Patty, thank you for posting about her passing. I was totally unaware. I have been calling for at least a month to try and get my pup groomed but it always says the number is out of service and I was so confused. ALWAYS loved her and her accommodations and quality of work. I too am looking for a groomer, if you find one let me know!

The best I ever found. Am deeply sad to say the owner Sue died a couple of months ago and they are CLOSED permanently .. having trouble finding a new groomer that can compare.

Good place because it's' not usually booked weeks in advanced, can get you in 1-3 days after a call. But I didn't know if itwas exclusively for small dogs, but she accepted my 30 pound schnauzer no questions asked. The issue was she quoted me at $45, then when I got there to pay, the other woman said it was $55. So I'm not sure if they decided to change it after we agreed on a price because of his size or what, but what they original said was $45 and they should stick to the original price quoted not change it around. Also they only accept cash, they don't tell you that before you enter. I had to PayPal the lady there.

Good clean and mist important was it was warm in the room so the dogs were just fine

We have taken our dogs here several times. They do a good job — better, in our opinion, than when we have taken them to the big chain place nearby and a couple smaller places, as well.

Just call a different groomer. This place has gone down hill with the new "groomer". They have made two appointments with me now to get my dog groomed and called to cancel both times the morning of the grooming. Keep in mind that I have to wake up an hour early and be late to work in order to drop my dog off at this groomer. Both times I had an appointment, they cancel the morning of. USE A DIFFERENT GROOMER!. I could have made another appointment somewhere by now and had my dog taken care of. They do not have the best interest in your animal, use a credible place.

We love this place. Our pups LOVE Pam. Susan loves our boys too & they her! They know when we turn into the lake where we're going & the tails start wagging! Highly recommend this place for your fur babies

She was the only hairstylist that could cut my nervous pups hair.

Called in to get pricing of grooming for my super fluffy dog, and the guy that answered the phone was very rude. He kept asking her breed and "what fur she has", even after I responded "she is mixed breed-- we think an aussie and a retriever-- so she has long, fluffy hair" multiple times. He then said "we can't give an estimate if I don't know what kind of fur she has." I had given him as much detail as I could. He started getting frustrated and getting short with me and kept saying "just tell me the breed. just tell me the breed" after I had told him our best estimate multiple times. He acted like a complete jerk. We decided to go back to our vet for grooming-- they're really sweet there! Go Northland Animal Hospital!

Fantastic service and care to our Shi Tzu cannot began to say enough. Mmany years of service and I'm talking more than five different dogs . thank you.

Briar Clippery was fantastic with our Shiba Inu! When we picked her up, we could tell she was happy and feeling good. Her coat looks great and she smells wonderful! They even tied an adorable bandana on her. They were also great with working with us on drop off/pick up times, since we are a busy family, and always on the go. We will definitely use them again!

Both of my dogs love going here! They get so excited when we pull up that they practically jump out of the car window. Susan is a lovely lady and is great with my "children"
