My rescue dog is fearful of other dogs and gets very stressed out anytime she’s around dogs she doesn’t know. The staff were so sweet and accommodating. They helped me get her into her tub, blocking other dogs on the way, and made sure she was safe and comfortable. It was a great experience for both of us! Thank you!

The guy that helped me was awesome when I went in. I just moved so I needed to find a self service dog washing area that don't cost an arm and a leg for me to wash my two golden dogs. In total it cost me $30 and after them getting muddy at the Clinton dog park it is worth it in my opinion. Thank you guys I enjoyed therefore I will be returning! :)

Staff went above and beyond in helping us with the self-wash! Our pandemic pup had never been to a dog wash, and our other dog wears a muzzle (in certain situations) and we often get glares or judgmental comments. We thought it might be a bit of a disaster but it went SO smoothly, the staff were totally accommodating and nonjudgmental, and now our dogs smell great <3 Thank you Pawsh Wash!!

Friendly staff. Priced right. Staff member, probably the owner also very helpful even came out and clipped some matting from my English Cream Retrievers ears. can’t say enough good things about a place when everything just works out right. This was a needed service while on vacation from west Tennessee.

Everyone was great. I have 3 dogs and I was helped curbside since I was by myself. There was nothing but smiles and friendly service the entire time

We used to take our dog here for the $5 nail trims which have been discontinued (likely due to unknown futures related to the pandemic). Our dog is very old and frail and they trimmed her nails so carefully and we’re incredibly calm and accommodating for her. The front staff person was excellent and very friendly as well! Definitely still worth it!

My big guy looks great, and had a grand ole time. Staff really go above and beyond here. We'll be back!

My dog needed a bath quickly and so I we decided to try their self wash station. Although it was very convenient and inexpensive, I am HIGHLY disappointed in the customer service. It was our first time there and no one cared to explain anything at all. The one staff member that cared to acknowledge our presence, placed some brushes out like they were for us to use, but then didn’t care to tell us that she just soaked them in a chemical that could harm my dog and to not use them. Then went on to say if our dog had any dangerous reactions, that it was our fault and not their’s, even though she was the one putting them out in the open without explaining that we should not use them. She was extremely rude and had no sense of customer service. I was really looking forward to the experience with seeing the great reviews, but was very displeased and won’t be returning.

Did excellent trim and wash and nails, great price for good service.

My pup was born during the quarantine and is still getting used to being closer than 6-feet... seriously. If more than a few people are in close proximity, she hides between my feet. Suffice to say she was absolutely terrified for her first spa day. The Pawsh Was team took exceptional care of her, treating her with sincere concern, and she came out looking fantastic—despite her attempts at escaping a few times ???? 10/10 recommend.

Do not compensate you for their mistakes. Even if it does harm to your animal... update gave them another chance. Dropped him off Friday and got a call that they severely cut him and I had to come get him to take him to vet. They had me take him to Dr. Lewis Veterinarian. Who had told us quote " they get a quite a few pets injured by them" and didn't understand how someone could hurt a dog that badly. I now have a scar on my dogs right leg and one on his neck now. With pictures to prove it.

We love Pawsh Wash! Wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else. They are very accommodating to our dog’s back problems, and they give wonderful cuts.

They were very helpful. They came out to the car so i could keep mask on and not get out.

The groomer at Pawsh Wash did a great job cleaning up a 10 year old dog I inherited who still had most of his winter coat and a variety of mats and burrs. He was a mess. Now his coat is nice, he's a delight to pat and smells much better. She did a great job!!!

We love Nikki to death she does a great job with our doodle every time we take our girl in for a hair cut and bath. However, the management is so rude and unorganized..every other time we try and schedule an appointment something goes wrong and less than 24 hours of notice is pretty unacceptable on several different occasions. We want to support our local shops but the lack of accountability and professionalism is forcing us to look elsewhere.
