I've never seen such compassion at a veterinary clinic! I have a super nervous kitty and he has always hated going to the doctor. The moment I walked in, my kitty and I felt so welcome! Very clean and organized atmosphere. It didn't take long to be seen. They were very prompt. They were kind when I was a few minutes late. I'm new to Iowa and me and the roads don't have a mutual understanding right now. While Dr. Kneeland did the exam, Jess held my kitty and gave him loves. Typically he would be meowing his head off, but he accepted the embrace and was totally fine! They made me feel great about the care I've given my little one of 16 years and had great information for me. I would highly recommend coming here for your fur family members and save yourself the pain of researching other places. This is the ONE. THANK YOU TEAM PAWSITIVE!

The people were very kind and the building was very nice. The doctor was very friendly, helpful and obviously loved animals. I was nervous at first cause I've been to a few bad vets but this was a very good experience.

Very kind and knowledgeable vets. I brought my hamster here in her final days and they gave her great care and treated her so kindly. I totally trust what they have to say. I would definitely come back.

The staff were very kind, and it’s clear they know how to do their jobs correctly! They made me laugh and my dog was a little nervous at first but they made her comfortable and loved with the treats and butt scratching. I was very pleased with my experience here and so was my Princess!

I wish he could be my regular vet . In an emergency visit they didn't try to stick me with useless meds rather better understanding of my general care and understanding of meds. I've been to 6 vets across the country in the last 2 weeks and pawsitive is by far the best. Thank you pawsitive for saving my dogs lives./ truck driver

Amazing!!! I am from out of State - traveling on vacation. My 7 mth old puppy became sick with diarrhea and bloody stool. I called my Indiana vet and they wanted to prescribe medication, but I needed to find a vet clinic so I could pick it up. I called Pawsitive and they were so very helpful and kind. They not only said they could do the medicine, but they were so caring and helped me with food and additional medicine, all without making me come in for a bunch of tests, etc. I was so very happy with them and would highly recommend this clinic if you are local and looking for a vet!!!!

My dogs are always treated very well at every visit. I would recommend them to everyone.

When you're told by this facility they have open kennels, but refuse to board your dog because their "top priority is reserving them for their clients" when called and asked about emergency boarding due to no ac and not wanting your dog to suffer.... Guess that def won't make me a client ever in the future either. Horrible customer service! I'd recommend you look elsewhere for vetcare too if you're new to the area like we are. I wouldn't want a vet who turned away a dog from boarding in the heat when they have open kennels on the off chance an established client MIGHT need one.

I don't think they that good. Looked at my cat but I don't remember them looking in his ears. Plus they didn't help meuvh at all and I payed alot of money. Taking my cat to a new vet.

I took my Boston Terrier there and got treated extremely good. I love the fact that the doctor is knowledgeable about the breed

I've been taking my 16 year old turtle there for about 10 months and they have been so helpful and kind. It's very nice to have a vet in the area with so much knowledge on exotic pets!

Everyone was nice and kind even when my puppy pooped on the floor.they also gave her the shots quick and easy as possible.this the only vet I will go to. and as far as the prices go it wasn't as much as I expected so thats a plus

Have had and do have good veterinarians Dr Riley is no longer there still give them a 4 only the rich can afford their prices N

We brought our Shar Pei to see Dr. Kneeland about 3 years ago & have been treated with respect and kindness every time we've been in. It's obvious that everyone from Deb & the front desk staff to Dr. Kneeland & the technicians truly care! Dr. Kneeland gets right down on the floor our dog & takes the time to really listen to our concerns. They do cost a little more than other vets in town, but the quality of care they provide is second to none & worth every penny. Hands down the best vet clinic in the Cedar Valley!!!

Recently my Maltese was attacked by another dog while on a walk. Luckily, the only physical injury was a torn toe nail that had to be attended to (removed). He is now doing very well. I have been a client of this practice for several decades and have seen most of their vets over the years. I would highly recommend them.....professional, caring and a great group of people.

I came in with my parents, their minpin needed to be put to sleep, Dr kneeland was amazing, very understanding and such a kind hearted person!

They had great service and really respectful

They are only an emergency vet service for current customers. I would not recommend their services. They clearly don't care about animals.

Best vet in the Cedar Valley! They take excellent care of my special needs pup. Definitely recommend!
