I will never shop here again. I brought my 11 year old grandson in yesterday to get the hamster and accessories i had promised for his birthday. He spotted one that he liked. And I asked the young sales lady who had been hanging around if she could assist us. She said she could but first she needed to let us know that before she could sell us anything she had to be assured that we had all the necessary items to properly care for the hamster. And then she goes on to list a bunch of things. And finished by telling us it will run about $200 to properly outfit this hamster. And then points to the fish in the aquarium behind us..and says we don't let even these guys leave with making sure they have all the things they need. She was pretty condescending! We promptly left the store. Went to another store down the street and bought a cute little hamster and all the necessary stuff to take care of him for around $90.

Always good with my pups, my beagle gunner always comes back so fresh and clean and happy you can tell they really care about our furry friends I just wish there was a way to leave a tip when you checkout with a card at the register.

Went for a harness and a couple toys for my puppies and ended up spending over $100. So the moral to this story is, good selection just a little high on prices.

They have really fun and different pet toys they will also price match. Customer service is very good

I have been taking my Lhasa-Poodle for grooming here for the past year despite how overpriced it is, but lately, especially in my last three visits they have been giving my dog this get-away hair cut where they pretty much completely shave her down which absolutely does not suit her breed. My girlfriend even warned them not to do so, but they continued to and today was probably the worst haircut she got. If this is what I pay $60 for I would rather give her a haircut myself. Really disappointed. They white one is my dog and the other one is how she is supposed to look like.

The cashiers and sales floor people were polite and really helpful. I had to get a bunch of items to prepare for my dogs surgery. They were fast friendly and helped me get most for my money.

I love that PetSmart has everything I need in one location. I was looking for something to help my cat's breath smell better. I asked an associate and they provided with assistance on the best thing to use. I also got help with some eye drops for my cat. Thank you for having friendly, knowledgeable people!

Desten and Accassia were very knowledgeable about snakes! Awesome customer service. Definitely recommend shopping here when it comes to pets. You won’t be disappointed in the customer service, knowledge and great assortment. We definitely be back

If you’re booking a grooming appointment, book with Caleb! I brought my dog in for a nail trim and grind today, and he did an amazing job! I’ve had him groomed here a few times and it can be hit or miss, but Caleb was kind, quick, and got his nails short and pristine.

The animals were so well taken care of, but no one seemed to know anything about them, other than how many times someone has seen them. I adopted one and wasn’t told what food he had and was in a whirl of excitement to bring him home I didn’t even think to ask. He had been throwing up 10-15 after eating every single time (not like a normal cat, we have 3 and a big dog) I called the shelter he came from, they said he had not been doing that there. Called pet smart multiple times and never got an answer about what food he was being fed or if they had seen any problems. Before getting him I asked his background or anything about him and they had no idea. I adopted him and he’s happy but I just wish the whole staff had a log or sheet about each animal they are putting for adoption so they know the home they are going to is an appropriate one for the animal. I asked if he was okay with dogs, or other cats, they had no clue. I wasn’t ever offered a meet and greet which I would have liked.

Expensive a bit as every pretty store here but, they are really complete so it's worth it

Very disappointed with bringing my dog in today and had a scheduled appointment at 2:30pm and was told it would be a two and half hour long wait with appointment being scheduled in advance. Not worth your time or patience here.

Lots of pet supplies, all 3 dogs got new harnesses for walks.

We always like going to petsmart because we can take our pet inside the store.

Easy to locate items, always very friendly and helpful staff
