I noticed my cat had bumps near his tail so I took him into this vet twice to have it checked out. The first time the receptionist tried combing his back-end in the lobby and she seemed so confused because she was sure it was fleas, but she wasn't getting any flea dirt when she was combing. I went in a second time because he still had the bumps. I insisted on going into the exam room which they did not seem to appreciate. Again, they could not find any "flea dirt.," but the vet looked at the one tooth my cat had left and said it was infected and needed to be extracted. She took him into the back room where I was not allowed to go. About 15 minutes later she came out with a dead flea on a napkin and claimed it was on my indoor cat. Then she told me she was going to charge me $100 to clean his tooth before she pulled it. I was appalled, but wanted my elder cat to be well. I left with a $1,000 bill. I will never go back there again!!!

The vet that cares more about your animals wellbeing than most other vets. Hawkeye is probably my favorite employee.

Was very disappointed in our grooming experience. Groomer only cut around our pups eyes even though we asked for all of his fur to be trimmed up. Now a week later our pup has already started matting so we’ll have to pay someone else to do what we asked this groomer to do.

I called this morning about my cat being sick. The lady I spoke with told me that it costs $44 to be seen and about $60 for an antibiotic. I explained that I already had an appointment with KC Spay and Neuter next week to get them neutered and get their shots. She explained that they would tell me how much each thing would be before they moved forward, so I would know my options. After the doctor told me my cat needed an antibiotic, I agreed, and then proceeded to pay. The grand total was $183!! Needless to say I was shocked, and I told the same lady I spoke with that I was not told it would cost that much, and she simply said she was sorry. The sticker shock and "bait and switch" concept was not appreciated. I will not be back. My cat probably just had a bug he could've worked through, and the fact that they told me it would be $100, tell me the breakdown before they range me up, and then almost doubled the price was a bit much.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! Best place to take your pets! Everyone is always helpful and they take the time to answer all my questions. I always know that my animals are getting the best care possible. Dr. Marjara and staff have always shown great compassion for all my pets. I also take my dogs to the groomers downstairs and they always look so handsome when they come home. I highly recommend taking your pets to Cedar Creek.

I am new to town and took my dog to Cedar Creek Veterinary Hospital. They came highly recommended. I have been very happy with them. The staff is very kind and caring. I was welcomed and my dog was very comfortable with them. Dr Marjara is a very intelligent, caring doctor. I am so glad I was referred to them. I would highly recommend them.

I have been to several animal hospitals in the KC area and Cedar Creek Veterinary Hospital is by far the best of the bunch. The staff is friendly and clearly cares about your pets. My dog had a bladder stone problem and I wasn't sure what to do, but the helpful staff and doctor at Cedar Creek explained what was happening and provided me with a fully itemized estimate for all of my options. I chose the laser surgery that Dr. Marjara offers, and I was not disappointed! My dog was ready to tear up sofas within a couple days and had no problems with his bandages. The staff at this vet hospital have earned their esteemed certification in the veterinary community, and I highly recommend their service!
