Our pure Siberian Husky loves this place. We pull in drive and she is standing up waiting to get out to go in and runs to the care givers.

Poor Millie stepped on something and he got an infection from it???? Went to Shoal Creek Animal Hospital and they fixed him right up! Antibiotic shot that lasts 2 weeks and couple days of anti inflammatory medicine! Yuck to the 2 doses of oral anti inflammatory medicine! He was hobbling on 3 legs before treatment. 3 hours later he's walking around like nothing was wrong! Pleasant staff & great Dr.! Glad I went!

They got our sick pup in quickly and provided friendly, professional care.

Super nice staff. Pretty interior. The best part is I didn't feel like they were trying to get as much money as they could out of me. They genuinely cared for my pet and actually outlined a plan to save me from unnecessary spending. Definitely recommend. If their sister location, Amity Woods, is anything like Shoal Creek, highly recommend as well.

I absolutely love Shoal Creek Animal Hospital. I started coming here after NO OTHER VETS in the area could see one of my doggos the same day after she had some health issues. I've gone nowhere since! The ease of using the app, PetDesk, is really great because it allows me to check my pet records, keep up to date on vaccines, book appointments and even text the staff. Another great perk is the reward system allows the dollars spent at the vet turn into treats for you & your pet (hello, $20 off a future visit? Yes, please.) I really am so glad to have this wonderful veterinarian in my neighborhood ❤

My dogs first time being boarded for a vacation versus surgery. She was so timid from all the other dogs. After I picked her up from a 4 night stay i was told she warmed up to the staff and she came home and wasnt phased by our neighbors dogs barking at her.

They took my Boxer on short notice when I had an unexpected trip out of town. They noticed she had a bladder infection and got her immediately over to the vet for a diagnosis and treatment. They were very communicative and friendly.

Very good experience with vet techs and with Dr Perkins. She is knowledgeable and very good with my dogs!

We unexpectedly lost one of our dogs last year and the love and kindness we got from the team here was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and fast acting response. Despite the fact that he couldn't be saved, I felt like everyone shared my heartbreak. They've also taken wonderful care of my other 3. Always available with answers to my questions and really taking the time to listen. 10/10 recommend.

I love this place so much!! All of my pets have gone here for veterinary services, grooming and daycare. The doctors and staff are incredible and genuinely care for your pet. I would not go anywhere else.

Our dogs love to go to Shoal Creek Animal Hospital daycare! The dogs go straight to their caregivers and never look back. They even know the word daycare and run to get in the car! Thank you staff and doctors for making it such fun!

We recently started using Shoal Creek for our fur babies. Even during the pandemic and curbside service I feel they are very compassionate and helpful in caring for our dogs.

Been taking my pets here for 10ish years now. This is the only place I will ever take my babies. Great staff, clean, and never a long wait.

Used to be really good but now it seems they are so busy that they don't have time for us. We bring our dogs there by the appointment time to see the vets and it is okay but couldn't leave them there early and pick them up again when done. Sometimes the communication between the ones answering the phones and vet vets seem lost in translation.
