They give lots of coupons for crickets, which is the main reason I go there. They also sell 500 mealworms for $9, which is amazing compared to Petco's 100 for $4. Included a photo of a happy customer, my leopard gecko Chowder

Love the self dog wash. Even though my senior American Bulldog dog doesn't really care for it, only giving this location 4 stars because the person who rang us up acted like it was a big deal that I asked for 3 towels (probably really needed 4) because my dog it very hard to dry even with the dryers and he gets cold. I wish the dryers had more heat to dry faster. It takes over an hour to dry my dog so he's not cold.

We went to Pet Supplies Plus to give our dog - Farley - a bath. The staff was great. They were friendly, efficient, helpful, and totally professional.

Second time I took my dogs there to give them a bath and both times there was still alot of dog hair in the drain and tub. Sure did not look like staff had cleaned them between dogs. I always clean the tub and drain out after taking my dogs a bath. I love taking my dogs there but staff really should check to make sure the tubs are clean.

I was searching for a new, nourishing cat food at your store in Lee's Summit and everyone in the store was very helpful and friendly! I was searching for something high in vitamins yet within my affordability range. The lady in the store was very helpful and knew about each of the foods I was looking at. She was not "pushy" at all. She was available if I had questions. I ended up trying several different kinds. I am hoping my cats love and tolerate one or more of these foods because the price was certainly affordable, especially with the sale they had going! Thank you Pet SUpplies Plus!

I ordered quite a bit of canned cat food and pouches plus treats. Not only was my order packed correctly but attached was a thank you card with stickers on it of cats. On the envelope were smiley faces. The lady at the front was friendly and told me she enjoyed packing my order. Not only is this store clean but its well stocked, customer service is top notch. I had shopped at the Overland Park KS location a few times. But I will be returning to this location. Thank You so much!

I used to like this place. The employees used to make it fun. The group of guys that was working there this last time couldn't be less interested in helping the customers. Only 1 guy came by me to ask if I needed anything and he really wasn't very knowledgeable. I don't know who hired these people but obviously doesn't care about the calibre of the people they hire and isn't interested in making the store look good.
