We regularly board our cat and dog here and have always had happy pets when we pick them up!

Managers are both rude as hell and for what reason? The employees don’t get paid jack and most of them put their blood sweat and tears into it. They need to be a little more considerate, also seems like most front desk employees have an attitude. Dogs coming home bloody, they even once lost a cat inside the ceiling panels for 2 or so weeks give or take and took them ages to call the owners to inform them. Be very weary of this overly priced buisness.

Dog fighting is allowed here and management cares less. Do not bring your dogs here

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The way they treat animals is absolutely disgusting. Sending dogs home bloody, leaving owners questioning what happened. They won’t explain or give any video surveillance. Sick!

We had been attending Pete & Macs Pet Resort for daycare and boarding for almost two years without any issues whatsoever. Staff was attentive and our dog never had any issues until today. I picked up my dog from daycare and she was bloody, limping and whimpering (our dog is incredibly gentle and timid). The staff member stated "you signed a waiver, we do not know what happened but it doesn't appear to be punctured but feel free to take her to your vet. Some dogs play rough". I asked for the video footage and the staff member refused. Furthermore, over the past two weeks, our pup has returned home without her collar. Another staff member stated, they bite her neck and rip it off. This has never occurred in the past. Our pup looks like she was used in dog fighting. I called and emailed asking for the manager and owner and never heard back (as stated in other reviews).

Have used this place several times over the years and I can always tell after picking my pup up that he has had a great time. He is always exhausted and can tell he was playing hard! They have a variety of different kennel types and extras for your dog to make sure they get all the attention they are used to!! Highly recommend

Compared to otherur places our dogs came out of this place happy. They were not begging to leave. The person in charge of them came out and they both went right up to her. That means she spent quality time with them. We got a report card at the end which was great. Overall I think the dogs enjoyed being there.

My dogs always are willing to go in every time we board. I Know that there are being taken care of by dog friendly people. We have had our schnauzer groomed here as well. They do a good job!!!

Savannah Sullivan is an amazing dog trainer. I took several one-on-one sessions with her and have seen incredible results. With a new puppy and covid lockdown, my dog had developed severe fear-based aggression and Savannah helped to build up my dog's confidence and mine as well as her owner. We went to several different locations (indoors and outdoors) to work on targeted skills and she offered feedback and encouragement. I am so grateful to have Savannah in my corner as a coach to help me better lead my dog. Highly recommend taking a few private sessions with her if you have specific skills you'd like to work on with your dog!

Do not bring your dog here. Your dog will not be fed all day and will come home smelling bad. Not sure what these people do everyday.. I asked a manager to reach out and never heard back

My dog was so happy and tired after a day here!

Overall, not impressed. My dog stayed here around halloween last year for a couple days and it seemed great. This time she stayed a week. When we picked her up she was shaking and her feet and butt were covered in what looked like pee. Had to give her a bath when we got home even though they gave her one before returning her to us. Idk what happened this time but my dog seemed miserable. Maybe it was a bad week for the staff or maybe our dog was too much to handle but we wont be returning.

In less than a year our dog has been to the vet twice to get stitches during daycare at Pete and Mac's. No one can tell us what happened other than it wasn't a dog fight. The staff has always been kind and they got him the care he needed in these instances. Staff and dogs have all been nice but I question the safety of the environment he was in if he can so easily get caught on things.

Great job, they were able to accommodate us when we were not able to pickup and drop off during normal business hours.

They cancelled on us the day before we left for a vacation, even though we reserved a spot two weeks in advance. I have never left a bad review of any place, but this was so inconvenient! Then they called us the day we were leaving and asked when we were coming in...um, you cancelled on us yesterday, we spent all day scrambling to get a new place!

I love this place! Would not take my dog anywhere else. Andrea and Al are very knowledgeable and professional. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my dog is well taken care of. I am able to have peace of mind when at work, traveling etc knowing that my dog is safe and happy here!!

I'm sure Pete and Macs is a wonderful facility but I cannot recommend pet owners to a place where the employees engage in violent crime and lack integrity. Two people who I have recently learned work here are guilty of holding me at gunpoint and taking my car drunk driving. If you can't guarantee the safety of your patrons you can't guarantee the safety of the pets either unfortunately.

Horrible care for my pets left for vacation. Didn't follow food instructions ( for prescription ID food) nor did they get their anxiety meds like instructed. 1 of my dogs was so sick and was vomiting blood. She had to go to Emergency care. So had extreme money paid to ER care too ! paid for grooming and they came of home with knots and looked like they had stop grooming half way through.. they dont listen to what your dogs need. So if you have dogs that need extra care or special instructions. DO NOT take them here. We had paid extra for extra care and ended up with 1 of our dogs almost dying!!!

Our dog isn't the best with other dogs, so it isn't easy to find a good boarding resource. We recently brought her here for a one night stay, and they treated her great. Rates are reasonable, and you can tell they really care about the animals.

Our doggy stays here semi regularly when we go out of town. We've always had good experiences! They typically have availability, even somewhat last-minute, with the obvious exception of major holidays. The staff seems to care about the dogs more than typical for a boarding facility. We always enjoy the doggy report cards they provide at the end of the stay!

We take our dogs here almost every day and they always come back very happy. The staff is always kind and helpful.

The girl who answered the phone was so glum and I could hardly understand her as she was mumbling... I'll look elsewhere.. I don't know that I want people who aren't enthusiastic about their job, taking care of my dog all day...

This place is great! They've always been able to help me out in a pinch. They give report cards about your pets stay which are adorable and the staff are always friendly and knowledge. I even received a follow-up call asking how my pup was doing after his stay. I highly recommend Pete and Mac's.
