High quality supplies. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The aquarist takes special care in treating every individual fish and aquatic plant like her own children. I purchased my dwarf shrimp there and the tiny critters are happy, content and healthy. She even went out of her way to special-order the moss I needed for my nano tank. The gentleman that cashiered made sure that I joined the customer program they offer. I saved quite a bit of money, doing so. I'm going to have a hard time not spending all of my money there! Thumbs up, guys. Keep up the good teamwork.

Dog wash is convenient and easy to use. The dryers are controlled by a wall switch and they are not hot which is nice. There is a leash attachment on the wall in case you don’t have a bathing leash. You can ask for towels at the register as well. Works really great for our three standard poodles. Sometimes there is also a free bath coupon available. It’s about $10 per bath and everything is provided except a brush.

I have been coming here for some time now and Madison, with long black hair. Definitely short (as a joke lol) noticed I was struggling to take my bag of litter and another item to check out, she then helped me to check out, checked me out herself, and the walked me and my stuff to my car. Top notch service from Madison.

Seriously the worst customer service! I’ve been several times because my dog is a picky eater and this store carries her food brand- and every time the older man at the register has been in a foul mood! I don’t ever mind waiting, or picking through a sparse selection when they are short, BUT customer service is one of the biggest parts about running a store and keeping happy customers. I was so taken aback by his attitude that I decided not to make the purchase and to find another pet supply store. Incredibly disappointed. I will never be back.

Great pet store with friendly staff

Great products and pricing! I took my dogs for a bath there and the bath station was clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, drying hoses, and brushes. They also had tons of clearance items and very friendly staff. 10/10

The staff were all very friendly and active. There was alot of different brands of food including dogs, cats, birds and smaller animals. They had amazing prices on all things alike and it seemed like they were supporting a business on their kitten adoption sales. They also had a cute grooming area for your pet!

1st time using curbside pick up. I will definitely use it again. Smooth process for busy people on the go.

Would like to see flea/tick shampoo in the self service pet wash area. Would like to see a larger selection of skin shampoos for dogs. Also since the online ordering seems to never work it's a shame they can't take Credit Card info over the phone. All that being said you can NOT beat the customer service at Pet Supplies Plus. They are truly a ray of sunshine in a world that thinks they can treat everyone like a bad dream. They are helpful, kind, always asking if you need help out with your items. This is one of the main reasons I come here. They treat me with kindness and in return I treat them with the same and all my business!

I am interested in fish, so I'm not sure about the rest of the store, but the aquariums are a very good value today. They were easy to find in the store. The manager gave me a hand loading the tanks into my car. A simple transaction, that went smoothly. Give this place a try.

Love Pets Supplies Plus!! Always has good sales and love the vip program where certain products are buy 10-12 get one free. The store is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Always so friendly and helpful. I like the way the Always call to see what I would like to substitute when they are out of something I ordered. Prices did go up, but the service is the best!

Thank you Pet Supplies Plus Lenexa! We just adopted a cat from the kitten corner and all the employees were so helpful with giving me tips and tricks for being a better cat mom. They also helped me pick out all the right stuff to help take care of her including an awesome cat tower. I’m so happy to have this pet store nearby. They have everything you could ever need for cats and dogs (much better selection than pets mart, ect) and everything is as cheap or cheaper than any place online. Would give this place more stars if I could!

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The self serve pet wash was awesome, and I will definitely use it again. They provided towels, 4(!) different shampoos, silicone scrubbers, and blow dryers. It was the best experience I have had washing my 90lb dog, and with a 5 wash card, it was only $5 per bath. Luckily, no one else was there when I was using it, so my girlfriend and I had two dryers running on the dog, which cut down dry time quite a bit with her thick coat. I could not recommend it enough.
