Our first experience in leaving our pet at a pet resort was a positive experience. Simchah seem to adjust well to the schedule and routine of the resort and adjusted well when he was brought back home. The facility and staff were great! I would recommend them to anyone needing to leave their dog. The manager was very professional and yet personable and seemed to have genuine care for my dog. I appreciated their efforts to go out of their way to make our experience a positive one. Thank you to the staff of Pete and Mac's Northland location.

The dogs are always tremendously exited to take a little doggie vacation here when we go on a trip. Not cheap, but that allows them to have staff to allow dog play and prevent fights and so on.

I've been trying to get ahold of this place for weeks. I keep calling and leaving messages but no one answers and no one gets back to me. I can't speak to their services since they won't answer, but I can speak to the lack of accessibility. It's insanely frustrating that they won't answer or call back and they're going to lose many customers if they don't get it together.

They are usually great. However, this time I was very disappointed. I filled out an online reservation for boarding but never received a confirmation. I called several times with no answer. I left multiple messages but received no response. I just don't appreciate how unprofessional this was. Especially, after I was flexible when they rescheduled my grooming appointment.

I looked at the reviews and seen mostly positive things. I thought it was a good choice. Place seemed and looked a little beat up but still dropped my dog off. Everyone was friendly and I called during my trip and they told me my dog was fine and she was doing great with everyone. When I went to pick her up her leash was broken (which is OK, not a big deal to me) but when I got her home. She drank some water and her mood was off. She threw up multiple times that night and the following day. Will be taking her to the vet very soon to get checked out. I did have her checked out before drop off and she was perfectly healthy. So I will edit or change review after the vet visit depending in the outcome. In the meantime, I would not recommend.

Me and my family were away for vacation and left our dog in what we thought was good hands. We had gone to Pete and Macs for about one year by now and our Doberman ( nicest dog you’ll ever meet )seemed to love going there! A few days later we got a call. Our dog had been bitten on her hip by another dog. The employees claimed that they didn’t know what had happened, yet they have cameras practically everywhere. Anyways, they took her to the vet when we got another call saying that she had to get three staples in her hip. You can image and this point we’re not very happy at all. When we came to pick her up she had a cone and had a lot of medication to take home. The next day she had started coughing and was kind of all over the place. We took her BACK to the vet only to find out she had kennel cough. It was extremely sad. She wouldn’t eat and she was shaking every time she would inhale. When you board your dog, you give the people watching your pup a huge amount of trust. at the prices we paid for her to go there, you should expect better care. I highly recommend taking your dog somewhere else.

Got in on short notice; the staff and pet care was excellent.

Grooming services excellent. Beth always treats my dog with care and gives him a fantastic cut and tooth brushing. The five stars are for her!!!! More care could be taken with the appearance of the building and surrounding area. It looks rundown and unkept.

You guys are awesome. Took Khaleesi for all day day care and she had a great time. She was so wore out that she slept forever! Thank you for taking good care of my baby! We will be back.

Nate and the staff are outstanding and really get to know and understand your furry baby. Beth and Amanda are the best groomers!

Awesome place to sit your dog. They've really taken good care of ours on more than one occasion.

My dog loves it here, and I love how easy it is to drop him off whenever I need without having to make specific appointments. I only wish they gave report cards, or shared pictures, or had cameras or something.. its very hard with the lobby being closed to get any idea of how the puppy's day went.

They are so good with our babies!

Savannah was such a great trainer! She worked with our 11 year old and her little dog for six sessions and they both really learned a lot. She helped us navigate away from some annoying little behaviors too. I would totally recommend Savannah to help you with your dog training needs.

Would not recommend. Management was very confused on their own policies and could not answer simple questions. No cameras.

I recommend not taking your dog here. I worked at this resort for a couple of months. Very dirty. Dogs were getting kennel cough all the time. They don’t give your animals enough time in daycare and not very nice people working there. especially if you’re considering to work there. DONT. The boss is sexist and rude. Even though I had a lot of experience in dog daycare before this job I never got to go in here. He only lets boys in or only girls if they worked there for at least a year. Unfair. It was by far the worst animal place I ever worked. Take your dogs to amity woods. Much better place and much nicer people.

My$5000 retriever has diarrhea and Kennel cough really bad.

My dogs groomer is awesome and my dog is always happy and loves his new cut. Everyone is very friendly

We've taken our special needs 14 year old dog here a couple times. They always treat him with great care.

Had to take my dog there suddenly on the same day. They were very friendly and prompt. At the end of his 4 day stay I received a little report card on his behavior, which I appreciated. Leo came home a happy little camper.

All 4 dogs love to make a visit!

I took my puppy Gracie there. She's about 20 weeks old and had only been with one other dog her entire life besides her siblings. She had so much fun and was worn out.

I like Pete and Max and they are pretty dependable. However, it's expensive.
