awesome store

The young woman who works in the fish department (I believe her name is Hannah) was incredibly helpful. She helped my husband and I pick out the perfect aquarium for our daughters birthday, and we were amazed by the amount of knowledge she has about the fish they carry in their store. We always make sure to look for her when we come in to buy fish or if we have any questions about our aquarium.

Best place for pet needs. Good staff and helpful

the store was busy and one of the workers told us right away that someone would be with us soon - i thought that was nice. when we were helped they got right to us and checked us out too. our bird looked very healthy and still is to this day.

Clean store and generally friendly staff. I wish they had a better selection of food for my reptiles. Pangaea or Repashy CGD would be much appreciated! Also, wax worms and roaches that are not dead?!

I loved this place. I saw a dead fish carcass getting eaten by all the other fish in the tank. 10/10 would recommend if you want to see dead fish everywhere.

They aren't truly there to help unless you plan on buying something expensive

Friendly cats kittens for adoption

The roost is one of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Their menu is solid and the prices are amazing for the portion sizes. Don’t forget to order a mimosa or a Bloody Mary, they’re to die for here.

Petco had the Science diet Puppy Paws in the 15 pound bag in the back of the store. They also had Science Diet dog food in the fron of the store, but not the puppy paws. It took us a while to find it.

Decent selection, relatively helpful staff.
