On January 8 , 2022; we unexpectedly had to put our beloved pit bull down. Our pet hospital sent her to this location and now I see why! I have been speaking on the phone to a lady by the name of Karen, and another person before her but I can’t remember her name(maybe Julie?). They were very nice to me, and respectful. We had been trying to get a clip of my dogs hair because in the midst of everything we forgot to ask the vet. So I called this place and they offered more options to remember our dog by, and even gave me time to decide what I wanted!! These people are very understanding and patient when it comes to the loss of your pet. I will be returning to this company for any other memorial services !

The care and compassion showed in the handling of our dog Polo was touching. When we received our pets ashes back we were overwhelmed with how much care and love went into our dogs final resting. Thank you all so very much from the bottom of our hearts

I just lost my beautiful Katie earlier this week! I wanted her cremated. My vets office, Jackson animal clinic 5 stars btw, sent her remains to Rolling Acres Memorial for her cremation. The things I got back from them was just.. wonderful! Her urn was beautiful! It looked better than the picture that I picked out. And then to my surprise I got her pawprint on a piece of clay with her name and engraved on it. Just such a beautiful way for me to remember my Kitty cat Katie! Thank you rolling acres you guys are wonderful keep up the good work!

Many years ago our beloved poodle silver passed away. As a family we decided to bury him at a pet cemetery. And today I was fortunate enough to speak to someone at the cemetery and ask them if they could tell me if this was his final resting place. I asked her if Silver was there if she would please take a picture of his gravesite and send it to me. As I said it’s been many many years since Silver passed. I lost my mother in 2007 and my father had Alzheimer’s so I have been on a mission to find Silver’s grave. Today this wonderful lady I spoke to sent me the picture I have wanted for many years. Thank you so much ❤️

Professional and friendly staff helped me pick out a nice urn for my beloved dog. They explained the cost for everything over the phone and made sure the engraving was exactly how I wanted it. They also created a paw print in clay for me and it turned out great.

It is always hard to lose a pet. They have cremated three dogs of mine over the years. Very professional, compassionate employees & modern facility. I'm a very simple man, so I like simple and that's okay with them. They aren't pushy at up-selling. They do have some very nice urns and such plus various options. Am grateful for their services.

I took my beloved dog, Paisley, to the vet after she passed away, and they used Rolling Acres as their cremation services. I was just expecting her cremains to come back in a cardboard box, but Rolling Acres went above and beyond my expectations. I received a mold of Paisley's paw print, her cremains were placed in a beautiful box, and touching paperwork was included, as well. Rolling Acres made the very traumatic experience of losing my pet much easier with their kindness and wonderful services.

All of my pets have been buried there. The staff are all wonderful and super professional. Karen especially is amazing! As heartbreaking as it is to lose a pet, I always enjoy talking to Karen. She’s listened more than once while I cried reminiscing about one of my babies. Rolling Acres has always gone above and beyond in my experience. They truly understand what it’s like to experience the loss of a pet.

I’ve had all of my pets cremated at Rolling Acres for the last 16 yrs. Most recently I lost my sweet 8 yr old Boxer/Pit mix Snyder to lymphoma. They are the kindest most compassionate people. They are very comforting & understanding in your time of grief.

In an extremely rough time, this pace is understanding, courteous, helpful, and caring. They are very sensitive to your needs. Saying goodbye to your family pet is never gonna be easy, Rolling Acres makes the goodbye sting just a little less. This is a very nice, put together, well established, calming, peaceful resting place for a furry legged loved one to go that can no longer stay with us. I'm glad I came across this establishment in our rough, hurting time. I *definatley* recommend them.

2 years ago I was tasked with finding the best place to get our family pet cremated! I was 15 at the time and it was hard having to do it! Me and my family are happy we were able to find this wonderful place! The lady who was helping us was very nice and talked to use about everything! We left and about 3 days later we got a call that he was ready to be picked up! We got him back home and now he sits in my Dads room in the same box they gave us! 100% would recommend!!

Let me say right off the bat I don’t give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️To anyone they never meet my high expectations ???? This place on a Sunday was there for me even though they were closed That alone is very appreciated ???? Monday they made way for my Rhodesian ridgeback for a individual cremation they were all very supporting and kind And with out a bunch of grief they let me have my way in the final stages of losing my dog Iam hard to please and most people can’t even come close to doing so Not the case here They took care of me like i was there only customer Win there were others they were talking care of while me and making me feel like I was only one Took only a couple of hours ???? I checked out the other places and glade I did Iam positive I got service by the best And they did it $100 cheaper than the others They are not here taking advantage of a persons Grief & reaming there pocket book I gave them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Stars because They took care of all my quirks and did it well They help me take my dog over the rainbow ???? bridge to dog heaven

Want to thank them for their professionalism and kindness when i lost my pet. beautiful simple urn with his name on it and for a decent price compared to others. The garden is beautiful and the people that work there are very kind. Will be using them as long as I'm in KC area.

Have not gotten to meet these people yet, but this is where my Ella got sent to for her cremation. Thank you so much for everything you've done and do for everyone. I didn't even know that there were so many options for pets, I'm glad to know now. I will be a returning customer.

It was painful enough to lose my beloved first pet of just a little over 12 years. She was the sweetest dog and for anybody after losing a pet you love. You got to do something with their remains. I didn't want to bury her because if I ever move away from the Parkville/KC area I didn't want her here while I'm elsewhere in the world. So my vet recommended me to Rolling Acres and it was the best decision I could've made. I called ahead to let them know I was going to be on my way with my dog and they were very caring and sincere in acknowledging my loss. They brought a gurney out to my truck to get my Bella and took her into a private room to where I could talk to my Bella and say my goodbyes. The lady that I spoke on the phone with and greeted me, which I forget her name but was very sweet, sat with me and gave me the options of what they can do for my Bella. I was happy to know they do private cremations and the price was good and to know for just a little under $30 extra I could get a little clay piece with my Bella's paw print. That made me even happier and didn't hesitate to go that route. Plus some little extra goodies to take home in respects to my beloved Bella. So my overall experience with them was very pleasant. I recommend them to anybody that wants to keep their beloved pet ashes. Thanks for taking the time to read this review. *EDIT* One last thing for those of you that took the time to read this review, my condolences to you and your family for your lost beloved pet/family member. I came across a quote a while back that I wanted to share with you the reader. “When your animals pass on, take comfort in knowing Steve Irwin is their new owner”

What a beautiful place for our beloved Maggie Rita to be after crossing The Rainbow Bridge. The team are so wonderful and caring. Thank you! Update: I just called and ordered a plaque for our precious kitty, Maggie Rita, on the Memory Fence. Jenny was so sweet working with me through my tears. Thank you so very much, Jenny and Rolling Acres. ❤

I am so grateful that i gound this place! My kitty Loki passed away unexpectedly this morning and the people at Rolling Acres helped me with the payment process since i do not get paid for about 2 weeks. They took a deposit to hold onto him until next friday when i can call and make the full payment to have him cremated. They gave us our time to say goodbye and was very caring and sincere during the paperwork process. They even clipped some of his fur and gave me some wildflower seeds i can plant in his memory. I can't wait to bring my baby boy home so he can be with his wildflowers ????????????

This review is long over due! Our cat Bailey passed away and we decided it would be nice to place him somewhere that he wasn’t alone and could enjoy a beautiful view, and let me tell you.... no matter where your at on this property it is beautiful! I was not sure how we should go about making sure he was ok over night so I called the on call line, bless the ladies heart taking my call at 3am.... but she was super nice! The next day I called and Karen helped the rest of the way, she was so nice and helpful and so welcoming. The minute we pulled on the property you could just feel a total change in the air, almost a total piece, no hatred, no judging, no emotion, just pure piece and happiness, and that’s when we knew this was the place for Bailey to rest! Thank you guys so much, and thank you Karen for making it such an easy process ????

In what is sad and stressful, they bring calm and comfort. They are kind, not pushy to sell, it is a lovely site and clean welcoming facility. The resident cats seem to know when you need comfort too. Thank you for taking care of Kashmir.

They were so kind and compassionate. They went above and beyond and gave our pet respect. I will never go anywhere else but here. They even went above and beyond with putting his paws in the clay, they did an impression his tail too without us asking.

I want to thank Karen for the caring and comfort she gave me when I lost my little Koko. It wasn't business as usual but a personal connection that reassured me that my loved one would be treated with love and respect. This is a wonderful place in a beautiful setting with many options to honor our furry loved ones.
